I can t thank enough my pain doctor for sending me to ATI Physical Therapy at their Round Rock Location at Palm Valley. My condition improved since day one. I attribute it to the right understanding of it as it was explained to me what the recovering plan was and the logic of it! It got me involved and committed to make it happen. All the ATI CRUE has showed knowledgeable, committed and caring. I have had 11 sessions to this day and I can tell my body is responding to every bit of it. I am grateful. I am 68 and had lost muscle mass unknowingly. I am back walking and moving.!I am back to my freedom even though there is work to do and keep doing and that s on me but there is no way I could do this on my own. Thank you all! I can feel young and energized now! I regained my body and that is a lot to say

Very friendly and easy to work with, if expectations are to tough for you to complete their not hard core pushy. Celeste was knowledgeable and didnt demand overworking my injury if it became to painful. She is compassionate about me as her patient and progression for rehab of my knee. Would definitely request her if a future rehabilitation became necessary.

Very inappropriate comments were made to my wife by Mike working on 9/3/2024 around 2:41pm. He said to my wife you laid there and took it! When my wife said no that is not ok he just laughed and walked away! I do not recommend this facility to anyone!

I can t recommend ATI therapy enough for physical therapy. Eddy was an excellent PT- he was so encouraging and gave me tons of exercises that I will continue to do throughout my running journey. Eddie made this experience incredible. He was very quick to understand and diagnose the issue. He taught me in laymans terms exactly what was causing my wrist and hand pain and how we could remedy it... I was worried it was arthritis or carpal tunnel, but that doesnt appear to be the case! I was refraining from using it. Eddie immediately recognized this and helped me understand why avoiding working out my upper arm muscles caused the muscles to atrophy which caused straining to tendons in my forearms. The first visit alone was life changing. Each visit after he taught me new methods I could use to work out my arms, wrists, and fingers to bring strength back to the muscles. He helped with really hard massages with a focus on healing (not relaxing FYI) and the dry needling to break up the muscles was uncomfortable, but brought incredible relief! Eddie is the man, go to him. Also, shout-out to Anna, Rosie, Celeste, and all the other cool folk working here!! Also also to the owner that keeps asking for photos with a hashtag, no we did not take pictures and no I would not share them :)

I have reached the halfway point of my PT following hip surgery & I am very happy with the progress I ve made. I loved going to physical therapy here! My therapist Eddie was the best. He was very knowledgeable and gave me great exercises that helped heal my neck and back! To anyone looking for a physical therapy place. This is it. I had pain in my ankle for 4 years when I walked or played sports and was told by my doctor that I would need surgery to fix it. Thankfully PT was another option (and cheaper) and I m so glad I made that decision. Eddy was my PT and within just a few weeks I was walking painless and without a brace. He always made sure that everything was going good with my foot, listened to my concerns and pushed me to become better. One of the best places to go. Super friendly people that become like family. If I ever need PT again I will definitely be going back!!

I had the opportunity to work with Eddy, a physical trainer, for my broken ankle after undergoing surgery with 2 plates and 15 screws. Eddy not only assisted me with the rehabilitation process but also provided valuable guidance on achieving balance, regaining strength, and maintaining the health of my rehabilitated ankle. I must say, Eddy is the best physical trainer I have ever encountered. Its worth mentioning that many of my peers who visited the facility also highly recommended him. I am truly grateful to Eddy for investing more time than expected to ensure that I could return to playing ball again. If you ever have the chance to choose a physical trainer, I highly recommend Eddy!

The team at ATI are spectacular. They have been helping me with my recovery from a torn meniscus and tibia plateau fracture. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. They have helped me successfully transition from a wheelchair and not being able to bear any weight on my hurt leg to walking with the help of a cane. They provide great exercises, stretches, and tips to help me improve my strength and assist in my recovery. I would recommend ATI to anyone who is needing help correcting any injury and needing help with recovery.

