This chicken is not crispy and really greasy. I literally have to take off the excessive grease with multiple napkins. If it wasn t for their sauce I would not buy this chicken. It s the only way it taste good.

This location is always a hit or miss! Most times it s a miss. Depending on what time you go, you either get good crispy chicken or you get old soggy fries and chicken. Went through the drive through today and fries were undercooked and chicken was completely soggy and falling apart. It tasted like the food had been sitting out for sometime, gross!!

Staff told me they dont give out caniac cards anymore, even though the website wont allow you to sign up for an account without one. Not sure how you contradict yourself by saying you dont have them but they never gave me a response just started to talk to someone else while I stood there and eventually left the restaurant. This was literally the worst meal I ve ever had at a Canes. The chicken and fries were soggy and left a greasy film in my mouth. The toast was not toasted and even the canes sauce was not prepared properly. It looked and tasted more like ketchup and you could see the red streaks running thru it like it wasn t mixed well. Even though this location is less than a 1/2 mile from my house I will avoid it in the future. This is the second bad experience I ve had with the food here.

Dietary restrictions: They can make the chicken Naked without batter/breading to avoid some gluten & extra calories. Raising Canes: Where Chicken Tenders Tend to Wreck Your Taste Buds This meal was an absolute disaster; Id rather eat cardboard. Ive had beef jerky with more moisture than this $16 disappointment. The only highlight was the Heinz ketchup packets ask for them or regret wasting your money. The bread was as exciting as a blank canvas, and the fries barely reached mediocre status. The sauce? Id rather have taken a dare. Ill never step into this overpriced, desert-dry chicken joint again. The large Coke Zero had zero flavor, living up to its name. Their idea of food presentation? A long, black hair as the pièce de résistance. Im switching to Chicken Express pronto. What a nightmare. Do you folks even know real food? Its atrocious. The drive-throughs music? Ear-piercing for no reason. Youre better off at the Target next door with a pretzel. 0/10. $16 for that quality of food? Total highway robbery, Mr. Cane. Never again! What a disaster.

Highly recommend this location. Shoutout to the lady who greeted me at the register this morning (around 10:30am on 8-11-23). She was incredibly kind and courteous, and even helped me walk the multiple bags I had ordered to my car (was catering for 25-30ish people). I couldnt have been more grateful for the extra set of hands. She is a rockstar and a queen. Keep up the great work!

I got my food so quick and the atmosphere and service was great. Parking: The parking is a normal free Parking lot with a drive through. Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome, there is no play place but the tables are far apart so you can hold your kids hand with no problem. Wheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp that went to the door for people who cant do stairs or need a wheelchair ramp.

First time eating at this Canes, chicken was good tasty and hot but coleslaw had no taste whatsoever! Our last time eating here and maybe any Canes for that matter. This restaurant needs an exterminator and a good sanitizing. Nasty flys we re in every single window, not just a couple, 8 in one and some were even dead! We should have cancelled our order and left, if flys are in the dining area they re in the food preparation area too. How can they work in a place with flys everywhere? I informed a female employee about them before our food came. After getting our food and sitting down we saw a male employee spraying them with something and cleaning the windows. Spoke to manager, he said they were working on the issue. Yes, now you are after we told you . We understand it s Summer and can have a couple flys but there were way too many inside a food establishment! Wonder what the owner and would think of this Canes location

I know these reviews are pointless but maybe a manager will hear. Every time I order they make me pull to the side and then forget to take my food out! I m constantly having go inside and get my food. Once I understand but 3 times separately is too much. Quit having people pull to the side if you re going to make them walk in. My family of 7 (13-53) came in today and ordered the 50 tailgate, fries, toast, and drinks. Every single person we encountered was was pleasant and eager to make sure we had what we need. They all were working hard all over the restaurant. The food came out quickly, hot (very!), and yummy! I rarely write reviews, but I was so impressed with this location and its employees that I felt I should say something! I usually eat at this location three to four times a month and for the last few months they havent put any sugar in the lemonade. Now Im not one of those people who has to have overly sweet diabetic lemonade but the lemonade now tastes like lime water. Im not sure if too many Karens have complained about it being too sweet or what but it is now super gross. I now have to go home and add sugar.
