The food here is super good, but every time I order it on DoorDash they forget to send the dressing. This place is FAR too expensive to be spending this kind of money on dry salad. I was a regular, but Im done giving my money to these dry salads.

Staff was cool, calm, and collected in the face of an UNREASONABLE customer. He did not do basic math when paying and came up 2 cents short. Being a corporation, they cant just comp 2 cents so he had to go get it from his vehicle. He eventually wanted a refund, kept saying things like, its the principle. Youre going to lose my business over 2 cents. No man you got embarrassed that you cant do math and had to put a few extra steps on your watch, and choose to take it out on teenage girls instead. Kayla and the other staff that had to deal with this guy stayed calm, explained they were powerless, and he just had no chill or understanding. He even kept mentioning his 2 dollar tip on a 45 dollar order (who tips like 5%?) like that was supposed to get him some special treatment. Will return many times, glad a person like that wont be there. Added an additional tip for dealing with non-cents.

So Im a Rewards member and I go here at least once a month we just spent $47.02 on two meals now when I went to pay I gave a $2 tip and Kayla or however you spell her name made me go back out to my car to get two cents she could have taken the $0.02 out of the tip jar and she was really being serious that she wanted her to cents I couldnt believe it so I will never go back to this place didnt eat the food it looks good though but I will never go back couldnt believe she stood her grounds for $0.02 and made me want to pay that I paid in cash

What a refreshing surprise! Seems to me that anything you could imagine for a salad is there including a huge variety of dressings, proteins and more veggies than you can imagine. But my favorite thing about my salad was the addition of itty bitty grapes and pieces of pineapple to have a nice, sweet surprise.

This place has really gone down hill. The employees used to be so nice and welcoming but we haven t been in awhile and today when we finally went back the employees were very asympathetic just in a rush to get you out as soon as possible, nobody welcomed us, they just glared and asked us what do you want? My mother-in-law is on a scooter because of a recent surgery and she fell when we got in and hit her foot, at least 2 saw it happen and they just watched not even asking if she was okay. When we got to the protein section there was like 4 pieces of chicken left and when my boyfriend asked if they had more the girl got really short with him and said what do you mean that s a serving size then as soon as he walked by pulled out a fresh tub of chicken. When she told the guy at the front how she fell he didn t even say anything just stared right through her. This was the rudest staff I ve ever seen anywhere. Don t even waste your time here unless you want to be treated like garbage.

Yesterday for lunch we went to Salata.. we have visited Salata a lot of times before and is our go to summer place for salads. I just love Salata for the versatility and the amount of fresh ingredients you can put into your salad. For protein they have chicken, falafel and avocado. They all are really yummy. My husband usually tries chicken here. He says it s good. I always get falafel for protein source. Basically first you select if you want a small salad, large salad or wrap and then choose what you want in your salad or wrap. You can choose from nearly 20 to 30 different veggies. Then choose your protein source , nuts. They also have a side of chips or croissant.

Love this place!! I was so glad to find this place once I moved to Texas. They have great selections of salad ingredients and toppings. Everything tastes so fresh. Their dressings are top notch. Ive ordered multiple times through Door dash and in person and the level of quality is always the same. Salata is probably my favorite find here in the Austin area.

I recently visited your store in Round Rock and was very unhappy with the condition of your establishment. It was extremely dirty and I noticed a lot of cross contamination going on. I really liked this place when it first opened. It s not as nice as it used to be. Not as clean on the inside. They use to mix your salad when you got it to go. They stopped doing that and you have to write in the comments to have it mixed. I ve had my wrap not mixed before it was made. They never have water cups out anymore. I ve tried other locations and they aren t as clean either. It s sad.

My wife and I went there for dinner and loved it! They have so many things to choose from to put in your salad, from of course lettuce to many other fresh veggies, lots of different proteins such as chicken, fish, and shrimp, and more! Everything was so fresh and tasty!! Lots of good teas and lemonades to choose from, too. Very reasonable prices, and tons of food! Definitely will go back!!

Very fresh and Delicious! All things being the same the only issue I had was with the thongs they use to mix at the end of the line. I dont eat shrimp or crab and I couldnt help thinking if someone before me had some it very well might still be on the thongs Dietary restrictions: Didnt seem as if they where carefully cleaning the Thongs after every Mix. Wheelchair accessibility: Sideways have ramps all the way up to the front and side doors. Nice wide aisles low counter and very well lite.

This is the best salad bar experience Ive ever had in my life. I have been going here for about 10 years and its consistently fresh and tasty. The variety is expansive and more than meets my needs. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful. I usually get the large size bowl and take about half of it home and make two more meals out of it. On this particular visit there were several tables that had not been cleaned.

Ordered pickup. Order was 10 mins late due to a catering order before mine and they ran out of the steak for the steak salads (ordered 4 of them out of the 5 salads I ordered for a business lunch). If you are trying to eat healthy, then this place is for you. They have a regular, small salad option, wrap also is available. I would compare it to Lubys but with salad. You choose the lettuce and then the toppings, dressing, protein that you want on the salad. I got a regular salad, no protein for $10.

Salata just conveniently located next to the round rock outlets. It s great to have something healthy to eat during a long shopping day. Their portions are large. I was happy to be able to create my own salad. And have a good selection of dressings. They have ample seating inside and out. The outside seating has good shading which is important in Texas. This place is a good option for those of us who have many food allergies. Mine specifically are gluten intolerant and allergic to pepper. The price of the food is reasonable considering the size portion.

I came in about a week or two ago and the environment of this salata location was incredible and welcoming. The chicken salad with pesto was to die for. Normally I dont leave reviews for just food, but the employee Grace went above and beyond and deserves extra recognition. She was very sweet and let me sample several different items. As a very picky eater I was delighted by her patience and kindness. I will be coming again due to the outstanding customer service!

Very pricey. $56 for three salads and three drinks, Plus tip. However, very good salads. The speed of the line at dinner time went quickly and theyre really. The staff were very courteous and attentive. The only thing that I took a star away for was the fact that they didnt have any straws, the floor was sticky and the tables were all dirty and needed attention.

Great salads made to order. Love how they are set up. You enter the line and start your salad journey. Everything looks fresh and colorful. Tastes great too. Employees dont change gloves as per OSHA health requirements. They use their hands to grab multiple ingredients then utensils, bowls and cabinet doors etc but dont switch out gloves at all not only between these occurances but also between customers. I had to ask the employee to put on new gloves and not touch any food items. We had to start over once.

I would lower the rating more but I own a business and uderstand some challenges and the salads are always decent. This visit was rough. The floors were sticky, windows dirty, seat cushions filthy, tables dirty as well. Cleanliness should be paramount these days, no? Went in to grab 2 salads for myself and my fiancé this evening close to closing and since I ve been employed by Salata before COVID I knew they would be trying to clean up. But the attitude of a few of their employees working the line made my experience AWFUL. They were rude and snarky, laughing and making comments after everything I said. Just not the best experience and will definitely make the drive to a different one next time.

Professionalism I visited salata today and usually I have had a wonderful experience. Today was not!! The young man that box the salad threw my salad in the box with over half of it falling out. Then he had the audacity to ask if I would like him to put the remainder off the table in a separate box. I just said never mind I no longer want the salad and walked out. Like who wants food that u spilled on a counter and expect me to eat it. My money can be spent some where else.
