This place is not at all what was described. For the amount of money we paid to rent the place out on a Sunday, I was very disappointed. If you are even considering this as an option, I would look elsewhere. 1) The place is extremely dirty on the outside and the inside. There was cake all over the ground outside that you could tell had been there for a very long time. Inside is even worse. The bounce houses were very dirty and you could tell had not been cleaned in a very long time. Inside the INFANT bounce house, there were little small balloons that could have easily been picked up and swallowed. Please see photos as a reference. 2) Through half of the Play area is exposed concrete where multiple kids fell and hurt themselves due the hard cutoffs between foam pad and concrete. Please see photos as a reference. 3) There was no air conditioning in this place at all. There were several roll in space air conditioners that were not doing the job even remotely. In the beginning of August it is simply not enough. 4) The bounce houses started falling down 3 separate times while children were inside of them. More than a few bounce houses are all plugged into the same surge protector and popped the breaker all 3 times. No where near safe in this environment. Additionally, a few of these bounce houses had GIANT holes in them with some being covered in tape and some not. 5) Exactly 1 of the games worked and I use that term lightly as the wheel on the machine was completely broken. 6) This place had no where near adequate lighting. Over half of the lights were completely out and other half were barely working as is. Please see photos as a reference. 7) There was a popcorn machine with popcorn in it and all the kids were asking to have some so once we actually looked at the popcorn inside, it was very clear it had been there for weeks and possibly months. Save your time. Spend your money elsewhere.

We hosted our boy s birthday party here and the boys had blast. The reason I m giving 3 stars is the facility was NOT fully air conditioned. In the late summer months, I can only imagine how hot it will get in there. Also, the facility was not very clean and the play area was very dark. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The price was great..The owner which ever she was nice & accommodating.. The day I had my children party one of my cakes were melting I asked the lady could I (a paying customer that booked a party ) put my cake in the refrigerator. She said no we already have two cakes in there my cake was small.. she didn t try to look. Bounce houses weren t cleaned. The children complained about their socks getting dirty.. no working lights. We were literally sitting in a dark space.. other than that the experience was fun for the children

I hosted ny sons 5th birthday party here today and everything was perfect. I had 45 kids and everything from the initial booking to the moment we left was flawless. The owner even called me to work with me when I made an error with my initial booking. The kids had a great time. The party area was large and spaced out. . Had my daughters party there this weekend. This place is very affordable and it was not crowded which was amazing. Staff didn t bother us(which is the way we like it lol) We we re able to bring our own food and drinks, and we had kids age 0-15 who all enjoyed themselves The only problem I had was, you have the option to purchase a gift card online which includes a discount. We tried to purchase this gift card the night before from different cards and kept receiving errors being that it was after hours I waited until the morning to reach out for help, but I was told I wouldn t be able to use the gift card because it had to be purchased prior to the day of the party. The website does not mention this at all! So because of an website error we had to miss out on the $90 dollar discount. However I still recommend this place to others and wouldn t mind coming back again.

Had my daughters birthday party here today and let me say the kids had the best time of their lives!! The staff was amazing and professional! The owner & front desk attendant were so sweet and understanding! They had a food truck with a lot of options , they even had snow cones!!! Attended a party there. It was neat that the place was only available for the party but..... it was sooooo dirty. The floor, inside the bounce houses, the bathroom all darkened with dirt. It was gross. The bounce houses were very old and many didnt hold air as well as they should. Also the a/c was not working and it was so hot. One of the kids from the party threw up because of the heat. There is a small arcade and a few ride-ons. They also have an icee machine.

Took the kiddos on a field trip around 11am on Tuesday. We checked in about 40 kids and had the whole place to ourselves. The lady at the front counter was nice. This warehouse is small and only two games out of 10 were functioning. All others games were either not plugged up or either it took your money. With so many kids running around with quarters, I gave up asking the front desk staff for refunds. I complained about the machines and the lady knew the problem but never came to address the issue with the machine taking the kids money and not working. I was expecting her to cover the inserts with a piece of tape or something. All riding machines were not plugged up and labeled with the wrong amount of money to insert in machine. The bull shows .50 but the lady states its a dollar so I insert more coins and it still didnt work. The hammer head arcade didnt come with a hammer to hit the heads that popped out. Some of the bouncers have small holes letting out air that needs to be replaced. After the departure, I asked the kiddos what they thought about their time at Aim, they only spoke of the bouncer with the big slide, and that basically it was okay. I would recommend smaller crowds and that the Arcades need repairing as the bouncers can get boring. Prices were reasonable

1st time there & likely won t be back. Although they had several bounce houses.. no staff walked the floor to monitor kids which is probably because there was only one working. Kids were working behind the counter.. or at least asking if they could help me. Older kids that were clearly too old for the small bouncers were OVERRUNNING them so much so that my 2 year old was hesitant to play. A few of the arcade games didn t work, the ones that did only took dollar bills or quarters, the change machine was out of order.. they were out of quarters up front & the games wouldn t take the dollar bills it s just not worth $10 in my eyes. Several trip hazards as well.. if state walked in I m almost certain they d be shut down. Bouncers need repair, the one on the side of the wall had a HUGE hole on the walkway that you couldn t see. Just a no.

