This experience has been horrible I was in an accident when I was 17 I m 18 now my sibling was over the case they ve been trying to help me reach my attorney which was Alma she told me she is no longer over case and it s switched, haven t gotten a call from the new attorney Alma hasn t answered any text about contact info for new attorney I was hit walking the person took responsibility but for some reason they are dragging this case out as long as possible (maybe they get more percentage if they make it take longer than it should) they don t give advances on your case even though they drag your case out - the communication is poor it s been a horrible experience please please find another attorney like has Alma been fired why has nobody tried to reach out look at times and date on attached picture it s been two weeks this is insane they just want their payout higher they don t care about the client - don t be fooled by the expensive commercials like we were

Greg Jones was very disappointed in the way they handle my case. Hurt me more than they help me. Case was drop cause they say both drivers at fault! From Oct 2023 to April 2024 I been dealing with my car wreck. Brandy Austins law firm didn t want to take my case cause Aulsbrook law firm told nothing but lies about me made me seem like a bad client. They told another law the same thing making it hard for me to get a lawyer. Thank God all the truth came out, we just won the case other driver was 100% at fault. Money hungry liars, they had me running over dfw for mri and physical therapy and other appointments that weren t even needed just to get these other people paid and left me with almost nothing. Did the same thing on my daughter s case. I had about 8 different people handle my case every couple months was someone new. They illegally reached out to represent me i thought they were calling on behalf of my car insurance and when i asked they said yes which i later found out was a lie. Never in my life have i felt more taken advantage of. I wouldn t use this company again nor would i refer them to anyone. There is absolutely nothing they can do to fix this situation, they prey on clients to get them big money only to give some tiny settlement. Find someone else to represent you if you can t do so yourself I m sure you would come out better than i did.

My children had an accident 1/30/24 and they still have no clue or answers as to what s going on with their case! Lousy lawyers. Lack of communication& integrity. When I got my rental .. my lower back pain started shooting constantly. Original Ems treatment plan was not doing anything for me. I asked for an xray and let them know I might need an MRI( pain was so bad I could not even get out of bed or tie my shoes!) I was vocal about this. they said only after case is won can we pay for mri which was so bizarre but I understood as they are no fee.. but later i couldn t stand it. I suggested I pay with personal health insurance and the next day they dropped me. I cannot believe. A joke. Blindsided not even case is not looking good.. my team is growing weary.. this is what you can do.. Nothing just three months and BYE?disrespectful. In three months.. They did not help retain video footage (only evidence of other party) not even cop body cam which is a simple records request. or anything. Laughable simple task. Stores nearby crash had already agreed to help me get video of collision( with cop or representation whole reason I called this firm) When lawyers got involved suddenly there were issues- or videos were now only kept for 5days. full of excuses. I m not an involved party that is between you and cop all I asked was if she could help amend incorrect police report by calling to see if my letter was received. That s ALL. Aren t you my lawyer ?bare minimum. Just found out police officer is on military leave. How fast would have a chief gave a lawyer that response vs me trying to call station for 3 months? Here are receipts of lack of communication and my personal doctor diagnosis so you guys can see my pain was serious and Aulsburk literally looked other way, sided with other party. Note vocabulary on severe& moderate. Nerve damage AKA permanent damage. Inconsiderate I would not recommend this place to anyone. They still have not gave me my case file. Once again wasting time. Maybe bc it s only two sentences.

There is no easy way to say this and I am not a lawyer but my understanding of the contract they sent me does not match what they advertise they do. I talked to them and they admitted that the contract does not match what they advertise. That I needed to trust them and feel comfortable with them. I dont! I cannot sign that contract knowing that they are knowingly leaving me on the hook if something goes wrong. Integrity, look it up.

Me and my spouse were in an accident. We took matters into our own hands until one of our MRIs were denied. Found this law firm through a google guarantee. Seemed like a great law firm. After, speaking with the staff they claimed that we had a really good case and were getting started on our case. They sent over our contract to get started. Me and my spouse decided that it was best if only I get the attorney because of the injuries I received. After relaying this message. We didnt get a response for multiple weeks. When we called in, they said theyd have someone to call us back within 10 minutes. (This never happened) I finally got a hold of Matt and spoke to him. He wasnt update on my case so I had to re explain the situation. He tried to make excuses of why I should go settle the case myself. The main reason I reached out to an attorney us to have someone take care of these things for me, so I can focus elsewhere. I havent experienced their services other than this, this is why I dont believe they deserve a 1 star or 2 star review.

My two daughters and I were is a terrible collision in January. My wife totaled her vehicle on her way to us and was taken to the hospital. Matt met us at the hospital and immediately arranged for our rental car, set up the claim, and made sure we all had access to the best care available. BTW... The communication was fantastic.
