Really good burgers! The Southern Burger with their peach shake was so good. Went for the onion rings, they were really good as well The service was great. I was expecting to grab my food but they brought it out to me. The family loved the food as well. Definitely recommend to a friend. Kid-friendliness: Great options for kiddos. This was our first time going there and it will be our last time food was one out of ten a 1 the soda was good. Hubby had a cheese burger and fries fries were ok he said the give you guys a 3 out of ten. I order a Crispy chicken sandwich with cheese fries and both were not good my chicken sandwich was very tough and the cheese on my fries were like they were sitting there for hours. Cheese was in one glop and fries were cold. So very unhappy we will not be back. Our young man server Larkin was super nice. Our number one place is Two Hands Hot Dogs.

Its a fine burger. The fries are good, do add the season-all salt to them. The restaurant was clean. There was an issue with the water option on the soda fountain, which was fixed promptly upon bringing it to the staffs attention. Seating is plentiful, and the associates at the register were friendly. Our order was correctly made.

My 1st & last time eating at the RR location. My burger request specifically stated no cheese, I understand mistakes but take on consideration of people diet and health restrictions when they inform you. I get a burger with cheese and no veggies. I never stated no veggies but I requested no cheese. I call & speak with the manager, he acknowledges it was a mistake. Sure now it inconveniences me to get in my car and drive 20 minutes. They include fries that I never asked for. I do not eat fries and their fries are gross. They are soggy and taste like cheap nasty fries. The burger was good.

My very favorite burger joint, worldwide. So far, the only restaurant that serves gluten-free buns and fries that taste like buns and fries, mist taste like recycled cardboard... at best. OK, the interior is a bit Spartan, a bit loud, but its worth it. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free buns and fries!!!! Parking: Open parking in a massive lot. Stopped here on the way back to Seguin for lunch. The environment was nice, staff were all kind and welcoming. The junior burger was well made and flavorful, and the sea salt Carmel shake tastes like youre eating straight caramel (which is nice). I have been coming here for years and we love it. They also have an amazing outside patio that is great for kids and dogs. Our dog Buddy loves to lay out on the patio and enjoy the sun and enjoy the burgers brought out. The burgers are delicious and they have some of the best onion rings in town. Not what I was expecting. Ordered the 1/2 pounder classic with bacon and jalapenos, onion rings and a vanilla shake. Somehow they forgot to make my shake but that wasnt a big deal. My order arrived in a glistening wrapper, promising a juicy burger. Instead I bit into the driest burger Ive ever had from a burgers joint. The tomatoes and onions were no help. Splashed some A1 sauce on it in hopes of improving, but somehow, I now had a dry burger that tasted like A1. The onion rings and vanilla shake were good and like visiting a nice oasis in the desert after that burger. The place is almost empty so its not like they are busy. You have to really screw up to make a burger that bad.

Its a decent quality burger at a fair price. Theres lots of room for seating and being away from people. If you want to be away from people, theres also a kids play area if you got young ones who are restless. Great for takeout. Im not a fan of the walk up and order eateries nor am I a fan of open table seating where you may have to sit next to someone you dont know...or an annoying child. The burger I had was amazing. There was an issue with the online orders and when I arrived I had to wait 15 minutes as it wasnt even ready. The staff member responsible was able to tell me the issue so I sat back and waited. They did what they could. The shake was not good. It tasted like someone put hamburger grease at the bottom or it was too close to the grill where the shakes are prepared. It had a weird smokey taste to a chocolate shake. Was pretty gross.

May be this is known for its burgers but if you go for a chicken sandwich or fried avocado sandwich then I would not recommend it. Both sandwiches were chewy and literally undercooked. Shake was ok but we ended up throwing more than half of the sandwiches.

Of all the times/years weve eaten (dined in) here, this was the most disorganized weve ever experienced. The cashier / order taker was best described as snarky and got 2 of the 5 orders messed up when we got to the table. The young man who brought the food to the table was clearly confused, especially with the order messed up. Both iced tea stations were empty, the trash can was overflowing, the straws, cup covers, etc... was empty...and even the bathroom soap dispenser and hand sanitizer were empty. Did I say the food was GREAT!!!! Did talk to staff members, and they expressed their apologies and shared that there were several new team members.

Im giving one star because me and my husband witnessed a manger cussing an employee. Im a regular and theres always this one black girl at the register whos the sweetest. Shes always in high spirits. I love making orders with her. To watch her get cussed out for simply asking for help is ridiculous. Theres nothing more to say I had to console her in the bathroom because she was crying. The behavior of this manager was disgusting.

Service at the register is kind of absent. You could tell the cashier was distracted. Food was good! The crinkle fries weren t as thick as I was expecting, but they were so delicious! I had the chilli dog and added bacon. To anybody who is from out of state like me The chili does not have beans in it. (Sometimes I wish I had that forewarning, kidney beans in chili is a weakness). No complaints. The food did take a little bit to come out. When it did the runner didn t bring me my fries. However, he was very quick to grab my order and kind. The sense of urgency and kindness displayed by the food runner was appreciated. Can t be mad about that. I ll have to edit this review once I try a burger. :) Vegetarian options: They have a fried avocado sandwich that I really want to try. I m sure with that option on the menu they ll be able to cater to vegetarians.

Burger was great but the fries were little bitty pieces. I think someone sold them a hashbrown machine instead of a French fry cutter. Oh it has changed gone down hill. Burger was sub par fries burnt up little pieces. The guy taking our order was not with so of course my wifes burger was not to order

I ate here 3 times during the past 2 months and got food poisoning twice. I ordered the regular classic 1/2 burger and guess the meat wasnt cooked thru. I have eaten here for the past few years but never seen any issues before. Please improve the situation or will keep losing customers.