1st and last time here. The hours for Friday are 11:00am-6:00pm. When I arrived at 4:00 no one was there. Doors locked. After calling the number online for 15 minutes with no answer I started to leave when 2 women parked and walked up to the doors and confirmed they worked there and the facility was in fact open. As soon as I entered I knew I wouldnt return. This place is literally a warehouse with bounce houses and arcade games (which most dont work) that look like theyve never been cleaned. Tables are dirty and wobbly. I stood the entire time my kids jumped which was less than an hour because my daughter complained of being bored. Go to pump it up instead. 100% worth the money to just go to pump it up.

Brought 4 of my grandchildren, the front employee was very nice, patient and courteous. Purchased tickets on Groupon, grandkids ages 4,8,12,14 enjoyed the bounce house. It was somewhat hot in building and employees placed small clip fans on tables to help make customers comfortable, it did help some my only complaint is that one of my kids didnt have socks on so i purchased him a pair. Then I noticed several other children (4) already playing on bounce houses # without any socks# When there are signs posted # SOCKS required!!!#

This location open up here mesquite couple years ago right before the pandemic started and everything was closed down I had just purchased three membership for all three of my grandkids and this time we were only able to go to this location after that1 time they were closed down for about 5 to 6 months once they reopen I continue to get messages from this company saying that we needed to renew our membership how we owe money even though we bought the membership for a year we were only able to go one time before it closed down and the harassment emails I kept getting about my membership and how I need to renew my membership what I would like to know the question of the day for this location is what happened to all three memberships that I bought prior to the pandemic before yall closed down do I lose all of that no one ever sent an email saying that they were going to credit me to 3 months or maybe a month because I was only able to use it once but instead of that I was harassed to buy another membership too give them some more money go figure

Just giving an honest review We thought to book a party at the Forney location but it was a lot smaller. So we booked a party at Mesquite location for last mo, but due to a family member contracting Covid, we had to reschedule to this month. We probably wld ve cancelled, but they do not give refunds. So BE AWARE of this if you decide to book. I get it but just thought I would mention. I did like that it was a very large space and you could set up however you would like (plenty of tables for seating, for cake, food and presents, etc). We reserved the whole place for our party so we could stay as safe as possible due to COVID, etc. The place could use some TLC. Also, there were a few gnats by the back walls, where you can set up your cake, food, present tables, etc. I did not realize this until one of my family brought it to my attention! I also saw some of the other reviews and so thankful the bathroom was working during our party because there is only one bathroom. The huge problem I had was that we scheduled our party for 5:30p and like another review, the party before, was still there just hanging out. And I was told, it s hard to ask people to leave. I just bit my tongue. At least the staff was nice enough to start letting us bring our items in and put them on some side tables, around 5:15. Again, our party was supposed to start at 5:30p. We were having to bring items in through the crowd of the other party. They were allowed to stay. I feel Aim High needs a better system in place for all families to follow, so this doesn t happen again. It seems they schedule the party times too close and not enough time in between to thoroughly clean! Especially with covid, etc. So this was my other major concern, I was told the place would be cleaned (tables, bathroom, bounce houses, vacuuming) before our party. So important. It was almost 5:00pm and the two young teenagers and one adult lady were not able to clean yet. Then 5:15/5:20 rolled around and some of the other party still was there hanging out just talking! Again, we were having to wait and having to set all our things on side tables. The 3 staff were trying to move as quickly as they could to clean this huge place and set up in approx 10 mins. I do greatly appreciate the staff doing this, but watched in disbelief. So be aware that they only allow you 15 mins to set up prior to your party time. We did not know this in the beginning but when I found out, I tried several calls to ask for them to at least give us 30 mins. I was told the owner would call me to discuss this and she never did. In the end, we did our set up and our guests just waited until we were finished and then we began our party. And my granddaughter did not know any different and had a fun time. Again, I greatly appreciated the 3 staff that were there and jumped in to help the best they could. Unfortunately I don t believe we will be booking another party there. In my opinion, after our experience and after reading some of the other reviews, the owner(s) maybe should strongly consider making some changes (i.e. changing their party scheduling, cleaning up more, calling customers when they have requested). Ps. We were out of there 30 mins before our time and had packed up all our things and cleaned up good and as much as possible, before leaving. I appreciated the adult lady that was there that took care of the rest. She was very nice.

