THE MESSIEST TARGET EVER. This has been my local target for about to years now and it just keeps getting worse. It s IMPOSSIBLE to shop for my daughter s clothes. The shoe section is a disaster!!! Every time I order a drive up order I get it s out of stock but before I order it always says it s in stock with x amount of items. Either the employees don t want to look for the stuff or the system is wrong. But I wouldn t blame them it s IMPOSSIBLE to find something there. Do yourself a favor & go to another target. I agree with another review that said that the pharmacy is the only good thing they have. Zach & his team are very knowledgeable and nice!

I frequest this target because i live pretty close. tonight my mom and i went for some stuff and we stood in line for about 5 minutes while a cashier was having a malfunction with her register. We moved to self checkout where one of the associates glared at us. We rang up some bananas and before we could finish entering the quantity, she comes up aggressively and goes ma am you have more that one banana so loud that other people were staring. I told the lady we were still counting and entering and she giggled and disregarded what I was saying. We paid and walked out and when we walked by her she said some words in spanish and did not say anything else. She was an older, short hispanic lady with glasses on. This was my first bad experience at this target. I will go to the one in tomball instead. Also, when I call, the phone goes straight to voicemail.

Asked 3 people for help and only 1 helped me the first 1 short lady with glasses told me It s somewhere over here I m busy. The Second Lady in shoes pointed and said it s over there behind the wall and turned her back to me. The 3rd lady works in the front at self check out was the most helpful and friendly. Then when I walked past the 1st lady again heading towards where the 3rd lady told me the area what I was looking for sne was on her phone on social media. The 3rd lady was very nice and helpfull but I shouldn t have to ask 3 people for help. This is why I don t come to this target now.

My fiancé and I come here often. Today was probably the best customer service ever. We grabbed a basket that must ve been freshly sanitized by bleach. It stained my clothes It was no big deal, but I figured I should let the lady know they may have to warn customers to check the baskets for bleach to prevent it from happening again. I didn t think anything of it the poor girl probably was scared to death that she d get in trouble so she alerted the managers. They found us in the store and told me I could pick out any shirt since mine was damaged. Really great store, they always have great customer service!

Requested assistance to find a product at the request kiosk, and no one showed up (2 employees walked right past me and and just kept walking)and I asked it twice. Came into this location today to shop for clothing. I was in complete and utter shock at how unorganized and chaotic it was. Clothes were everywhere, mixed together, jumbled up. I would not have been able to find anything due to the state of the clothing racks. I immediately left. 0/10 would not recommend this location.

Terrible customer service. 8 people in line this morning (or more?) at 1045 am, one person checking out. Self checkout lanes do not open until noon, I was told, but I was directed to *Customer Service* to check out, since two employees were hanging out without customers. The two employees could not even bother with a smile or hello, in fact, all I received was a scowl from the woman. Nice *customer service*! If you dont like your job, go somewhere else. Do managers even attempt to train lazy employees anymore? I havent been to this Target in over a year, and I plan on never returning! Trash.

This is the closest target to my home and I will gladly drive further of go to Walmart to avoid this store. I ve worked in retail long enough to know the problems with this store aren t entirely to blame on the store. The people who shop here are disgusting and treat this store like a trash can. But this store has looked the same for month and I have to wonder what is going on at the management and corporate level that this store continues to look like this specifically in the apparel areas. This store should be shut down for an entire day to get it back in better shape

I honestly dont know what is going on here at this target but not only is the store a complete mess and there are rarely any staff members present but me and my husband went to this location today and waited in the self check out line for a solid 15 mins because only one other register was open and the line was unnecessarily long. A team member came up to us and was extremely rude and kicked us out the line because we had a little over 10 items in our cart. I personally work retail myself and the way that lady spoke to us was out of line, the communication should have been better and Im sure this lady has been overwhelmed and overworked since obviously there was only her running self checkout and just one other cashier at the front with so many customers waiting to be checked out . We left our cart to the side and walked out, there was no way i was gonna waist an additional 15-20 minutes in another line. This place needs better management and needs more staffing support. Not just for customers but for the people that actually work there. Its sad to see companies as big as target not provide proper associate care or customer care.

