HORRIBLEEEE COSTUMER SERVICE FROM THE MANANGER !!!! I asked to speak with someone else and she said well I m the manager Is a family business so u have to speak to me! I said can I email them because ur being rude and she said u can call and ask for them but they rarely come in. All because my child said he was 7 but he turns 7 in October. She made us change the birthday date and denied entrance until we went back into the computer to fix it saying the information was wrong I told her he was just a kid and she said well he said it so now go change it. If she is the manager her costumer skills are horrible . I just moved to this neighborhood the place is basically empty. If she doesn t like her job or just wants to be in a mad she does not have to try to ruin other peoples morning. Do not recommend

Oh yes, this is the biggest one. My childhood started in a trampoline park. I was doing flips on my trampoline at home and I learned how to do my first backflip on a bed but as soon as I got into a flipping fun, I was able to showcase everything that I knew about being a acrobat I was never in gymnastics, but I m pretty good at turning Flips and backflips I really enjoy being in the air! if you wanna take your kids somewhere fun this is the best place to go. They have food snacks, and you can win prizes as well. Go have fun at flip N fun.

Nice big tramopline center with lots to do. Thry have partumy rooms, VR, laser tag, rock walls, gladiator pit and lots of games to spend money on. Clean bathroom. Lots of seating area to watch your kiddos. Food is well priced and socks are not too expensive like some other places.

04/16/19 6:22pm This was a last minute birthday event and we stopped in, I explained this was a last minute party, for 2 kids, (5) and (13) and the first young lady said ok, took my payment and said we could sit in the food court upon re-entering and bringing balloons, the Manager Sonia asked if she could speak with me and she asked are you planning on having cake or cup cakes and I said yes, I just explained that to the other young lady what I was doing, she said unfortunately because you didnt purchase 5 all day passes you cannot have the cup cakes inside or sing happy birthday I said wow really? I just told her I only have 2 kids, she said with a smile on her face sorry that s our policy I then asked if there was a manager I could speak too and she said that s Me I said and what about a refund since we can t celebrate and she shook her head NO . PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE, AS SONIA AND HER STAFF ARE UNWILLING TO ACCOMIDATE PAYING CUSTOMERS!!!!

We had my daughter 10th birthday party here. The staff was nice and welcoming! My daughter says her and her friends had a blast. We opted for the unlimited package for 10 kids. They enjoyed the trampolines, bumper cars, and laser tag! The pizza was fresh and hot! The amenoties were clean! My family had plenty of room to hang out in the party room. And the option to bring chips dips and veggie trays was perfect for added ootions for my guests! The host was attentuve and ready to assist. First time, this place is great for kids all ages, even adults can have some fun. The place was not too crowded. Staff polite and friendly. They keep all areas clean as they can and also the restroom. They have several room for bday parties. They have a little court food with a good selection of food and drinks. They have claw machines, jumping areas, bump cars, rock wall climbing, laser tag, and other games. Good place for the kids to place and use their extra energy :)

I booked this venue for a joint birthday party for my 2 sons whose birthdays are a week apart. Wed never been to a party here, and I was little nervous. Im happy to say that the party was very smooth - the party attendant did a great job - and everything we discussed was exactly how it was delivered. We had 31 kids show, and there wasnt a single person who didnt have a great time with the large variety of activities offered. I would definitely book another party here!

Horrible experience - waste of time and money. My kid had a terrible experience at this godforsaken place. Unhygienic and Toxic environment. None of the staff members are adults says the Manager, who abuses her power due to lack of superior authorities. She is UNWILLING to help, EXTREMELY arrogant and disrespectful. Would not recommend. Due to the lack of safety measures not taken and the lack of inconsistency from staff. It s children supervising children. For the price I would go somewhere more professional/safe. Somewhere like Jumping world or Some other trampoline park. The obstacle course should atleast be monitored by a professional adult. Visited on March 4th for a friend s son s birthday party. They were upset due to the host not being attentive and didn t smile much. Literally took their time bringing socks and wristbands for kids which took time out of their play time. They were rushing us out of the room so they could clean it. People need to stay home if they dont want noone even bumping into their child. This is a trampoline place it s going to happen. My experience here was terrible and for the price I paid, I am not satisfied at all. (1) The party host was not friendly and did not interact. Had to ask her for rags to clean spills she literally sat outside the play area and just observed no help at all! (2). Food was terrible (3). Had to constantly find the staff so the kids can ride the bumper cars, also had to track down the party host multiple times to get the wristbands and socks. THis is my first and last time visiting this place did not win me over at all the place is not that big and the activities included in the party package just did not add up to the price.

