I cannot recommend Sr. Sarah enough. She is not only great at her job and treating female pelvic health issues, but she is just a wonderful human. She is kind and caring and once you spend any time with her youll realize she is such a good listener. She takes her time, listens to you and works hard make a plan that will address your problem all while making an uncomfortable situation to talk about so easy to discuss. Melissa is also very kind and professional and obviously cares about the patients very much. Id given them both 5 plus stars if that was an option!

I went to Dr. Sarah after having prolapse surgery. I lift weights and needed help with proper breathing so that I didnt undo what the surgery fixed. She helped me so much!!! I was also needing to use the bathroom too often. The strategies she taught me have been so helpful. Dr. Sarah made me feel comfortable and it was easy to share my issues with her. Melissa was helpful and kind, too. I highly recommend them!

One of the best. Our daughter was in a bad horse accident and she listened to every detail. She was patient with us as parents and my daughter as her patient. We can t say enough good about her and Melissa!

Dr. Wilde does a fantastic job in helping those with pelvic floor issues. I am more than glad to have been seen by her. She is attentive and very knowledgable in her work. You will leave feeling like a friend and able to take home beneficial information for the future! Highly recommend Dr. Wilde and her fantastic receptionist who is very kind and will do whatever she can to work with your schedule!

Sarah is a compassionate and fantastic physical therapist. She has helped many members of my family, including myself. Her expertise in Pelvic floor pt is exceptional. She has helped me with techniques and tools that have provided pain relief after many years of pain. I look forward to continue working with her.

Super amazing therapist.. I had surgery on my shoulder and was recovering in San Angelo and was referred to her. She was able to answer any and every question I could think of and was able to explain every little sensation I would have in my shoulder that would give me concern. She was gentle with therapy and detailed in what she was doing and detailed therapy throughout my recovery. I have to go back to big spring and am disappointed that I can t keep her my whole recovery!! She is amazing!!

I recently was seen at Angelo Physical Therapy and Wellness and had a wonderful experience. Sarah was prompt to get me in the same day I called with an issue. She was efficient and quick to diagnose and treat. She had excellent follow up care with home exercises and offered me a follow up if needed. She checked in with me frequently by phone. My issue resolved quickly with no need for further follow up. I would certainly recommend her for any physical therapy needs!

Sarah helped my son with some hip issues and was phenomenal to work with! She s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and so kind! We enjoyed our time with her! She also went out of her way to give us all the pertinent information so we understood. And she gave exercises for home to encourage progress. We are so thankful for her hard work and dedication to her field. We will definitely call on her again!