Love shopping at this particular target the staff is very friendly. Everything is where it needs to be nice and orderly and neat. They ve got good spread circle deals at their store and online where you can save a lot of money like today I ordered a laptop that I ve been looking for one for so long, but it had so many more features than what I would expect you have gotten for 299, but that price is only if you ordered online on your target account which I did and then I picked it up at the store. It was just wonderful put into a spot punched in the number of spot that I was at and it gives you a code on your phone And then an employee comes out to hand your product or products and you show them the code so they know that it s you and they put it where you want them to put them in your car in your trunk or backseat whichever door you want to go into or just hand it to you, so it was really simple really easy and I saved a lot of money today. I normally avoid shopping this location. Today my mother and I came over to this location to search for some viral items we saw on tiktok. To our surprise a young man worker Joey approached us & assisted us in our quest for the items and anything else to help us on our visit to this otherwise deplorable location. My recent shopping trip to Target was nothing short of fantastic! With our baby on the way, my partner and I needed to find everything from diapers to a crib, and Target had it all. The store s layout made it easy to find what we were looking for, and the baby section was a dream come true well-stocked with a wide variety of products. The staff were incredibly helpful, answering all our questions with patience and a smile. Prices were competitive, making our extensive shopping list more affordable. We left feeling fully prepared and excited for our baby s arrival. Highly recommend this Target for all new parents!

The security guy with the Curly hair and beard (Black and Green jacket) will follow you around the store making you very uncomfortable cant even shop in peace without him thinking your stealing. The person that brought my items to the car was RUDE. I was very polite to them because I m polite to everyone. They didn t speak at all. No greeting, no thank you, nothing. I m the one that spoke. I said, hello! nothing. They tried to shove a very plump bag in my driver side window, even though the instructions were to put the items in the truck. I said, I m sorry could you please put them in the trunk or backseat? Whatever is easiest is fine. They did not speak. Just put it in the backseat. I said, Thank you! No reply. They just walked away. You have cameras in the parking lot. I invite you to watch the video Now I m an adult, so I m used to seeing people act this way in the wild, but my daughter was in the car and witnessed this. That person should be ashamed of how rude they are and their lack of manners. They definitely do NOT represent Target in a good way - with that attitude they should just stay home they re not even good enough for Walmart and that says a lot considering most of us have seen those Walmart videos. Anyway, thank you Target, but that employee should be terminated. I worked for Target once that employee is definitely NOT on brand with Target.

(6801 FM 1960 Rd W Houston Tx, 77066) 12/18/23 You all need to fix your method . I m not understanding how you can t price match the items when it had the price online. I wanted a LEGO Pokémon the original price was 21 I believe and the sale price was 12 but when I scanned on my phone it said 6.39. the lady said it couldn t be changed because on her phone it said something else; she didn t even bother to look at my phone to see the price. I ve never had this issue at any target to where they can t price match what s on my phone from YOUR store. Another lady even tried to price match my other item which matched on her phone and it said it couldn t be lowered. If the prices can t be matched and won t be matched make sure they match !!! This was at self checkout around 12pm 12/19/23 Now shoutout to Houston North Central for honoring the prices! I ve never had an issue with them ! I bought the same things that couldn t be changed at the other store. No hassle no issue , this was at self checkout around 9:30 am. The other target needs to get it together.

The Willowbrook location is absolutely the most unorganized, messy, trash everywhere. The sight of piles and piles of items strewn around every corner was beyond belief. It prompted me to question the standards that I used to associate with Target. The absence of a well-organized and tidy shopping environment raised concerns about the stores overall management and commitment to customer satisfaction. Comparisons to stores like Goodwill and the Salvation Army were inevitable, as their presentation seemed superior to what I encountered at Target. The mess I witnessed couldnt possibly align with the expectations one has when entering a major retail chain like Target. The pictures I took dont fully capture the extent of the disorder, but they serve as a testament to the subpar conditions. My sincere hope is that Target takes heed of such feedback and makes a concerted effort to enhance the shopping experience at this location. This target was great before they closed the walmart next door a few years ago. I dont know if the regional and store manager care but wow it has taken a turn for the worst. you dont see anyone to help. The store is always a mess and Never stocked (regardless if its the weekend or a Wednesday). They dont price match anymore so the people at the front return desk say. The outside of store has trash cans spilling over. Only plus side is I can go for a last minute item and get out if its not peak hour. I love this pharmacy, zack and his team are so sweet!

