First and definitely last time eating here. Just appalled at the service. First, we were overcharged $60, The server simply brushed it off that she had mistakenly put another tables order on our ticket. No answer as to when/how the overcharge will be resolved. Immediately checked my account, money was already taken out, so will have to now contact my bank. Then, to top it off, we were literally driving off and to our surprise, our server was literally running after our car and started banging on the window. I had to slam on my breaks. When I rolled the window down, thinking it had something to do with the overcharge, or to offer an apology (that would be asking way to much) it was to ask for the receipt. Are you kidding me? This is the most ridiculous and horrific experience at a restaurant, let alone as a Laundrys member.

We travel substantially and we have learned that Landry s restaurants are generally inconsistent from place to place, especially when it comes to service. However, the El Paso Landry s is ALWAYS good, with above average service. Today was no exception! We had the pleasure of having Nicole as our server. She went above and beyond, complimented our attire, shared some personal experiences and was very professional. Nicole is an excellent server and made our dining experience a perfect 10! We are looking forward to our next meal hopefully we will get lucky again and have Nicole take care of us!

Second day: Bad service; Better food, but it hurt us again. The wine list is of very low quality, and they have almost nothing in stock. I would never go back...

This is the second time we been here. We happen to get the same rude waitress her name is ROSIE. The first time I thought maybe she was just having a bad day and throwing food at us. But now I know she has something against us. She threw the salad at us then we asked her to please separate the shrimp from the steak and she said that it couldn t be done. She took my plat brought it back. The meat was totally raw . The menu called for medium well done. My steak was bleeding all over my plate.. I will never go back to this place again. It s a horrible place. I think it all has to do with that waitress Rosie everyone else same to treat us just fine. They need to get rid of her or they are going to lose business. On Aug. 30th, I took my boyfriend out for his birthday, first time at Laundrys Seafood House. Our reservations were for 7:00 p.m. Our drinks took about 10 mins. We ordered our Calamari and placed the order for our dinner. We noticed another couple arrived 5 mins after us and they already had started eating their appetizer. We no sooner did we start eating our appetizer, they were getting dinner. Its now 8:05 pm and NO dinner. We finally get our food and its COLD!! We got up, talked to the manager, paid for our drinks and left. Well NEVER go their again.

Had a great dinner with friends. Im not a big seafood eater, and I really enjoyed my meal here. Perhaps Im not a fan because I am not use to quality food like this. It was my first time at this location and everything was fine until we were leaving at the end and one of the workers purposely sneezed at us with our baby in our hands. I say purposely because he sees us coming and how come he didnt have the decency to cover his mouth and sneeze the other way. Now our baby is sick thanks to that worker. Great atmosphere to do business and I love the food... however, our poured neat Johnny Walker had fruit flies in the bottle. It happens. My recommendation is to use golf tees to cover the pour spout to prevent anything from getting in... they cracked open a new bottle and poured in front of us.

For the price, this place is AWFUL. My dish was $29 and it barely had any food on it, and most of it was diced tomatoes and 3 tiny scallops. Super disappointed and was sad to find out that a side salad is a whole $7 and the waiters ask if you want one as if it s a regular side (so you don t think you re getting charged). Super deceptive and way too overpriced for low quality and low quantities of food. I wish I could give zero stars. If you are on a date, with family, or are just curious about this place, avoid it at all costs. The nearest fast food place is 100x better than this and 1/10 the price. There was also a HAIR in our bread, so disgusting and so alarming that the waitress did not care.

I give credit where credit is due! In celebration of my birthday, I chose this restaurant to have my dinner with friends on August 10th. Our waitor, Vincente (my apologies if I spelled it incorrectly), did a fantastic job- give that man a raise! . I ordered calamari as an appetizer, the lobster with mashed potatoes as my entrée and mai Tai to drink and everything I had was absolutely delicious! Really enjoyed the ambiance also. We were there on Saturday but I saw them advertising live jazz on Friday nights which Im a sucker for. Wished I knew that before but this is just another reason for me to visit very soon again! 10/10 recommend

Our family had not been to Landrys in a very long time. I WAS IMPRESSED.The servicer Sonia was EXCELLENT.!!! Its a bit pricey, but if you go for lunch you can choose from the Lunch Box 2. You wont be disappointed. There is plenty to choose from that section. I chose the Crawfish Etouffee and the fried zucchini. It was plenty of food. Plus it was absolutely delicious. Dont forget to use your AARP card. The service was even better. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. Any other words the customer service was awesome. Definitely coming back.

We had just gotten in town from a long road trip and were starving. It was 8:50pm when we walked in. They close at 9pm. We fully expected them to turn us away. Instead the manager and waitress were incredibly gracious and accommodating. They stayed late for us and even gave my husband some extras because it happened to be his birthday. Also notable the calamari was shockingly tender!! I wouldn t order the fish and chips again honestly. But I ll definitely go back here based on the service alone.

Food was extremely undercooked and felt like it had been microwaved. A friend ordered a Mexican style shrimp cocktail and the shrimp were chopped up into little pieces so you had to dig around for tiny chunks no bigger than your thumb nail. There was also an avocado in it that had been lazily cut to where it wasnt even separated and so hard our butter knives could hardly cut it. The server was nice and kept up with us and the interior looked good but the food was horrible and thats kind of the entire reason you go to a restaurant.

