I hired EZ for a child custody modification and enforcement on a previously entered divorce and child custody agreement in Williamson county after representing myself for a brief period. My oldest daughter was experiencing significant difficulties with her father and expressed a strong desire not to visit his home. Consequently, I filed for a modification and initiated enforcement actions immediately. During this time, my oldest daughter was placed into reunification therapy and ran away from her fathers home, walking six miles along a freeway at night. EZ expertly managed this complex situation, applying the relevant legal principles directly to my case and simplifying the process. He successfully obtained a final court order allowing my oldest daughter to reside with me full-time, while my youngest daughter was granted standard visitation with her father. Previously, both daughters were on a 50/50 custody schedule and this was not in the children s best interest. Additionally, child support was ordered, including back-owed medical expenses added to the support payments. If you are seeking an attorney who can navigate complicated child custody issues and apply the law effectively, EZ is an excellent choice.

The best!! Stop searching! Personal & Small Business. First off, I never write reviews. Ever. However, I have used Ilionsky Law for years for personal AND small business matters and am compelled to let everyone know. This firm has always had my back AND in a timely manner. Same day if they feel my anxiety through email. Very personal touch. It is far from the typical experience I have had in the past with attorneys. This firm is built with a different vision and it shows. I had the pleasure of working with E.Z. with my tenants eviction in Austin. E.Z. is honest, smart, tough, a nice guy, and easy to talk to. Good, thorough, and responsive. I had a complicated divorce because no one could find my ex-wife and every attorney I talked to couldnt give me a straight answer and quoted me an insane amount. This office took the case, tracked my wife down (at no extra charge), served her, and got me divorced in 2 months without any issues. And for less than what other law offices quoted me. No complications. They are quite busy because theyre in high demand (the lawyer told me theyre looking to hire more staff) so sometimes they take a bit to get back to you, although they always do, and they come through.

Amazing team of attorneys. I was going through a very difficult divorce with now my ex wife that tired to take my business, more percentages from the sale of our house, and wanting me to pay her son s college which he is not even my son. Before I connected Anjali at this law firm, I was represented by another law firm. I got fed up and felt taken advantage from because I m paying A ridiculous rate for this other law firm that is not fighting for me, and I was doing most of the work and getting even more stressed out. After a phone conversation with Anjali and asking a lot of questions and concerns I had moving forward, I decided before I hung up with Anjali at llionsky law Firm that I was very relieved I found them. I had a great feeling about this law firm. As soon as I signed paperwork to represent me, they went right to work representing me, they all put on the boxing gloves and didn t take them off until everything was settled. To this day I am amazed the work this law firm put into my extremely messy divorce and because of their dedication to their clients, we came out on top. I had a different attorney prior to finding Ilionsky Law, whom I felt was not very interested in really representing me aside from taking my money. This was never a concern with this firm.
