This is my third time having bb.q chicken and I am consistently impressed by the quality and taste. We have tried golden original, secret sauce, ganjang, honey garlic, and cheeselings. Our favorites are secret sauce and honey garlic. They use thigh meat for boneless. It was so juicy and tender. I also like the buttons on the tables for order, call and pay requests, making the services easier and faster.

We ordered 4 different flavors of boneless wings. Portions were very good. Flavor was a 2 out of ten. Waffle fries were by far the best tasting thing we had. Unfortunately all our food came out in stages and I absolutely hate that!! Servers were kind but quick to run off in midst of questions. Was our first visit and we had a few. We will not be going back chicken seemed fresh but the flavors were not there. 4 of us came and we all agreed it was a $100 mistake.

The honey garlic boneless wings or absolutely delicious! Go once, and youll crave it all the time. I have shared some of the boneless wings with coworkers and family, and every single person said WOW! Thats REALLY good. Its probably best that I dont have a location super close, otherwise I would be there every week! Parking: Huge, free, open parking lot. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp visible from parking lot to sidewalk. No stairs. I didnt use the restroom, but the floorplan is pretty open in the restaurant.

I ordered the secret sauce mediums boneless with a side of ranch. When I first received my food, the chicken looked extremely unappetizing. It did not look like it was a boneless chicken and it resembled more of flats without bones. It did not look like it was from chicken breast as it should. The sauce was also bland and tasted old. Compare to its other location, this one had more poor food quality and ranch.

I always crave for their chicken especially the secret sauce, and cheeseling flavor. They never miss except for my last order, I ordered the boneless cheeseling for pickup and the chicken was lacking. It was very dry, most of the pieces weren t as crispy as they usually are, and the cheeseling was just sprinkled on top (barely) instead of being coated. I probably would go again since this is the first time I ve had an order that wasn t as good. Edit to add 4/4/2024: I ordered for pick up today and ordered a medium boneless cheeseling and a medium boneless secret sauce. Both of them tasted very old and were very tough, it was so stringy and hard to eat. On top of that the cheeseling barely had any cheese powder on it. This location has been a hit or miss, the quality has been inconsistent particularly in this location. For the price I think it s disappointing so I probably won t order from this location again.

We were in the neighborhood and wanted to give the Korean spicy chicken a try. You are a family of five and ordered full chicken, half spicy and half normal. Service was declined to us stating that with a party of five we needed to order at least three dishes, they would not serve food and would only let us do takeout. The order was large enough each person had three large pieces of chicken, and that was adequate food for us to have tried while sitting at the restaurant. We went here for dinner on a Tuesday night and experienced the most annoying and disrespectful story. The table next to us was an Asian family of 6, 3 generations, the grandparents, the parents and 2 kids. They were put into the corner of the restaurant and tried to ordered 2-3 portions. I overheard that they already ate and just wanted to try out the food. One of the server came and raised his voice at them saying they had to order more. It was some kind of policy that you have to order a minimum amount of food with certain number of people. The server looked very frustrated and angry. The portion is big, and one order can feed 2 easily. Plus, the restaurant was not busy, but they declined to serve this family. It was a casual restaurant, I did not understand why they have to make it so hard for a family to try some food. Totally upset with what we saw. I regret did not speak up for them at the moment. And I am so sorry for the whole family. They ended up order Togo. But the guy was still look so mad.

First thing when you take a bite you get that super crunchy batter and the sweetness from the honey garlic sauce. The chicken is well seasoned and super juicy. I ordered original boneless chicken and they were just bland with some kind of a strange plastic taste from the oil perhaps. The cheeseling, secret sauce and Galbi were all too sweet. They tasted great at first, but after three or four wings, I was tired of them. It s interesting that after a few days I would want to have these again. Maybe it s just the magic of fried chicken! First, I gave this place a 2 because of what they have and the name of the restaurant. Its name is bbq chicken, and when I asked them for barbecue sauce, they did not even have it. They did not have salt and ketchup on the table. We told him we wanted all the food together, but they bought the fries early. We reminded him when we got the fries, but he said nothing to do, sorry. The wings were fried so great, crispy and crunchy. The flavor the honey garlic was a sweet but a lil savory, it was my fave of the two. The secret sauce was still awesome, had a lil of a sweet tangy flavor but was a lil too spicy for me and the more I ate it the spicier it got. Ive never had a So-ddeok-so-ddeok but you should try it. To me they put a lil too much of the sauce on it (I prefer easy on the sauce) but the sausage had a good smoky flavor (wish it was cooked or grilled more) and the rice cake I really enjoyed, it had a slight soft crunch on the outside and soft mochiesque texture on the inside. I would definitely come back to try their other items.

I couldnt be more pleased with the quality of the food or the level of service. The meat is insanely fresh and the flavors are fantastic. Try their secret sauce or the soy garlic and youll never eat at another wing place again! I saw another reviewer say service is based on race but that has not been my experience and its possible the person is overly sensitive to eating in another cultures establishment.

Good service! Kind workers! However, the original chicken that we had on the half-half were foul smelling and bad taste. It was not the skin of the chicken, rather it was the meat itself. The meat smelt like stinky socks.The taste was rough, dry, and the flavor was diminished by the smell too.The kitchen probably left the meat unsupervised.The other chicken flavor that we got was yummy! This original was hard-to-eat. I had previously went to the bbq chicken in Preston and had no problem with the taste.

Chicken is very tasty and you get a good amount for the price. Anything else is overpriced and below average quality. Saddest looking fries I ve ever seen, and at $6, never again. So soggy and undercooked. Could get 3 large fries from McDonald s for $6 and they d at least be edible. Cheese sticks were a bit better about the same, tastes like the frozen Farmrich sticks.

My number one place for fried chicken if I am not making it myself. The meat is fresh and juicy. Made to order the quality cuts they use are superb. Whether it be golden Olive or soy garlic there is a savory option for anyone. This is not cheap fried chicken ,but I felt that I got my moneys worth. Quite impressed! The food was great! We got a medium order of the Walbi wings and Soy wings; our 3 initial reactions were Waw it s crunchy, full of flavor and you get a good amount of wings for the price. Crash Landing, Korean fried chicken experience in Plano, Texas. Quite possibly my best fried chicken experience. BBQ Chicken in Plano, Spring Creek is a hidden gem that focuses on Korean Style fried chicken. We ordered the Original Olive Fried Chicken and it has the best balance of crunch and juiciness. Give this place a try if you want to experience something outside of American Fried Chicken.
