The people here are friendly, prices could be cheaper, but the biggest issue with this location are their computers are constantly freezing and going down. The owners need to upgrade pronto. I can t imagine trying to do my job with equipment that fails twice an hour. Stop being cheap and invest in the business.

The Rowlett, TX store on Lakeview Pkwy staff are always friendly and patient. They are very efficient at getting people taken care of, Ive rarely had a long wait. My daughter says she wont go to the one in Plano, TX because they are so slow. I wont go anywhere other than our UPS store. Keep up the good service.

I walked in to return multiple packages from my wedding registry. Went in to have a fax sent. Was helped immediately as was everyone else that walked in while I was there. They were having a problem with getting confirmation that the fax went through, so I left. Shortly later I got a call from the young man that assisted me and was told that the confirmation finally came through. He then told me he would send the confirmation to my email so I wouldnt have to return to the store. The service here is always top notch!

Had the best customer service today ever from Dion! I really hope management and better yet, corporate see s this review because Dion is the definition of a great employee and great human being. Paid for an expedited next day air delivery for a traveling employee. The package was delayed and moved to the next day where the staff would not be on site to retrieve it. I called the location to find out what my options were and was put on the phone with the owner to try and help me. I gave him the tracking number and he asked what I needed to have happen. I reiterated the staff needs the item for the rest of the week to do their job and there is not another one I have on hand to ship to the new location. He suggested he call them and tell them not to deliver the package tomorrow - to which I said that doesnt solve my problem. It stops the package. He said no it doesnt. I kept asking how it doesnt stop it and during all of this he kept hey heying me and saying things like Are we done because I was getting increasingly frustrated with his lack of ability to convey an idea in a manner that made any sense. He kept asking me what do you want me to do and I kept saying I dont know what my options are thats why I called you - And then he started being condescending with things like This is the 3rd time I am telling you so I let him know hes a jerk and I hung up. Will drive 20 mins out of my way to never give this location any business ever again. Awful people. ***Updated to a 3*** Got a call from a woman saying she was the owner and the conversation went a bit differently. She checked into what she could and got UPS to reimburse me some of the shipping fees. Have been driving to Sachse instead though because I am not interested in running into Are we done yet guy again.

I dropped off a package at this store with a $200 jacket in it set for an Amazon return. They handed me a receipt and I figured it was good to go. Not the case. A week or so later no return on my card so I check the status and it says the label was never scanned. Short story... I believe someone in the store wiped my package from the record and stole the coat. Long story... I cant file a claim because with an Amazon return I am not on owner of the package on either end. I have called multiple times and been told numerous lies. Their system only holds the information for one day, the owner is out right now but will call as soon as he is back, the owner is on vacation now and we dont know when he will be back, we do hold information but we cant access it right now because the system is down, we have cameras but dont know how to access them... the contridicting lies is the number one reason I believe the package was stolen.

Came in on a Wednesday around lunch time, they were pretty busy, seemed to be fully staffed, each register was being worked. The guys were very efficient in handling each customer. Mine was a simple amazon return, as long as you have your barcode ready your transaction wouldnt take more than 2mins. After what appears to be a miscommunication, possibly due to growing pains in new ownership, or error of the shipping company, normally good service at this location has resumed. Employee retention has improved as Im seeing the same faces when I stop in. Improving retention of experienced employees will obviously improve service. Additionally, the store now has expanded hours, including Sunday, over what the previous owner had which makes picking up packages at a convenient time even easier. Overall, service at this location is at least what it had been under the previous owner and convenience has been improved with the expanded hours. (Previous Review) Ive had a box here for years and usually service is good and Ive never had a package lost. When shipping things, I never had any issues either. Ill happily change my review if that normal service resumes. However, today I had a package show as delivered. So, I stop by before going out of town to pick it up. They cant find it and when I ask them to look for it Im basically met with a shrug and an attitude of what, do my job??. After being a customer here for years, the 1 lost package isnt the problem. The attitude toward their mistake is. I am seeing new faces, so training and consistent procedures seem to be an issue. If they cant handle keeping track of something arriving, I probably wouldnt trust them to keep track of something going out, especially if they are packing it (as Ive previously had them do without issues, but different employees).