This was the worst place I ever rented a bounce house from. The first bounce house they brought had a hole in it so they brought me another one but the bounce house the brought me was nasty and I have pictures too. I mean it look like the never was the equipment since the brought the bounce. The tables and chairs was nasty and covid is out here but they just didnt care . After I told them to get me my money back $165.00 she only give me some of my money back

This place was cheap, but very very dirty and gross. The tables are sticky and have food all over them. The floors where the inflatable jump houses is dirty and coming apart. We were really hoping this would have been good. We often are trying to find places like this for the kids to get their energy out. Disappointed.

Rented it for my kids birthday when I get there they tell me the bathroom doesn t work!! No running water. Don t know when it will get fixed! Half the machines don t work! And the quarter machine didn t have any quarters for the machines that did work, and the building was Hot! Dirty! I asked if they would discount me something they said No!!! Ridiculous when you have a party full of kids and no bathroom!!

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would!!!! My little sister had her birthday here and this place is horrible I mean HORRIBLE, DIRTY, RESTROOMS WERE OUT OF ORDER NO WATER, AND JUST FILTHY! You would think during COVID they would clean but ummmmm no. And they have kids working here who couldnt care less about their job. The girl even had her baby behind the desk eating food and omg just so unprofessional. They didnt offer any kind of help or refund for anything oh and most of the games were out of order but it didnt matter because the coin machine didnt work! smh this place is a joke!! We went here several times before covid it and it was good. Went today on a Tuesday and it was so dirty. Dried orange throw up in the party area. My children and I first came to this place had lots of fun..! The front desk clark helped us out with with the massage chairs , sold all of us ice cream and soft drink. The kids had fun in the bounce houses. There were 4 different inflatables. One of them was down. But they enjoyed the 3 available to them. As a personal pet peeve, I dislike it when places like this have pay to play arcade games. And this particular indoor bounce place had 15-ish games to pay extra for. They could have used this space to add another two or three inflatables.

I had my daughters party here on Mothers day yesterday 5/9/21 at the mesquite location. It was ran by two teenagers a boy and a girl. THEY HAD NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL.DID NOT SPEAK DID OT WELCOME NO ONE IN NO GREETING ACTUALLY THEY WASNT EVEN AT THE FRONT DESK. For me to pay 500.00 for a completely private party, I was suppose to come and set up and the other party was to be done at 5pm. They were still partying until 5:20. They both kept going in the area but not once told them they party was over. I had to tell them. My party was to start at 5:30. Did it start on time.. NO... They were scared to make them end the party. Of course my party started late. I had to decorate which was a rush job and clean up behind the other party. Good thing my 2 year old still had fun for the little time she did. But I feel that a adult should have been there. The owner especially. I shouldnt had to pay 500 for my party starting late and me cleaning up their mess that they left. I was decorating and throwing stuff away at the same time. I NEED TO CONTACT THE OWNER BUT OF COURSE THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE.

Definitely not worth it. The Forney location is so much better. Half the arcade games would take your money but not let you play. Then if we ask for money back, the people wont give it to you. I would suggest finding other places to spend your time and money. Floors where dirty, food from previous partys left under tables and sticky floors everywhere. Arcade looked ok, but half the machines didnt work. As far as staff, all I can say is, what staff!! No one was cleaning or even monitoring the establishment. This place was great at one time. Today in Mesquite there were only 5 bounce houses and the area for small kids like toddlers is completely gone. All other space has been filled with expensive arcade games so bring lots of coins or be prepared to constantly have to say no. If I had not used a Group, I would have been most unhappy at the value.

I made a comment about the pricing of the drive by bunny service being $35 for 15 mins bc i thought it was a little high. They deleted my comment instead of addressing it. Also the ONE time we did go the place was not clean, i didnt let my kids get on half the equipment bc it looked as if it hadnt been cleaned in a while. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We took my 2.5 year old son here and he was too afraid to do anything. After five minutes of trying to coax him into the various bounce houses, I asked the woman at the front desk if we could get a refund since he hadnt done anything. She said once you pay the entry fee there are no refunds. I think this is horrible customer service. Total waste of $8. I would have liked to have been told it was nonrefundable under any circumstances when we came in.
