Love Starbucks. This Starbucks is no exception. My issue with this one is that they are out of oatmilk multiple times a week so I end up going to a different location further away from my house. This one just seems to be out of stuff very frequently. Who ever is doing the ordering is dropping the ball.

Was here accidentally with uber order. 8 workers are here but work isnt organized. I wait 40 minutes and went without nothing, all people went away but my order still isnt ready. Seems only 1 worker deals with uber doordash order and at the same time takes orders from regular customers as a cashier. Drive thru goes fast. Dine in is as slow as turtle.

Why this place has a 4.3 rating? It absolutely beats me. I can only imagine its a result of the convenient location. I have given this place innumerable chances in hopes just ONCE they would get my order right. Whats comical is that I order the SAME drink EVERY time hoping they will FINALLY get it right but it NEVER is. I get the Iced Brown Sugar Oat milk Shaken Espresso, extra shot, cold foam, and caramel drizzle. Somethings always missing, its hardly shaken-all the ingredients sit on top of each other. Its no wonder they ask for a tip prior to giving you your order, the product is a joke. If youre looking for a Starbucks that has QUALITY baristas and gets your drink right every time- highly recommending the Starbucks on Monroe. Last time Im coming to this Starbucks-what a joke.

Always running late! I asked when the Frappuccino would be ready since I had my hot drink, she said she was working on it and she finished it and sat it down instead of handing it to me! She knew I was waiting for the drink because I told her my son was waiting for the drink and needed to leave as soon as possible and she didn t bother to give it to me. Ive been to this Starbucks four times now and every time they have been out of ingredients to make half of my order (I usually order 4-5 drinks each visit). This, most of the time, is not an issue for me as I do not mind choosing something else. However, the last two times I showed up I was met with a 45+ minute line for to-go and they did not yell me that they ran out of ingredients to make my drink. They went ahead and made something similar without telling me and didnt say until after I had paid. This would also have been fine but all of my Frappuccinos came out watery and the other drinks had no ice. Will not be going back to this location again, just drive the extra mile down Broadway for a better starbucks. Edit: Pointless owner review, nothing that customers dont already know. Dont go during peak business hours, they cannot handle more than 4-5 orders at a time. If you really want to spend $8 find a place that cares.

Went to this Starbucks this morning at 10:22am and ordered in the app and there was no info about how long the wait was. When I pulled in I saw the ridiculously long drive thru line so I went inside and I was informed that the wait is 45 minutes. If I had known that I WOULD NOT have ordered for that location they clearly can t handle the influx of orders. While waiting when others would get their order the employees would give them a gift card for their patience but after waiting over 20mins I was given the wrong order which I took instead of complaining and DID NOT get a gift card. I m not sure why my patience wasn t appreciated but I know I don t look like the clientele that they were giving gift cards to. I ll never be returning to this location or perhaps any Starbucks anytime soon. It s a shame there s no Dutch Bros. nearby.

Service is great. Reading the comments on here about the barista not being friendly is understandable. I personally thought she was great, considering how she always get my orders right and has a respectable tone each time. It can be daunting and a bit imitidating when someone doesnt greet you with a smile but hey, as long as I got what I wanted, thats whats important. All the baristas working there was great! I never had any problems with them or their services. Drinks are always well made and exactly like I asked for. People forget it becomes tiring to fake a smile after being on your feet and making hundreds of drinks for hours on end on a daily! Parking: Crazy packed on the weekends. Gotta go early to find parking

I placed my order a good 10, 15 minutes before I need to leave the house so its ready so I can head straight to work. The mobile order says my order should be ready by then, no problem. Mind you thats a 10 to 15 minute window to make a beverage. I get there and I have to wait an additional 10 minutes for my drink to be made. So if I had been ordering in the store I would have had to wait 20 minutes for my drink? Or do they just not place the priority on orders as they come in? I like mobile ordering I really like getting Starbucks on Sunday because Chick-fil-A is closed but this is kind of annoying. And this is not 1st thing in the morning and the drive-through doesnt take 20 minutes so whats the deal?