My daughter love everything Target especially everything that OG Dolls makes for 18 inch dolls. Doll play helps keep her mental health strong and she loves sharing the details of the products she finds for her dolls on social media to her 3k plus in fans. Employees made it difficult to process an online order as well as unable to explain the process well. We placed an online order that have about 30-40 minutes to process for pickup. We arrived earlier than processing time as we placed an order online through the app. Because of that, we picked up the item at the aisle. However, the employee unable to switch the item over to process it earlier. Blaming that s how the system work, their brains cannot find a way to solve the situation (more like lazy and ineffective work ethic); we ended up having to cancel the order through the app ourself and purchase the item in hand. Yet, the cashier unable to scan the same barcode from the app that was picturized through the screenshot for our circle discount points. Stating it must have the app open. It s generation 4.0 with advanced technology and app processing. Yet, they are not flexible to solve the situation and causing distress/time wasted for customer. This target sucks! It s definitely understaffed. Overall presence is empty and messy. I initially only came here because this was the only location that has the natural Queen Play Pitts deodorant in stock. We were better off ordering online.

Clean store good selections new make up center inside. Clearance throughout the store. Starbucks inside. Customer service is always fast and friendly. Staff walking the floor doesnt always offer help but if you ask theyre more than willing to help.

While the returns process and experience for us was perfect, we walked through this store and the shelves were really sparse but the store was pretty unkempt. We noticed a half open coffee drink on a shelf. Many of the aisles had product on the floor, some of which we picked up and placed on a shelf. The entire store could use a cleaning service, just in general. This is one of 4 Targets I have been to in the last 3 days. Future reviews pending.

I love Target however each time I visit the Cutten Road location they never have items in stock. Cosmetics, stationary, Loreal lipstick. Operators manage needs to so better with hiring stockers or having some scheduled during day to keep items available for customers.

Needed assistance finding one more curtain pack, already had 3. Tried by saying excuse me to two workers and was noticeably ignored. Thankfully, the third worker I tried asking helped me and informed me that I got the last three. Thank you bro and thank you to the nice cashier at the front as well.

Ordered online for pick up in store & received a $9 discount for doing so on an item I needed. Pick up was easy. Store is clean. Associate was pleasant. Overall, this was a great purchasing experience. Definitely prefer going to Target over the other similar store.

This location is just finicky. Thats the best word. Plenty of examples I can rant on about. The one that blows my mind is that theres never anyone running the snack counter. There is a sign saying went to lunch. Back at 7:30pm. A 6 hr lunch break!! there back the counter will be time to clean and close. I only come to this location to use the ATM or if the other surrounding locations are out of stock and send me here. Place is clean though.

Worse target I have ever had an experience with. Asked multiple people for assistance over the course of an hour and a half! and no one helped. Even spoke to someone who apparently represents H.R at this establishment and was rudely passed along to someone else who didn t help either. Is this really how you conduct your business? Why do they have a store meetings in the middle of the store at 10:45 am? There were no checkers and the self checkout line as 8 people deep. The store was a mess. They need to clean up and organize before customers come in or at the end of the day.

I m giving a 2-star review because all of my encounters with the staff have been nice so far, but this store is absolutely disgusting. At first I thought that the store was messy because it was close to closing, but when I went to the one in 45 and Cypresswood I noticed a huge difference. I went at 9pm and the store was impeccable, something you will not ever see in the Willowbrook target. You can t even push a cart in the baby s section because everything is all over the floors. I even remember going in looking for command hanging strips and seeing one box opened with the pieces all over the aisle, and then going about a month after and seeing the same strips laying around in the same place I saw them before. I would understand to the point were customers are just messy, but the store doesn t even bother to clean

This is not my usual target I stopped at this target because it was on the way coming back from a party. To say the least worst target Experience I stopped by the restroom and there was splattered diarrhea on the floor then I get to the clothes section and everything is dumped on the floor. It was bad I m out of words for how horrible the store looked and also employees are unbothered and rude
