My experience at Hawaiian Bros has been fun. I love it and Ive gone to this specific location 3 times with a different group each time. The service and the atmosphere is superb The food has been great. If I compare it to other Hawaiian places, theyre good. I think L&L in Plano does their musubi and macaroni salad a tad bit better. However, they are equal in their short ribs. I was a little shocked that my musubis were $3.50, but the musubis at MoBettahs were $2.99 so slightly better there. Nevertheless, a taste of home or island life is great to have out here in Texas. I can appreciate what they bring so I love it

I placed an order through Uber Eats pickup at this location and was told that my order was already picked up. First, they said there was no order under my name, and then they said someone else picked it up to be delivered to me. The issue is that I wouldve gotten a notification that someone was on the way if I ordered for it to be delivered, and my order was very clearly shown to be a PICKUP order under my name. Despite this, the young lady proceeded to tell me Uber Eats is only for delivery (which is not true), lied about the other person having confirmation, and argued with me about an order that I paid for and did not receive. Ive done this numerous times (actually almost every time I order here) and was being treated as a suspect when I literally showed my order verification! I would not be writing this review if they just admitted my food was accidentally given to the wrong person and made it right. However, instead, they gave it away, didnt want to admit to it and proceeded to blame me, and had an entire attitude fixing THEIR mistake. I am not one to write reviews, let alone negative ones, but wheres the customer service in that?? I never received a delivered order, and when I eventually got my food from the team, quality was something to be desired.

Never been and came with a coworker for a late lunch on his recommendation. Upon entering, an employee will assist you with ordering (although we told them we didn t need it) and it made for an awkward ordering process (think 4 people standing at the kiosk trying to order). I ended up with the Honolulu Chicken (small) and it can with white rice, I subbed the mac-n-cheese salad for their veggies. The meal itself was ok but it could ve came out warmer. The small is also a good portion size for lunch. It was a quick in and out meal but I doubt I ll be back.
