Juanita was excellent! She had great customer service and was timely. We were accidentally locked out of the iPad and she responded immediately and even offered to come back and fix it. Luckily it was an easy fix but we appreciated how attentive she was. It was definitely 20/10 worth it!

The process from start to finish was smooth, professional, and most importantly FUN! The pictures were high quality, capturing special memories for all of our guests. This has been the second time I ve used Premier FotoBooth and I can t stop saying wonderful things about them! The customer service was friendly as if you were family and the service they provided was to notch! I ordered the Perreo props from Premier FotoBooth which included the Bad Bunny and Karol G collections. The props were heavy duty great quality. Customer service was top notch from my initial contact through the end of transaction. I received them in record time from when I purchased them- I believe it was 3 days. Juanita was such a pleasure to work with. Even though they were busy w bookings, life and everything else in between Juanita still found the time to communicate effectively w me and let me know what was going on.