It was a big mistake coming here. We have never been to this location and now, we certainly won t return. My husband asked for a Caramel oat milk Latte tonight and instead, I received one with cow s milk. The service rep even repeated my order back to him and confirmed the Latte would be made with oat milk. After she gave it to us, we left and started on our trip back home. As soon as I put it up to my mouth, I could immediately smell cow s milk and the sour odor stopped me dead in my tracks. My husband tasted it and confirmed that it tasted like cow s milk. I decided to pull down the cup sleeve and was able to verify that the cup label did not specify that the latte was made with oat milk. What a waste of money, this drink is going where it belongs and apparently where the level of customer service we received tonight was at THE DRAIN.

Horrible!! I went to the drive thru to pick up an order for DoorDash . The blond haired guy told me to pull to the window, he asked what the name and the order was again and told me i had to go inside with an attitude. I went inside, I was waiting 15 minutes for one drink, couldn t get help from anyone! The dark haired man asked me what did the customer ordered and I ve told him multiple times. Ok, so normally the app will tell me if something was out of stock and not let you order it, but it didnt with this location. So when I get there and theres the bag with out of stock written on it in the same place as my drink. No explicantion. One of the male workers that had a nose ring was realy pleasent and addressed my question and quelled my confusion. Then he went to Kate his manager and she so very rudely dismissed him without making eye contact with him or me. Then she rudely asked so your wanting a refund? to me when she did finally stepped up to me. I told her no then asked to see if she would maybe call and see if it was OK to go to another location and pick up the rest of my order. She pretend to call, blew me off and sent me away. I do not usually have any issues ordering from this Starbucks. It is always a friendly and smooth experience. But for some reason this morning was different. I placed an online order and went to go pick it up. I normally go inside if the drive thru line is long but it didn t look like this morning so I went through there. A lady over the speaker asks me if I had ordered yet, I say no I placed an online order for Laura. She said oh it looks like you placed it four mins ago and it s going to take fifteen mins. (I only ordered one drink) I said I d rather wait in the drive thru, there were two cars ahead of me and usually when I go through the drive thru whomever answers the speaker says they are working on it and will have it ready. She then says we can t have you waiting that long in the drive thru we re backed up right now. In the time it took me to park, go inside and wait was not even three mins, which is how long it took the two cars ahead of me to go through. My drink was ready in under three mins, not fifteen as previously stated. I understand being busy and this Starbucks is usually very busy but the way it was worded and said came off as very rude and inconsiderate.

I frequent this location a lot and I feel like it has gone downhill. Jen, an employee here is extremely rude and hostile anytime I come in. Other staff members have even said that she just isnt friendly or shes just like that well then maybe she shouldnt be in the customer service industry. Youre made to feel like a burden and what you order is a hassle to be made. She doesnt smile, and the whole environment is very unwelcoming when she is present, I dread going in this location worrying if she is working or not. I ve tried multiple times for mobile orders from this location. The majority of the time they are 20 minutes late vs the estimated time and half of those times they are wrong

i come here almost everyday and originally loved this location since they always got my order right but lately the service has gone down tremendously. there are a couple of workers here who are outright rude! I have gotten my hot coffee cold more than once here and they want to give me an instant attitude when i let them know its cold.

Cashier didn t take order correctly and I received something completely different than what I ordered. Not a huge deal, mistakes happen but what I received tasted like garbage water. It was also a venti but was only filled 2/3 of the way. Didn t have time to turn around and get it fixed. 2 stars since they got the other drink mostly right except the size.

This location is always pretty good honestly. Due to the fact that it is not a stand alone store, you are going to have to wait in line during the peak hours in the drive through. Its not very long most times like other locations however. The one a short drive down the road on Walnut is WAY worse and i just drive the extra few mins to this one even though Walnut is closer to me. The patio is nice but it sits out in the parking lot right next the drive through exit which can be annoying due to loud cars or just exhaust smell in general. You can of course sit there during Covid however. The inside is nice but room is limited because it is a shared building. Doesnt really matter at this moment due to Covid but you can get in and out with room to social distance if you dont want to wait in line. Parking is extremely limited however so its nice that they are able to move the drive through rather quickly. Still one of the better locations i go through in all of Houston.

This is one of the worst Starbucks. I will usually drive further to the one past it in Friendswood. No one acknowledges mobile orders and when you go to the cashier and ask her because you can see your drinks, she tells you you can go to the end of the bar. The drinks are inconsistent and usually watered down.
