Better than McDs but normal burger and fries. They are missing some toppings, BBQ sauce, but its good and quick to get food. I will say, check your order, they arent great at adjusting it you add or subtract toppings and some times forget requested ketsup packets.

That was the first time Ive ever finished A fry in years. All I have to say is come to Tyler, Texas. We need that really bad. You would blow competition out of the water here with what yall serve. For basic places like Whataburger and dairy Queen around here, thats nothing compared to what yall make. Even though I know its very similar. Its a lot cheaper but a lot better in general and this store specifically is a 10 out of 10 store because they made my fries fresh and my Burger fresh. So if I ever come by Ill definitely stop by again. Hopefully it stays like that. Thank you!.

Its a fast food place so not gonna be high on the atmosphere or service just by default. But I really like the simple smash cheese burger with hand cut fries. Quality is always great, shakes are delicious, and they offer tea and lemonade Arnold Palmer. I dont eat large portions, so its really quite good for me.

food is really good, great pricing, inexpensive and top quality, but customer service is genuinely just incredulously bad. upon me and my boyfriends first visit, not only could they not find the online order we d placed an entire hour prior and made us wait for our pickup around fifteen minutes, an employee literally snatched his phone from his hands while he was trying to show our order to scroll through it. as a waitress myself, i genuinely just cannot fathom ever treating a customer the way we ve been treated at any visit. literally at every single one of our at least 8 visits by this point, there has been at least one issue, whether with our orders or watching another issue with a different customer unfold before we can get service ourselves. most recently, i showed up for a small shake, said $2.50 on the menu, and the woman taking my order asked if i d like chicken bites, fries, or other things to go with it, all of which i clearly said no to and even restated just the shake . she rings up my order, tells me $8.50, and takes my card. upon hearing that, my immediate thought was that something wasn t right, so i checked the receipt i was given and i was rang up for food i specifically specified i did not want. this was MOMENTS after she d already taken my card to pay, so i pointed it out as soon as i d seen and asked for a refund in cash (which, as a waitress myself, i know for a fact can be given). they told me no, just took my card again to i guess process the refund, and then left me entirely in the dark about when the refund payment should hit, stating uhhh it really just depends on your bank. before dismissing me. again, food is fire, not a single employee genuinely has any customer service skills or social awareness.

Yall this location has restored my faith in pterrys. It s been a few years since I have had pterrys because I honestly just had worse and worse experiences as far as quality went in the Austin area and wow what a difference it s my second time rolling thru and I m so surprised how large my burger is everything taste fresh the lettuce the tomato the patty doesn t taste like its been sitting there all sad . I recently visited P. Terrys Burger Stand and had a fantastic experience. The relaxed atmosphere made it a great spot to unwind and enjoy a meal. Their all-natural beef burgers were juicy and full of flavor, perfectly complemented by the crispy shoestring fries. I also tried one of their milkshakes, which was rich and creamy. The breakfast options looked tempting, so Ill definitely be back to try those next time. Overall, P. Terrys offers great food and a laid-back vibe. Highly recommended!

This place is awesome . I got a double bacon cheese burger and fries with a drink, and it was made to perfection Ive been to two locations for drive-through and dine in. Very clean and friendly. The price is well balanced and the food is made good , simple and fast. The chicken burger is good, and the little nuggets are fresh. Waited 15minutes(or longer) in the drive thru all for them to say they were out of cheese...they only had swiss. We cancelled our order, even if they had told us sooner we would have had to wait, since you cant get out of line. I dont think Ive ever had a decent experience here at this location. Finally had a semi hardened shake(theyre usually super runny). They looked fully staffed, not sure what the hold up was.

Saw this restaurant on a YouTube show I watch and many of the guests have P. Terrys as a frequent spot for burgers. I had to try while I was in town and it did not disappoint! The burger was fresh and well seasoned. Service from ordering to checking out was quick and easy. Their milkshake was delicious as well.

Update: the GM, David, personally called me and apologized. We talked about several things and my family will be returning the next time we get a burger craving. I appreciated his attentiveness and openness to suggestions and his dedication to making things right. We look forward to returning! ORIGINAL: after waiting 45 minutes in the drive thru, and being told they ran out of hamburger meat, they didn t even get our order right. We were missing a sandwich (we weren t charged for it but whoever took our order just didn t put down 2 chicken burgers) the shake flavor was not correct, and the fries were cold and hard as a rock. We are very disappointed as we haven t ever had an experience like this at PT.

Stopped here as we drove through town on a road trip and it was only a drive through location. No restrooms for hand washing or anything else if youre in need of a toilet. The food is okay, nothing really special, honestly. Its similar to another burger place and theyre just ok as well, although this place has slightly better fries. They do move fast so dont be turned off by the long drive through lines.

I dont understand how you cant take more then 2 orders to a car when every other car single or double order is still another single order. I was literally on my lunch, and literally did not even get to eat. Their food is good like thats a really dumb rules though. I also, didnt appreciate the attitude from the person I was speaking with. Customer service is lacking this way. The dude outside was super stale faced and just had no type of personality. The long line went quick I thought I was going to have to wait long time like whataburger ,but nope and their just as good, but way faster and I got extra pickles not just 1 extra. One of my favorite spots to stop on the way home from a night out. One particular night, after traveling out of town, a double cheese with bacon and grilled onions was the best burger Id ever tasted. No, its not like that every visit. But as far as fast food burgers go, its consistently one of the best. I know its sacrilege to say around here but: P. Terrys > Whataburger for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Fight me.

This was my first experience at a P. Terrys ever so I wasnt quite sure what to expect. I really liked the upbeat vibe of the fast food restaurant. We ordered the French fries and regular hamburgers and enjoyed that it came with lettuce and tomato automatically. I thought the prices were very good for what you received. I placed the order through the app but was disappointed that there wasnt a quicker way to receive the food since you still had to wait in a long and very slow drive thru line to get it. The fries were more than expected size wise and my kids were able to share one bag between the two of them. They were disappointed that pickles were not a choice and I was disappointed that you couldnt order coffee in the afternoons/ evening. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend over other similar fast food places.