For the most part this location is very nice but not tonight. I realize I pushed it by showing up three minutes before closing. This does not justify the associate rushing to the door as he sees me walking up, not to help me with the door, but to lock it right in my face. Hands full with a large box and all. He just stared through the door at me as if to say ha I beat you. UPDATE: LOCATION UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP AND IT SHOWS!! 150% better. If you have tried this location in the past I strongly suggest you give it another try. The new owners are on it. I own a small business and go almost everyday. I started dropping off at CVS just to avoid this location but not anymore. Amazing difference.

make sure you stay and watch them box up and label your return. i recently dropped off a package for frontier equipment they printed a label but it was never received by UPS. a week later i dropped off an Amazon return a label was printed but UPS never received it. dropped it off August 5th. They say UPS just dont scan it but my husband worked there for 10+ years and that may happen once in a while but not twice on the same customer. Not only that very rude when i called

Just go to POSTNET in Rockwall. I was told one thing in the store and then told something different over the phone. The manager was no help. He flat out told me to go to Staples and when I asked him why I was given misinformation while in the store his response was Well, that s why you re talking to me! He also mentioned that he was trying to close up his store @4pm when it says they re open until 6pm. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! First they tell me it s going to be $37 for copies and then the manager says it s going to be $130. That s a BIG difference, I just got double the amount of prints for $25 at PostNet! I had to sit in the car with my one year old and they came out to my car to collect the packages I had, and one of the men workers came out, made me feel at ease and watched my daughter while I went inside to pay. Outstanding customer service.

I called twice attempting to track a package and spoke with a female manager. She had to be the most incompetent person I have ever spoken to. I have previously spoken to staff members at this location and they have been friendly and eager to help me. This manager provided no information, did not listen to me, and talked in circles. She had mentioned that she recently had to let go of staff that previously worked at the location, and by the end of my call with her, I am convinced she is the problem and not the staff. She could not track my package, could not verify if it had been sent, could not tell me if it had been received, or if the number I had was even real. She kept saying that it is not her tracking information. I wish I could give this store a lower score because of my interaction with her. I truly feel like I lost brain cells while trying to speak with this individual.

I m older and wear braces. Asked the young man if he could help me with large box. He said no. I was only 10 from the front door. He said he would let me use a dolly. Wrestled box inside and set it down. He said to bring it over here. Another 10 . Rude and unhelpful personnel. Probably wasn t his job, but it was the descent thing to do!

Paid $109.77 for overnight/next day shipping... to everyone s surprise, the package did not arrive overnight, next day, or even within 24 hours. Asked for a refund and to be charged for standard shipping, was given multiple excuses and ultimately they said UPS Corporate is not giving refunds during COVID. If anyone believes that, I have beach front property in Arizona for sale. Stay away, read the other reviews, this place is the worst!

This store gets public money like it grows on tree. I printed 5 pages which cost 12 cents each a paper which is good. And they added me 4$ printing service fee. What kind of service is this to charge 4$???? I am very upset with this particular store. While the store in mesquite doesn t do that. They only charge for each paper printing which is 12 cents. Never going back here again!!!!

I pulled up literally 30 seconds before they closed as I needed to have something shipped out urgently and at the last minute. The two young men that were working on Thursday, November 5 (I didn t get their names) did not show an ounce of annoyance that I was coming in the store at closing like most others would have. They even printed something out for me, and did everything with manners and professionalism. I m grateful there are people that still raise their kids to have a kind attitude towards all because you never know what s going on in peoples lives... you could always be the one to turn someone s day around for the better. Wont accept MORE THAN 4 packages. If you have more than 4 packages, take your business elsewhere and dont waste your time with this store. Mail Plus is down the street. I have received poor service from this UPS Store. The owner refused to take our packages, stating there is a 4 package limit at this store. Numerous people came in with MORE THAN 4 packages and were accepted and scanned into their system. Poor service and ownership. Further, discrimination.

I just dropped off 14 small and 2 larger packages at this store The following is the exact words happened about 20 minutes ago: Store Clerk: You have to call UPS for pick up next time. Me: Hm, OK. ZERO STARS. Had an Amazon return and I dont think they like people coming in for that. The young kid that attended me named Mason acted like he didnt want to be there. Very bad service! Not helpful at all with the cost either. If you go to the store and you want good service dont go in while Mason is working he will just make your experience unsatisfactory. Ive seen other reviews where the manager tries to say they reviewed said transaction and tries to explain but never talks about trying to make experiences better with their employees.

If you are process Amazon returns, print your label at home. The store charges $3 per label plus printing anything else you may need. FedEx Kinkos charges much less per print. They are either discouraging returns to be processed here or really trying to make a nice buck.

