I have been a member of the Chasco YMCA for over 20 years. My daughter was the first kid to have a swim party on the indoor water park almost 15/16 years ago. Still top-notch, offering an array of equipment,facility, programming, and community you can not get anywhere else for a reasonable price. Will be a lifelong supporter.

Very family oriented, clean & organized. They offer a variation of activities/classes for children, teens, and adults. Staff is usually helpful. However, lots of traffic & class sizes may be larger.

Im visiting from SC. I got a 3 mos package. This gym has the some of the best classes and very friendly instructors. Grit, body pump, cycling, toning classes and more. They have a nice cardio theater. Overall 5 stars. Friendly peoples

My daughter complained of a peer telling her to take off her shirt at the Y after school program and the school principal was the only one who called me to let me know anything. Jayden Black was too busy overseeing 10 campuses to call me with any information regarding the incident or the remediation plan/staff training. Then, I called her manager Zach, and he hasn t called me back at all. I would love to hear from a senior leader, or someone that understands the importance of protecting children. It seems that no one is taking this incident seriously.

Fantastic facility. Loved the wonderful shampoo and conditioner in the showers. Keep that going!! The pool and hot tub were in great shape. Lots of folks were using this place...lots of families. So glad its successful!

My daughter is attending swimming lessons. She is having a good time. Parents beware, if you sit on the side and wait.....wear somthing cooling. The pool area is muggy as heck. I was drenched in sweat by the time it was over. Lol. Over all its a wonderful experience for the little ones.

Just started my membership after enjoying their 3-day pass and being impressed with their recent renovations. I was a member back around 2018(?) and the bldg felt outdated. It wasnt horrible before but, the upgrades were definitely welcome. My only complaint (?) is that there used to be a back entrance which is now an employees-only door. It was nice being able to park from that side since I live in east RR and come to the facility from that direction. Having a secondary entrance would allow people more parking options besides main entrance and help with foot traffic but, I am merely suggesting as it was convenient parking on that side and they may not have adequate staffing for additional entrances. I like the new layout and design; it feels much more planned out, spacious and designed for specific uses vs feeling a bit cramped before - it feels so fancy!

Love the YMCA. Lots of options for working out. Lots of exercise classes, yoga, weights, exercise equip., water activities and classes. There is childcare while you workout. For younger folks there are also mothers day out possibilities and daycare options for working parents.

The facilities seem to be pretty clean and well-managed. My children have done all together perhaps close to 10 seasons in the rec league sports at this ymca. My complaint is very much that, at least on the basketball side, they do a terrible job at balancing the teams. So you have some groups of kids that are part of a well-built team that stays together for years, and wins most of their games. And you have other teams that have more of the new kids or the transient kids, and these might not win any games, sometimes for several seasons. I do not think that this is how young child Rec leads should operate.

Very friendly staffs. We tried to see if they have swimming team/group for teen, but they only have junior wave for ages below 13, and master class for 18 and up. But the facility had been remodeled and was clean and nice. Swimming area still the same.

Beautiful gym. Has everything you need from the body builder to the family aspect. Very clean locker rooms and the nicest showers ive seen in a gym. Also has a coffee bar as a bonus.

The newly renovated Chasco location is nice and everyone there is always friendly. I DO NOT recommend for youth sports though, at least for the CHASCO location. They are very unorganized. Not all of the coaches wear masks which is a concern especially with the close proximity they are to children during Covid. Also, they allow mega teams to be formed which doesnt allow for equal team size and fair playing. Some of the coaches who are regular volunteers also encourage extremely aggressive behavior and unsportsmanlike conduct with both the children and the parents. All of the facilities are nice but again... be cautious when signing up for all areas of youth sports.

Its fine and all, not too pricey but im tired of there being no paper towels in the theater room. Its disgusting to know that the machines arent cleaned. No wonder ive been getting sick lately. Hey YMCA, make your employees do their damn job and refill the paper towels!

If there were no stars I would give them the no star rating. After 4 days of winter camp my daughter got horribly sick. She wasnt provided a fork or spoon when she asked and couldnt eat her lunch the first day. Turned out they dont have spoons just forks, but they didnt give her one. Kids have lunch on the floor in the gym while other kids/adults play basketball...

You have after school care which you are charging $50 to register your kid and then $192 a month. That is a total of $242. School starts August 23rd. September 1st you expect an additional $192 for services for the 20 business days in September. Why does it cost $192 in August when services are being given for 8 days. Even if I signed up August 1, you can not give me after school support until school actually starts so what about the 22 days of none service? Should this not be pro-rated?