Update! After 11 flights in a months time earlier this year, I was experiencing intense neck and back pain. After seeing my primary physician for a script for PT, I came back to ATI. Working with Michael, I am feeling really good again! I cannot say enough about what a great PT he is. Michael combines his skills to help you learn how to help yourself with the exercises that he leads you through. His soft tissue skills in manipulation bring much relief. This is the best facility I have ever been to, and consider myself lucky to have found such a great therapist. Michael, in addition to his professionalism, also makes visits fun with with his interesting conversation and sense of humor. I have now been coming to this location for seven years. I started in 2017 after having a knee replacement, and have continued to make this my therapy go to for whatever need may arise. The personal guidance of the physical therapists here is beyond wonderful. They are professional and inspiring, always encouraging you to do your personal best. Michael, the director and lead therpist, is amazing. I have also had the privilege of working with several of the other therapists, all of whom are extremely well qualified. I highly recommend this location of ATI, for their direction, professional knowledge, and personal attention to any physical therapy need you may have. I am thankful to have this facility in my local community.

I engaged with PT to aid recovery from an incident that left me with mild dizziness and double vision. I partnered with Mike once a week who walked me through a routine that, in my opinion, helped expedite a path back to a desired quality of life. The exercises he showed me were easy to replicate anytime and anywhere--such as taking a two minute break at the office, or while walking my dog. I did not need to purchase anything special; all I needed to do was show up and invest about thirty minutes of time. The rates were great, the facilities were clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommend, and if PT is needed in the future, ATI will be my first choice. Thank you!

First I came to the Palm Valley Blvd facility in Round Rock for a pulled right leg hamstring that I had lived with for more than 5 months. It got to not being able to drive 30 minutes before the pain was strong. With the staff s help my pain progressively diminished, then became more tolerable, and I felt a lot better by the time I graduated. A few months afterwards it s become 95%. Now, today I graduated from PT for my left shoulder rotator cuff condition. It s much, much better. My range of motion is excellent and the pain diminished or imperceptible for most movements. These things take time, and I have the tools I need to strengthen those muscles. Thank y all for your assistance!

ATI Physical Therapy at 2250 E. Palm Valley Blvd in Round Rock is excellent! I have used them twice, once to rehab from a minor but painful knee injury and once to work on improving my balance which was affected by two brain operations several years ago. Every employee that worked with me, from physical therapists to assistants to receptionists to managers, was professional and caring. They asked about my progress and checked on how I was doing during my sessions and between sessions. They all approached the care in a calm and encouraging but firm way which made the environment in the center easygoing and unintimidating. I witnessed them working with all types of patients from high school athletes to older persons with injuries or mobility problems. The care was uniformly attentive and focused on the needs of each client. Physical therapy is one of the great supports of an overall healthcare regimen, and more people should take advantage of it.

I choose ATI after my hip replacement primarily for their convenient location. But they were much more than that: easy to schedule and work with, friendly, interested in my progress, and they provided one-on-one attention during every PT session. ATI is top notch! I ve used the ATI Round Rock Palm Valley location in the past for back and shoulder issues and when I completely tore my meniscus I didn t hesitate to go back to see Mike and his team. I ended up having a total knee replacement 4 months ago and my two therapists, Samantha (Sam) and Eddie, have gotten me back on my feet! Soft spoken Sam was just what I needed in the beginning with her kind, gentle, empathetic way. She always knew exactly what I needed! Eddie has such a wonderful, outgoing personality and has worked hard to help push me to the finish line. People say how they end up dread going to PT after knee replacements, but I ve found the opposite to be true in working with Eddie. I ve enjoyed getting to know him and I can t say enough about his professionalism and skills; he always listened and designed each session to fit how I felt that day. I credit both Eddie and Sam for getting me through the hardest thing I ve ever had to deal with. Go see Mike and the staff at ATI, they are all professionals who care about getting you better. When I went in 6 weeks ago, my right ankle was giving out about 1-3 times a day. Very professional staff. Mike immediately started treatment on my 11 year old daughter s issues of hyperextension in her knees. Was very knowledgeable and instructive about the reality that this is a lifelong issue and presented it in a professional and kind way. He emphasized what the solutions were to give my child hope. Her condition is already improving without the use of a brace that another place had recommended. I recently strained my rotator cuff and it completely took me out of anything physical involving my shoulder, which was very difficult for me as I am a super active person. I do a number of different aerial sports and yoga as well, so getting my shoulder strong enough to do what I love again was super important. I went to ATI and saw Sam who helped me tremendously and got my feeling strong enough to dive back into doing what I love. Every week that I went I could tell that Sam put careful thought into the exercises that he gave me to be sure that I got the right treatement for my injury. The exercises were creative and strengthening. Now I make sure to do them for every warm up and work out so that I can continue to heal and prevent re-injury. I am so grateful to Sam for helping me out and absolutely recommend the team at ATI to anyone trying to rehabilitate a sports-related injury.