Ive never been to places like this as 2 of my 3 children have epilepsy. My nephew recently had his birthday here and I took my 3rd child. My mind was blown, theres so much to do and the kids there looked so happy! Im happy that my 3rd child was able to enjoy this but Im also saddened that others cannot! My son loves this place and so do I! We visit often and usually for the trampoline park itself but we always end up utilizing the other attractions. The arcade has a lot of great options for it to not be the main attraction not to mention some great prices to win once you gain enough tickets. such a disappointing first time experience. i don t think we d ever be back to this place. took my kids & my younger cousin to celebrate her bday. she was excited for laser tag and bumper cars but unfortunately the staff was unprofessional. she attempted to do both things a couple of times and every time they went to try and do those activities no staff was around to help and if they were they weren t paying attention and were just on their phones. the place was basically dead at the time we arrived (5pm) and wasn t packed at all the whole 2hrs we were there. i feel like the staff had the time and should ve been more attentive

I came from Los Angeles to Houston to visit family members here, and we decided to have a fun day out and all go as a family to this trampoline park. When we got there it was going good so far, but then, we decided to eat there since we were already there and the kids and teens were hungry. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, chicken nuggets for the little ones, and we got a pitcher of strawberry soda. Firstly, the pizza was not good at all, it was soggy and felt like rubber. Secondly, the strawberry soda did not even taste like soda, there was no carbonation, and it was just not good. Lastly, the chicken nuggets that the little kids were eating WERE RAW. They were not even slightly undercooked, there was a few raw ones. A family member that ate it threw up right away and we assumed that it was just because she was jumping around, but then we looked at the food because she was claiming that it was nasty, and the chicken nuggets were not cooked at all. We returned the food and the person there did not want to do anything about it besides make another batch but we declined. If you decide to come, either plan to eat before, or after. Do not eat there, the food was not good at all.

Place was clean, service was good and friendly too, I loved the floor plan of this place, jumpers are on one side and as parents with small kids (toddlers)it allow you to keep an eye at all times plus easy access for you to jump and grab you child if necessary. Lots of machines plus cars, just perfect. They have food as well.

My daughter had her 3rd birthday party here and it was awesome. My host Trinity was amazing and the manager Dale was professional and pleasant to deal with. He explained everything to me in its entirety and made sure I got the best package for my money. They made sure everything was clean and was very accommodating. If you have your party here just tell your guest to skip signing the waivers in the front as a paper waiver is done for parties. to keep a tally of the guest . All of my guest had fun adults included 10/10.

Had a birthday party there. The kids had fun, the only issue is that they did not start cleaning or decorating the room until after your set party time and they were still behind on doing so. Of course that took time off from your scheduled party room time. Can t expect people to sit in there with the room smelling like cleaning products. As most of these places, you can t expect much when kids/teens work there, even though you pay so much money for these parties. Bring your own tongs for food. Made it much easier and quicker than waiting on your one party attendant to pass out food to everyone. They just need better planning. There wasn t a party before or after in that room and no souvenir for the birthday kid. I wouldn t plan another party there but would still take my kids to play.

Fantastic fun place to bring the kids. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Very clean and they have added new items to their menu. They also have added a bunch of new play areas as well. Definitely will be bringing back the kids.

Worst place to have a childs birthday party..The hosts dont do anything but stand there to see who signed a waiver and who your socks are going to.. the Manager Dale interrogated my party guest.. followed them around and argued with us about who got the socks that where already paid for when i paid for the party!.. He ruined my daughters 3rd birthday when all they had to do was charge me for anything they felt was extra at the end just like when they followed me outside to pay for the extra pizza.. I spent well over 800 dollars at this establishment so the the whole thing was ridiculous & embarrassing and i would not recommend to anyone. Will not be returning.

Theyve expanded beyond a basic trampoline park. Theres a ninja warrior obstacle course, pool tables & a sky high adventure where your harnessed in & navigate a course. They also have bumper cars & laser tag. Great place for family fun!