Sometimes the staff seem a bit bored and ready to go home, even when you are talking to them, however I discount that as lack of excitement at their job. Attempting to ship unloaded, disassembled shotgun to manufacturer for repair. Despite being 100% legal, and supported by UPS, this UPS store refuses to ship firearms. They first claimed that they dont have the license to ship firearms. (No special license required if ownership is not being transferred). Then they claimed that UPS doesnt allow them to ship firearms. (Untrue based on UPS policies stated on their website). Clearly, this is a decision that has been made by this individual franchise owner to not ship firearms. If you are a law abiding citizen who loves the constitution and the 2nd amendment, you might want to consider taking your business elsewhere.

Very rude owner I was returning an Amazon package and took my package ther and as I have always done asked him to print my label and he started to talk down to me that I should have printed it at home and he was a franchise owner and wanted me to pay 3 dollars and shared with him that the first time either there or the one in Plano has ever mentioned that. He crossed his arms and said he charges. Would of paid but he was rude from the first words out of his mouth. I have always tried to spend my money here in rowlett since I have lived here for 11 years but will not take any of business there again. The people are rude, a Hispanic man threw my boxes and snapped at me when I asked him to go slower because I couldn t keep up with his scanning. I had 5 packages to send out- he snapped I ll charge you for tape when I asked him if he would seal my boxes before I left store. He wasn t wearing a name tag. He then pushed my packages to side and tossed plastic label holders on the counter when someone walked in behind me. The owner was not present when I arrived that I could see but when I had called previously to ask if they would print a label if I didn t have one- the charge was $3/piece of paper. I will never use this store again. I have no idea how these people have jobs or run a business when soooo rude and ungrateful for business.

UPS emailed me a shipping label and told me any UPS store can print the label with the tracking number. I went to this location 4/5/2018 and the rep told me he couldnt do it it wasnt allowed..but I could use the computer for 4.00 and print it myself..I left and came to the Sachse UPS and they printed it right out. I have used this store for years. I usually drop off packages that have already been prepared in packaging to ship. The customer service has been totally appropriate whether I was just dropping off with a shipping label or when I needed to pay for shipment. They have taped a box when it wasnt closed. I also drop off shipping peanuts to be reused rather than toss in the trash. Thanks!

Professional, and cordial. Not sure where these bad reviews are coming from. They do get quite busy on occasion, however, Ive been using their services for two years now, and find them to be quite pleasant and professional. I keep waiting to see anything that would justify a bad review, but after two years of going in almost daily, I feel that I can write a good review and say with authority that the bad reviews are just wrong! No wifi printing. Expensive printing and computer time. $4 to get on computer and print something from web page and $0.39 for a color copy. Couldnt tell me how print section of page. I walked out then back in when I remembered a way to do it and he was going to charge for computer time again. No one else was using computer.

About a month and a half ago I went to this location with my laptop to ship. I didnt have a box or any packing so the employee said dont worry about it Ill pack it for you (but did it after I left so theres no telling what he did). He asked where it was going and I told him all the information, he gave me a price, I payed and left. The employee did not ask how much the item was worth or if I wanted insurance. The item arrived at its location and the receiver said it was damaged (it had no damage when I took it to this UPS). I told them to send it back and I would look at it. I finally received it a few days later and when I opened it the laptop was damaged either by roughly handling and/or bad packaging. I placed a damaged claim with UPS and the next day it was picked up and inspected. They confirmed that it was at the fault of UPS and so I waited, and waited, and waited. Finally I called and talk to someone at this location and the employee said he would be in contact with me on a specific day, I did not receive any call so I called back a couple days later and the employee said once again that he would call me the next week on a specific day. Once again I did not receive a call so I waited a couple days and called them. This went on and on. I got a little irritated and went to the location and asked them how the damaged claim was progressing. They had no information what was going on and I finally found out that they had my laptop and they didnt even need it anymore and I could take it since they had already done the inspection. Once again the employee said they would contact me and once again they did not. After about another week I finally called and asked again what the hold up was (I was always respectful and kind and did not curse at the employees or treat them bad) they stated that since I did not claim a price they could only give me a $100 plus shipping. After this location told me that I called UPS customer service and talked to someone and that person said that the employee that was at the location when I shipped it stated I brought the laptop in the original box then transferred it to another box and I packed it that was a complete lie and they can go back and look at the security cameras to see that I brought the laptop in a black backpack and sat it on the counter and then the employee took it behind the counter and I did not see him package it. After calling and talking to many UPS employees I have only received 1 or 2 phone calls in the past month and a half that this has been going on. The laptop is worth $1500 and I do a lot of work, business, and military training on it, or at least I did. I told them multiple times that I didnt want a replacement or more money, I just wanted it fixed. After all this nonsense nothing really got solved and I kept getting lied to and ran around by the employees at this location. I wish I had a positive review for them but this was ridiculous and unsatisfactory.