The food was delicious and very fulfilling, I highly recommend the oysters and coastal pasta. One thing that truly made our experience much more enjoyable was the amazing service. Went for lunch. Food was very good. I had fried fish and shrimp with onion string/jalapeno appetizer. The food was fried perfectly, light and crisp batter. You could definitely tell how clean and fresh the oil is that they use. The restaurant was very clean and everyone was very nice. I had dinner with some Work colleagues last night. The restaurant was busy, but the atmosphere was very calm. I am normally not a seafood eater, but I decided to be a bit adventurous. I was impressed with the appetizer of alligator bites. I ve never had alligator before, so I was super impressed with how they prepared it. I was served puréed sweet peas. It was absolutely fantastic. I don t normally leave food reviews, but I was impressed with how the same was prepared and the presentation. Jesus, the Executive Chef, even stopped by to say hello. I want to thank Juan for his attentiveness and being a fantastic waiter!

Been here twice. First time for valentines dinner with my husband tried the Fillet n sirloin wasnt impressed. Had to return the sirloin to rare and Fried zucchini was soggy and Salad was warm and old limp, service was zero. Gave em another try last night sat at the bar. Service was great. We tried the chicken penne alfredo, the small portion of chicken had good flavor but the pasta was very blan zero flavor. We also ordered the angle hair pasta with shrimp n Scallops, mussel, which was so blan zero flavor. My hand hurt from twisting the cap on the black pepper n salt just to get some kind of flavor so I can tolerate the food...at that point I was done I took it home n added all the right herbs n spices n ate it since i paid $25 for a bowl of pasta. The water had tribble flavor, it wasnt filtered for sure couldnt drink it if I was dying of thrist. Youd think for the type of restaurant it is and what they charge for their food and cocktails theyd filter the water! The fried calamari was real good. Btw if you pay $25 for a bowl of pasta youd think youd get a salad or bread with it in a steak house and pay what they charge..but not here. The Bartender n busboy were awesome but the food is very blan and small portions diff not a do over. So were not giving this place a third try. Waste of money for sure!

I was here for a business meeting and the rep had made a reservation (likely not needed) for our small group. We were able to casually enjoy our drinks and appetizer before everyone showed up. I ordered the Blackened Redfish Etoufee, which was tasty and could make at least 2 meals out of it. I also ordered a cheesecake to-go, and it satisfied my craving. Service was good throughout our time there. There was a juvederm party/meeting in the back large room, so you should keep Landrys in mind if you ever need a private room!

My first time dining at this establishment and it started out great. It was a work dinner for a co workers birthday, they even printed his name on the menu. Everyone was nice, friendly, professional and a couple of us got there about 20 min before our 630 reservations, but still sat us before the rest of the group arrived. Then it all fell apart when a waitress helper tried to deliver a beer to the guy next to me and dumps all the other drinks on her tray down my back! It took everything I had to keep my cool, being a work outing and all. I was ready to leave, but everyone talked me into staying after one of my friends took me to the ladies room to dry off and cool down. So, they finally took our order, they had brought us a couple appetizers to win us over for the incident. From the time they took our order to the time we got our dinners, it had been about 1.5hrs. They didnt even cook my steak, got another guys order wrong and forgot another ladys main plate. Even if it wasnt for the drinks dumped on me, I wouldnt go back or even recommend this place to anyone. Several people in our group said it was overrated!

The service and food were all excellent. The only issue was that the steak I ordered listed less than 30 dollars and it was charged at 44 dollars. Dont know why the $15 up charge, and it wasnt explained to me. But we had a gift card that covered most of the bill. Definitely will only go back on Special occasions and when $115 plus tip (for 2 people) wont break the bank . Our server was very courteous and professional. The steak was well done when I requested medium but it was still very juicy and delicious.

We had high hopes for Landry s Seafood House, as it was listed as a dog friendly restaurant on BringFido. We recommend calling Landry s as they allow dogs on their outdoor patio on a case-by-case basis. Kudos to our waitress who let us know in advance that the service would be slow as she was attending to a large group inside (we appreciate your candor). There s no excuse, however, for our food to be brought out cold. The weather outside was chilly and we specifically asked for out food to be served hot. Despite our waitress guaranteeing it would be, it was not. Also note that the portions are small, I recommend ordering a platter instead.

I would like to say that the food is excellent. We ordered both seafood and a surf n turf dish. We ordered the calamari and it was delicious. The only issue we really ran into was the service itself. We were sat and it took ten minutes to get out drinks, we had to walk up to the bar to order ourselves. Throughout our dinner, we were only asked once for any refills, and it took probably another ten minutes to get those refills. I had even asked our waiter to bring me two extra teas so we didnt have to ask again. They also would not take the dirty dishes off the table and we were cramped for space. So all Im all the kitchen and food was fantastic!! Service not so much.

Oh my Gosh Ive had an absolute experience here. The food hasnt disappointed a single time and the service is absolutely amazing.
