I am beyond pleased and thankful with Ms Nava, and Nava Law Texas. What seemed to be a difficult case in my defense Ms Nava made sure to keep me informed of every step of the process, gave me the legal advise necessary and defense needed to dismiss my case. 05/02/2024: I just wanted to come back on here and say that Alyssa did reach out and apologized for the communication issues. She took the time to hear me out and my frustrations and we worked to resolve the issue. Alyssa has been a tremendous lawyer as stated in other reviews. I am glad she reached out and I was able to get over my initial frustrations. Highly recommend! I spoke to Alyssa the first time I called and thought she was excellent. I told her I just needed a day to get things in order before moving forward with her as my attorney. After that, Ive been ghosted by her and the entire staff at the law firm. I ve called Alyssa s phone and left voicemails but no answer or call back. Ive called the firm directly and spoken to numerous receptionists who have taken my info, time and time again, promising me they would pass it along to her but no callback. So Im not sure if my business is no good for her or if possibly her staff is just that incompetent to not pass my information and messages to her. Either way, I am extremely disappointed. I thought Alyssa was great when we first spoke, but since then its just been the complete opposite. So unprofessional from this entire firm.

Alyssa is amazing!! I contacted several lawyers about my case and they all told me I was going to prison or didnt want to take my case at all. Thankfully a friend referred me to Alyssa, and she was positive that she would be able to help me achieve the outcome I wanted. I needed to speak with an attorney that knows juvenile law ASAP. Before this, I did not know that such knowledge was a specialty and it is not easy to find someone qualified to take on juvenile cases. I was able to do a superficial background search for Ms. Nava s job history and she is impressive. When I spoke with her she gave me advice on what my next steps should be since I ve never had to navigate the juvenile law enforcement system and was she very upfront explaining her fees and what her next steps would be once she was hired. Ms. Nava not only answered my questions, she gave me enough sense of peace that I had found someone who could take over my minor child s defense while I made certain their mental and emotional health stayed as intact as possible as the situation unfolded. Highly recommend Attorney, after I was arrested for a protective order my wife put against me. My wife quickly looked for help knowing that she had made a huge mistake. Understanding the gravity of our situation my wife and I felt hopeless and in desperate need of help to remove this protective order and all charges agains me. I was afraid this situation was going to affect my marriage, being separated & knowing that I could not be in my own home with my wife. My wife quickly requested a affidavit to remove all charges and the protective order and left it in the good hands of the people at Nava Law.
