I had my appointment at 1 pm, an hour passed and they never attended to me, a couple arrived without an appointment and they were passed on, another arrived 30 minutes after me with an appointment and they were passed on first, this is the second time this has happened to me.

I have been with the Ortiz law firm from resident application all the way to citizen application and they are amazing at making sure all the paperwork is in order and anything I sign I understand what I m signing for. They prep you for all the situations and scenarios depending on the case. They communicate efficiently and make sure you re as prepared as you can be for interviews. My journey of the last 7 years with the Ortiz law firm has been amazing and have no complaints on my end as a client.

I m hoping this review helps others make the decision much like they helped me. I started my immigration process with a different attorney a few years ago. I did not feel like they had the level of organization and care as the Ortiz Law Firm. Once I made the decision to switch, I m glad I chose this firm to handle my case. They are very organized and EVERYONE I have ever talked to is very knowledgeable. I felt more confident in what they were doing with my case. The two paralegals I worked with, Ariel and Hilda, have always been very kind and quick to respond. Both my husband and I were impressed with how thorough they were especially when it came time for my visa interview. I can t thank you enough for the care and confidence you have shown me during this process.

The person they have answering the general phone in their office is unfriendly and pedantic. We called to renew our request with the national visa center and the man told us that his office was very full and that this was not the correct term for what we were requesting and hung up on us. The persons name is Wilfredo. After all the money we have been paying, we expect better treatment and service.

This law firm just wants your money. I have been waiting a year for some documents I call all the time they never have a clear answer for me. I believe they took my money and never sent off my documents, now that all is paid they don t care or even call me back. I ve been calling every week and always told they will call back yeah right. At first they lure you in sweet talk just to get your money then once you pay they ignore you and don t work with you. The front desk at the location at camp bowie is so rude and un polite. I made a appointment for a Saturday and once I got there was told I had no appointment, the front desk was so rude about it and was told I had to make another appointment. Bad customer service and not professional at all. I never leave reviews and had to think about this one but it s true don t let them lure you in be careful they only want your money.
