I walked in and I wanted to buy buchanans so I was in line and I know they ack for Id so I showed him mines and he didn t even acknowledge to look at it I had my sister with me and he started to say well everyone who comes in we all have to check their Id but their was NO sign of that when you walk in I m not coming back to this place

They have a very vast selection of products and knowledgeable staff. I was impressed with the attention I received from different staff attempting to make sure that I was finding everything that I was looking for. I was floored when the actual store manager, Daniel, introduced himself and taught me things about comparable products that i never knew. I was more pleased when i learned, via tasting, that the young man WAS RIGHT!! The store is clean, well stocked and appears spacious! It felt like I was in an alcohol lovers warehouse! It was worth the drive and theyve earned my respect as well as my future business!

The worst customer service. Asked to ID my sisters and cousin because they were together. We use to go there all the time AND THEY NEVER ASKED EVERYONE APPROACHING THE REGISTER FOR ALL ID s. The person purchasing, I understand but someone with them too? That s so dumb!!

3/12/24: Stopped by to pick up a bottle of Malibu Black, and decided to look around at their large selection of rums. I asked Christopher about a sweet red wine, and he gave me a great recommendation. He was very friendly, and made me feel like a valued customer. The store is very clean, well organized, and there is plenty of parking.

I was here on the day before Xmas Eve and when I saw the line I nearly put my stuff down and walked out. The line started nearly at the front of the store, wrapped around to the back and then up to the front. I figured Id see how quickly it moved. I was out the door in about 10 minutes. They had that store working like a well oiled machine. Every register was open. Every. Single. One. Besides the registers then had people stocking and helpers in the isles to assist people where needed. Kudos to the store manager and all the employees. You all did a wonderful job!!! Thank you very much! I will make this store my go-to liquor store!

Im not sure why I go here anymore. They have jumped in the bandwagon and have either presold their high end hard to find liquor to an upseller or only give to special customers. Its a crying shame that a normal person cant buy a good small batch bourbon or whiskey without hitting the secondary market at five times the price. Im over it.

Ive always thought everyone deserves respect, Maybe thats just my way of thinking, the way I was raised. Obviously, the employees at this store or the 2 in the help desk on the left side bar area at the corner when you enter the store werent taught that way. When I asked for a Buffalo Trace product, they both laughed at me... as if I made a joke or had something painted on my face, and one said, Nice try! Hahahaha!!. A good employee would have approached the matter differently, maybe couldve said, we are out right now, sorry, maybe next time or just something else rather than laugh at a customer... If you are doing the hiring for this store, you should pick more carefully... customer friendly people who know liquor. SPECS a couple of miles down 66 treats you right!

I ordered 2 wines and unfortunately, the order was stolen by the delivery person. I called the store and spoke with Dora, who explained that DoorDash was going to be of little help. Dora then offered to cancel the order on her end, contact DoorDash to resolve on their end as well, and once I placed a new order, contacted me to let me know 1 bottle was not in stock but offered a perfect replacement. To top it off, she included this note. Thank you Dora for your amazing customer service!

Manager Jarrod at this store is what all other Managers should be Emulating! Jarrod did not just stop at We dont have it at this store! He went waaaaay above all other Goody Goody stores where I heard we will never get another bottle of that liquor here! We havent seen that bottle here in three years! He made it happen, and my Brother who retired from the military after 26 years and 10 combat tours was So Grateful! Thank You Jarrod from our Family!

They had someone follow me around that entire store, I went around 3:00pm today, 9/10/2022, Saturday. I know exactly why, I guess I fit their description and it s sad & disgusting!!! Like when will white people get tired of racial profiling and discrimination lol I guess never! However, I still purchased my products and left gracefully!! Next time this happens, I ll be sure to film and take the next steps necessary, because I will be back!!! They had a white woman and Mexican man WATCH/FOLLOW ME !! If I could rate 0 stars I would. Their delivery service used to be good. Tonight they basically tell me that the order where I spent almost $100 couldnt be delivered and they didnt have the decency to call me and the closing Manager was rude and hung up on me and didnt pick back up. Asked for the .99 cent bottles of Bacardi rum. Lady at desk said if it s not there they are out, anytime I have been to any of stores and they are out the check the computer or go to the back for me. This liquor store has every alcoholic beverage you can name. They also has wine , sprizers, mixers, etc. The employees there are very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable about everything that they sale. The prices are reasonable and they always have great sales on their beverages. Also they have samples that you can try. If you are looking for a great liquor store this would be the one that youre looking for.
