Been coming here since the first week they opened. Normal order is mixed chicken and beef shawarma, not extra meat just mixed. They want to charge me for a Supreme (mlre $) and have me remove the extra stuff that comes with it. No other shawarma place has ever had an issue with mixing the meat, ever.

We ordered beef shawarma wrap and beef shawarma salad, beef was so dry in both the sandwich and the salad and the salad was mid. We also came close to closing time so that might have affected the quality of the food I guess. I will come back one more time give it another chance because the other branch in Irving is usually pretty good.

This location is inside Walmart. The gentleman behind the counter suggested us what to get, and it was spot on. The bowl and wrap were full of flavors (and lots of meat!). The tandoori sauce was my favorite. Food came out very hot.

Do your self a favor and ONLYA go to an original location of theirs. The service, food and environment were horrible there. They left two young kids who cant tell the difference between a garlic sauce and a tahini sauce. Meat was so cold. I am sorry, but i LOVE shawerma press, not this location, though.

I had very bad service around 7:00 pm at night when I ordered my food there was no one there, then it was full they gave everyone their order and I, who had arrived first, my order was not ready and they didnt know what it was. I had ordered, I got up to ask for my order again because I had already been waiting for 30 minutes, they gave me 2 shawarmas and it was not what I had ordered, they had not placed the potatoes, I showed him again what I had ordered exactly and I had to wait 15 more minutes Because they had given me someone elses order, the service was terrible.

The place looked ok, but it smells like a dirty truck stop bathroom. Food was ok. Flavorful but difficult to eat with the bathroom smell. Customer service is severely lacking. When we asked questions about an entree she just pointed to the menu on the counter. She kept repeating my husbands order like she wanted him to change it. (More than 4 times) she just wanted to lean on the counter & play on her phone. She kept forgetting to give me my water cup as I had to request it several times.

The wait time is long especially when there is no customers. The chicken in the very toasted bread is old, we cook in our houses and we know when the chicken is fresh or old. It is really very bad to start your morning as a restaurant serving old chicken to your customers. Not coming back for sure and not recommending .

I had an outstanding experience at Shawarma Press in the Arlington, Texas Walmart on Copper. Ali, the cook, and register provided excellent customer service. Loved the Tandoori Press Shawarma. Fries were fresh and unique. It had the perfect amount of spice a shawarma should have. I have tried Abu Omar Halal, Beirut Rock Cafe, Prince Lebanese Grill and I can say the Indian inside me loved this place more. Would definitely come again! It just had a little too much oil but I dont mind as it was super tasty. UTA Students get ten percent off. So it was a steal deal.

Have ordered twice from here. Good taste. Garlic sauce is always delicious. Chicken shawarma is amazing ! Tandoori is ok and hummus is just ok as well.
