Today was a cheat day and Madison greeted me as soon as I came in with a smile. So welcoming and informative with the flavors. She even took the icing off for me such a sweetie. The cupcake and ice cream was EVERYTHING... GIVE MADISON A RAISE SHE HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Stopped in this evening, about 1.5 hours before close, and they still had a great selection! We got 3 cupcakes and one cake pop, and they were all amazing. A lot of times, cupcakes will end up being dry, and the frosting has gotten hard. That was NOT the case. The cupcakes were moist, without being fall apart, too oily, moist. The icing was light and creamy! Honestly, best cupcakes Ive had in a long time, and the prices were good.

Smallcakes: consider renaming your chocolate cupcake. It is named Choc-Holic and your delivery service ChowNow will not deliver the order because it is considered an alcohol order. ChowNow was not helpful. No one is answering at the bakery. This was supposed to be a delivery order of one dozen cupcakes for a birthday. I am out of state and it has been horrendous customer service on both ends (bakery ans delivery service) Hopefully this can be rectified.

Smallcakes, you might want to rethink the naming of your chocolate cupcake. Because it is named Choc-Holic, your delivery service wont deliver without a signature, thinking that there is alcohol being delivered. Being out of town, and having birthday cupcakes delivered, it is not a great scenario when it is a surprise delivery. Ill try somewhere else next time.

If you are a fan of delicious flavors, then Small cakes is for you! Eating an entire cake is just way too many calories but only eating 3 or 4 cupcakes is just calorie perfection! They even have ice cream and pup cakes! My favorite is WEDDING CAKE , and I m working my way through all the other flavors. They even have a point system that will get you a free cupcake! There is room to sit and enjoy or just get them to go. When I wax there a sales rep ordered 4 dozen for his clients! Now that s someone who knows how to close a deal! Do yourself a favor and treat yourself or a friend to a small call cake today

Went in today (3/20/2024) and was treated rudely by the lady working there. She kept ignoring me, and another customer even told her she could help me first, but she ignored them, wouldnt acknowledge me, didnt speak a word, and instead went into the back for several minutes, before finally coming back and asking me what I wanted which happened to be a single cupcake. This should have taken like, what, 2 minutes? At any rate the cupcake was good but not worth nonsense like this. Terrible service and attitude, horrible first impression, I will not return, and I will tell everyone I know about this experience.

Oh my God, This place has the absolute best cupcakes ever... just ever ever!!!! I cant say enough about these people... super friendly and fun and very talented in the kitchen! Theyre AWESOME! The homemade ice creams are fabulous! There was one called buttered popcorn AND it tasted EXACTLY like movie butter popcorn! It was so so so SO good!! The very first two cupcakes I got were the peanut butter cupcake and the hot fudge sunday cupcake. The peanut butter one was great, but that h Hot Fudge Sunday one has got to be the best cupcake Ive ever put in my mouth in my entire lifetime!! Super moist cakes, every one, rich, flavorful and beautifully applied icing... I am just ever so impressed with Smallcakes!!! Ive been recommending and bringing people into this place since I found it. Its definitely one of Longviews little hidden gems!! They even have cupcake pops in different flavors and even have pup-cakes for your dog too!!! I ordered a variety of cupcakes for a bridal shower and they were DELICIOUS!! Of all the flavors, the wedding cake with wedding icing was the biggest hit. They also offer gluten free cupcakes so no one was left out. Did I mention how nice they are too? Exceptional customer service. Definitely going to be a repeat customer! Okay, Im trying to be honest with why reviewing business and product. 3.5 ish is the best I can do. The homemade ice cream leaves you with a after taste when done. However, eating it seems to hit the taste buds a little differently than you would think. Its not good or bad. The price leads you to believe you are getting great ice cream with a nice (gourmet) cupcake. The cupcake doesnt bring that in the end. It is just a decorated cupcake. It is a nice place to go to but not repeatedly. $17 for the 2 items. Enjoy Pics attached...

Exceeded expectations! I unexpectedly got results back regarding the gender of the child I m expecting & wanted to do something a little more exciting than opening the email. I knew it was last minute, so I didn t anticipate anyone being able to help me before 5pm. Alas, I walk into Smallcakes and met Wyatt! He was so so nice and helpful. He knew exactly what to do & had me in and out with icing filled cupcakes in 10 minutes. Absolute pro! I ve had a really rough pregnancy and my experience with Wyatt brought me back a little joy. Even though they only make them on Thursday-Saturday which is very hit or miss it s either too busy or it s too slow So sad we were told we could not order them either Please reconsider and at least let us order them

We placed and paid for a special order a week in advance, and the decorator told us she d include a special logo, and said they d be ready at 10:00 on the day we needed them. They called today (2 days from our event) to tell us they can t do the special logo, can t have them done by the time they promised them, and offered no price break for now supplying plain cupcakes. We canceled & called another local bakery who is giving us what we want, when we want it, even on short notice. Update after owner s response: Thank you. We were only told that the decorator would not be able to come in, which we understood. The problem was that you could not supply the more plain product within the same time frame, and would not do it for less than we had already paid for the more customized cakes with the logo.

My wife and I moved to Longview from Dallas in 2020. She has not wanted to be out in public last year. I checked out the Smallcakes bakery last in 2020 because she wanted to come here. It is on route when shopping at Target. New Year 2021 My wife wanted to drive to Smallcakes. She didnt want to go into the shop. She is disabled. However , she would not have any problems entering from her handicapped parking into this shop. COVID-19 Smallcakes is fully compliant. 4 customer limit inside. See my pictures. Clearly marked in the door. Their small cakes are delicious! They taste as good as they look! Nice selection are baked daily and there are rotating seasonal themed Smallcakes. Good staff. Wonderful selections. FAST service. Checkout their website before you come inside. Daily selection will change and they do sellout. My wife has food allergies. She had no problems with their recommendations. We are coming back.

Discovered this place from roommates work and went in myself. They have really good cupcakes with a set of signature flavors and changing seasonal flavors. They also have ice cream. Both are made daily. A cupcake is $3.50 each, little high but worth it for the quality you get as they are really good.

Needs improvement on customer service. Not very friendly or welcoming. The unfriendliness of staff was a large determine factor of not purchasing more. I even attempted try to make conversation,but they ignore me and acted like they wasnt happy to be there. I must say the products are usually good, but a little pricey. The prices are very reasonable for the portion size of the cupcakes. The chocoholic cupcake was great, I also had the Coffee & Donuts cupcake. I was a little disappointed with that one, I was thinking at least a hint of a coffee flavor. Unfortunately There was none but rather a cinnamon flavor that was very overpowering.

Today, was the first day I made a purchase at Smallcakes. Although the cupcakes were delicious, they were very overpriced and were not worth the 3.50 I paid. The icecream is not my favorite, they are too sweet for my liking but thats just my opinion. The employee that took my order seemed to have a rude attitude, she didnt bother to greet us. This place is my guilty pleasure! I cant stop coming here. The peanut butter cup cupcake is the best thing Ive ever tasted... Its so delicious!! The cupcakes are divine, but their homemade icecream is absolutely heaven in a bowl. Thickly, creamy and delicious. I drive all the way across town for it. Completely worth the drive and facing 4th St traffic.

The cupcakes are delicious and they have a lot of fun rotating flavors. My favorite is their house made Biscoff cookie ice cream. They do toddler Tuesday which is fun too. You get a free mini with purchase of a regular size one. Fun place to enjoy a sweet treat!