The staff was just top-notch in all aspects of the physical therapy regimen through which they designed and guided me. I spent one hour a day twice a week for a period of four consecutive months at ATI as the staff worked to rehab a very badly injured knee. From my initial debilitated condition of barely being able to hobble about with a cane , when I came to ATI , I am now able to resume my work-outs in the gym - - albeit at a somewhat reduced pace - - as a direct result of the staff s therapy expertise , encouragement , and cheerful attitude My assessment of ATI and the staff is FIVE STARS , for sure ! Hey!! This post is long overdue (timing isn t my strong suit, but I made it to class on time at least lol) ATI physical therapy seriously lifted my spirits and got me back to where I wanted to and could physically be within the amount of time I was going (a little over 2 months) following a gnarly ankle break. When I first arrived I was doing more simple activities (bike, balance beam, etc. to begin trusting my ankle again, by the time I left I was running/jogging) which is all I could ask for. Mike and Rob were so much fun to work with and knowledgeable about any and all questions I had, they both pushed me outside of my box and past my fear when trying new activities during therapy (I swear I m fearless). My favorite days were therapy days because of the staff. The receptionist Mateese is very sweet and always greeted and talked to me while waiting to begin sessions. If you re wondering about whether to come to ATI, DONT! Go in and start services, you ll fall in love with the knowledge and the staff. Wear some cool socks for Mike and Rob for me also

I tore my meniscus a few months ago and couldn t walk without crutches for several weeks. I started going to ATI a few days after my surgery and started working with Emma. She was absolutely amazing throughout my recovery. She was always so attentive and I felt that she truly cared about me and my recovery. She pushed me and was able to get me off crutches and walking again. I m so thankful for Emma! In fact, the whole staff at ATI is amazing. I honestly felt like we became quick friends and I was sad to finish my PT with them. I highly suggest ATI for any physical therapy needs you might have!

The folks at ATI PT-Palm Valley Round Rock location are great to work with. I am recovering from a meniscus arthroscopic knee surgery. I wanted targeted PT so I can get back to playing soccer as soon as possible. I worked with Emma; she understood my goals and more importantly walked me through the necessary PT exercises to build strength, flexibility and muscle memory. I advocated for myself in each PT session and Emma was awesome to answer my questions, took my input, adjusted as needed to make an overall worthwhile PT experience.

Eleven weeks ago I had a total knee replacement. For the last eight weeks I ve gone twice a week to ATI. PT straight up hurts. But it works! I worked with several different therapists which was good as they all did a few things differently. All of them were dedicated, caring, and maintained a sense of humor. I always left feeling better, even if I was tired or sore!. I just got back from my final doctor visit and he said I had done exceptionally well and gave me the all clear. So, many thanks to the staff at ATI. I highly recommend them.

I received excellent care here! Mike not only guided me through challenging exercises to promote strength and balance but also communicated the benefits of each modality. He and Keeley are highly trained PTs I was treated with therapy for a partial knee replacement. The work done helped me go from pain, weakness, and limited range of motion to becoming pain free, stronger, and normal range of motion. PTs like Mike and Keeley helped me get motivated to work really hard. It wasn t easy but I made it! I highly recommend them! Also, a shout out to Ashley!
