Brenda is wonderful!! Full disclosure: I have been going to Cross and Co Salon for my curly cuts for a while now and while I am a loyal patron there, I simply dont need to spend that kind of money and time there plus trekking to Plano every time I just need a simple trim and re-shaping (which of course theyll do but theyll charge their full service prices and I just dont think thats worth it). Brenda is MORE than capable of cutting curly hair and shell cut it dry, the way curly hair really should be cut. She even touched it up for me a couple days later after I freshly washed and styled my curls free of charge (because as all curly girls know there are always a few pesky stragglers that need adjusting after a cut, wash, and style). I will probably still visit Cross and Co 1-2x a year for my main cut because Im obsessed with my stylist there and her styling methods, but I will visit Brenda more often in between! She knows her stuff, is affordable, and is such a sweetheart. It was a lovely experience working with her. Im SOOOO grateful shes only a hop, skip, and jump from home!

Brenda was AMAZING! She is so easy going and certainly is willing to talk to you about your hair. I went in there not sure what I wanted, talked in circles, and at the end she was able to help me narrow it down. Not to mention, she was great to talk to. I took my grandmother in for a shampoo cut and roll with curlers. Unfortunately I didn t get her name but the lady who cut her hair did a great job and was quick. I asked if I could get mine cut as well. I wanted to keep my length, just cut the dead ends off and put layers in my thick hair. She did a phenomenal job and the prices are great. Will be going back for sure!

10/10 recommend Brenda. I walked into the salon on very little sleep after a 12 hour night shift, talking complete nonsense and having no clue what I wanted her to do to my hair. Brenda used her amazing personality and talent to roll with it. I left there feeling cute & confident. Excited to give up my messy bun. I will definitely be back!!!

If you want to look like Dora the explorer or Lord Farquaad in under 10 minutes this is the place for you! I went from having long luscious hair to looking like Dora in 9 minutes. That s right. I was only in the salon for 9 minutes. I thought she was joking when she told me to look and see my new hair! She was serious! I asked for it to be thinned out and asked for layers and texture. What I got was thick blunt cut. It gets bulky at the bottom and looks so weird. Even my husband admits that it was a bad cut. I ve never felt so ugly in my life. Now I get to go pay to have someone better fix it.

I hate to write scathing reviews, but this one needed to be written. First of all, I scheduled a haircut and color consultation. The consultation was really short, Brenda hardly said 2 words or any advice, just What were you thinking about?. Usually when i go for color consultations, the stylist has books to show me, styles that are in and different color shades suggestions. None of that was done with Brenda. The haircut is when things were really shoddy. The whole haircutting process took less than 10 minutes long. I showed Brenda 3 pictures of shoulder length hairstyles. She hastily cut my hair, and before I know it, I now have a chin length bob. Around 3-4 shorter than I wanted. I could do with 1-2 shorter than I wanted, but the 3-4 is shocking to me. I now have a hairstyle I have NO idea how to live with. In addition to all this, she didnt even blowdry my hair, was just like yep, youre done after spraying some ineffective spray in my hair. The whole experience is SO budget and cheaply done. Yes, it was only 25.00 for this haircut, but believe me, you will get a better haircut/salon experience AT WALMART! Brendas whole demeanor is couldnt care less and I could definitely tell there was no joy in her work. Will not be returning, will just have to somehow make my really short hair work until it grows out :(

After getting my hair cut at quick in-and-out places like Great Clips for years, I was frustrated with the overall lack of quality. Brenda has been a godsend--not only is she faster and more efficient than Great Clips, but my hair looks better than it has in years! I was lucky to find her, and she has another satisfied and dedicated customer. I highly recommend her!

My hair is exactly what I asked for. I was super happy with the price as well! It was very affordable. Crystal was kind to fit me in for a walk in appointment for a regular wet haircut on a busy Saturday. She is obviously very passionate about what she does; however I did show her pictures and ask for choppy layers with lots of texture and movement... I ended up with a long bob with one layer in the back. When I tried to bring it up to her, she blew dried my hair and tried to style it to show more layers... It was still one layer. The cut is okay but not what I asked for. Brenda happened to have a missed appointment so my mom asked for a walk in appointment also... She didnt even bother to wet her hair for the cut! She just took off an inch of hair with a straight cut and rushed through the rest of the process without any styling as soon as another customer walked in.

Went in with 80% of my hair already blonde, asked to bring it in higher in form of balayage and to add a shadow root with some low lights. I was charged $265 and the result is horrible my hair is broken and tearing. She cut two to three inches off because of the damage. I spoke to the stylist and owner about the result and was given two options: bring down the darkness more to cover the red and add lightener or go darker. I went in blonder than I came out and they want to bring in more darkness. No refund is being offered in any capacity. So upset and disappointed by the way he way they are choosing to handle this. This is not ok. Posted is my reference picture as well as the result. My roots were darkened to almost black and the blonde was not brought up, instead I was left with a red band.

Brenda is the best hair stylist I have been to since I lived in Colorado. everywhere Ive gone since being back someone has seriously messed my hair up and Brenda fixed it for me. shes been my hair stylist ever since. I dont ever write reviews but this is one I had to. last night I got my hair (stupidly) wrapped in a small round brush and could not get it out. she let me come in early and she de tangled it from the brush free of charge and I thought I was going to have to cut it out. Brenda is seriously the best hair stylist youll ever find. she genuinely cares about what you want done to your hair and she definitely has some serious talent. Thank you Brenda youre my life saver! Studio 360 is the only place I will take my daughter to get her hair done. My daughter only trusts Brenda with her hair and is always happy when we leave. My daughter has difficult hair and brenda is the only one who has been able to work my daughters hair and not screw it up. I also have gone to brenda and suzy for haircuts and color and I have always been super happy and feel great when I leave. My daughter and I WONT be back!! I wanted to get my daughters hair cut prior to school starting, well after our visit to Studio 360, Ill now have to take her for a second cut elsewhere just to straighten it because it is very much uneven! I just wanted mine trimmed as well and my layers are entirely too short, and Brenda thinned it out much more than I wanted. I have a MULLET!! Im very disappointed in the service we received. I guess I should have known it was going to be bad when she didnt even offer to wash our hair first! Im assuming she didnt offer to style it because there isnt a lot to be done with a mullet!! I cant even go get mine fixed somewhere else until my shortest layer grows out some. I am highly disappointed!

I have been going to this salon since it opened and it has always been a positive experience. If you are looking for an uncomfortable, assembly line, professional atmosphere then I would not go here. If you like to feel like part of a family and get a great haircut at a great price then you should stop by. I really think customers drop by just to chat. On top of that they do have a lot of experience and stay current with the latest styles and trends. I dont participate in anything current lol, but Ive seen their work while I was there, and it looks like an episode of extreme makeover when they are working on some of these women.

Terrible experience. I usually go to Dallas to get haircut but gave this salon a try because I live close. Suzy was the worst hair stylist I have ever gone to! She didnt have professionalism and I had to coach her on cutting my hair the whole time! She said she has been cutting hair for a long time but it didnt appear so. I had to go home and fix my own hair after the appointment. A week later it looked like crap! I will never go back!

Just moved Texas, studio 360 is a small hair salon, not fancy but large on friendliness and skill. Suzy did base color and cut and style and my hair looks wonderful. I couldnt of asked for more.
