The salad bar here is always my favorite! They have a very nice selection of really fresh items! Their iced teas are always fresh too. Pro tip lol: put your complimentary soft serve ice cream in your drink cup, then fill with Dr Pepper for a great float!!

I am SO disappointed in Jason s deli. We are regulars here but no longer! My family of 3 paid close to 70$ for salads and sandwiches. Ridiculous!!! I was quoted $2.50 for a side salad and was then charged 7.50$ per side salad. When I asked why I was told the 2.50 side salad is only for the managers special. There is nothing special about this location. Save money and go to Panera or McAlester s down the road.

Everything was going well until my nephew asked for a small plate to get salad. He was not asked why the plate was needed. The female manager then snatched the plate from his hands. When confronted and questioned as to why she snatched anything out of a customers hand, she had an attitude. She could have handled the situation better by explaining to him Jasons deli rules. This is not good management. Customers should not be mistreated.

Visiting from out of state without knowing much about the Foodie places in the area. Took a chance on Jasons Deli, and we are so very glad we did. We went through the drive-thru as we were in a picture for time. Even so, staff was exceptionally friendly and the food was spot on, perfect portions, and delicious. I bought 2 strawberry shortcakes and the strawberries had mold on them. I buy strawberry shortcakes all the time from the rowlett location and not sure why the strawberries always taste funny. Then i realized they don t wash them. That s why they have that weird taste of dirt.

So I go to Jasons Delu at least once a month but todays experience makes me want to now boycot them. Ordered online at 12:21, supposed to be ready at 12:33 and its now 12:59 and my two sandwiches are not ready. How? I mean they are sandwiches not a candlelight dinner. I complained but all I got is sorry we are shortstaffed and very busy. Well, guess what now you will be less busy cause I wont be going back. Maybe the manager should have been more prepared, most stores have problems because of bad help.

When I arrived home, I opened the container with my potato and began to eat it. All was well until I discovered not one BUT TWO human hairs. It was baked INTO the potato leading me to believe the hair was in the potato before i began to eat. This hair was long, black, and curly. I m a blonde with straight hair so i know it wasn t mine. However, i came back to the store and they made it right by giving me another potato free of hair.

Bacon cubano Sandwich and lobster soup were excellent. We asked the cashier for no mustard or pickles. Sandwich cane to the table with both mustard and pickle. That was not the problem-no one is perfect . The cashier host #11 Tuesday Dec 12 at 7:04 p.m brought the correct Sandwich to our table. She made no comment and was very rude. Her attitude was very rude and horrible. Did not acknowledge her mistake. We have been dining here for 20 years and even order sandwiches for our staff and have always had great good and service.

I love Jasons Deli and eat at the one in Rowlett, Garland or Rockwall at least 1 to 2 times a week. For the Rowlett location I always order my food to go because most of the time they have the same person who cleans tables run the food out. She wears the same gloves she wore to deal with dirty plates and trash to hand you your food if your eating there. When she cleans tables she often uses no cleaning solution and usually wipes the tables off with napkins left or with a dirty rag. She never sprays the tables or booths with anything. Ive watched her handle trash then go and handle the salad bar utensils. I do not fault her but how she was trained. I hope someone in management does something about this because when I brought it up to an employee they did nothing.

Just had a quick lunch, today. Haven t been to a Jason s Deli in quite some time and it was a pleasant experience. The staff was busy, but still was very friendly/professional, attentive, and quick. I just had the Salad Bar today. While the Salad Bar and all the fix-ins were fresh and delicious the side toast bin was empty. I mentioned to the lady, but they never came to refill it. I sat there an extra 30mins on my cell.

The manager and employees here are all friendly and helpful. I find Jason s deli is the better sandwich shop than others around in terms of price, quantity, and quality. The cleanliness is good, but sometimes the tables are all crummy and I have to wipe them down myself. Overall, it s typically clean. Don t get the chili it was so thick, it was gross. But this is the exception. Overall, all the other food options are delicious! They have a great salad bar, potatoes, pastas, sandwiches, soups, salads, chips, and fruit and veggies. This is such a great healthy option compared to other fast food restaurants! If you do want desert, they have great cheesecakes, cookies, and brownies! Dietary restrictions: They denote gluten free and vegetarian options on the menu.

Me amd my fiance went here today, thinking it was going to make our bellies happy and it really didnt... we ate the food since we were already there, we were hungry and nothing better than a fresh sandwich but it was the opposite. The tray the food was brought was dirty, majority of the tables we dirty, there were LOTS of flies thinking I was sharing my food. Didnt like the price either. I actually went to Walmart to get some deli meat before I went to pick up my sister and I put more meat on my sandwich. The only time when I go to Jasons deli if somebody else says. I do not go on my own. The only thing I like about the muffaletta sandwich was the olives. It was a basic sandwich with olives. I love Jason s. I have been eating Ranchero wraps for 20+ years. This Jason s location is the only one where when I go there is a 50/50 chance that I will have to wait half an hour or more for my meal. This is regardless of the time of day. I love love Jasons Deli, I was with my daughter having a day together. Got my usual and it was the worst sandwich and salad I EVER had. The sandwich was drenched and greasy. When eating my salad the vegetables tasted as if they had cleaned with soap. I was not only disappointed but overall experience was horrible. I hope this is not permanent. Meal - Managers Special Chicken panini. Fruit and salad to go (eat for dinner) ----- took down the pics and had to change my review. Updated 7.11.22 Peter was awesome. Went back in today and he genuinely cared about my concerns. He made my revisit the best yet! This customer will return. Please be sure you acknowledge if something is different than usual. Quality always counts. Ty again Peter, you Rock!

Sadly I am very unhappy with my meal today and that doesnt normally happen with Jason. I ordered a panini which means its toasted. Well mine isnt and I took pictures because even the cheese isnt melted unfortunately on here I dont get to leave a picture Im going to have to think very long and hard about going back to this specific Jasons because its not the first time

$35 for two people for a salad bar that only allows one plate. Just overpriced cafeteria food. 3 months pregnant went for the salad bar and left hungry. worker rudely told me you re only allowed one small plate such a rip off. It s been all you can eat salad for 20+ years PUT A LARGE SIGN UP. Not rocket science. That way I can walk in read the sign then proceed to turn around and go somewhere w a real salad bar. Needless to say not happy
