Its so big, and I love the variety of things they have. Driven over 40 minutes a couple of times now because its worth it. Most claw machines actually get you prices, some on the first try even. You can go on a Saturday and it wont feel crowded. Its for everyone, but it did feel like it was intended for like 15+ years olds, so it was nice that there were hardly any kids running around. I might come back for karaoke.

We went after our movie let out and it was an okay experience. My fiance really wanted to play the claw machines so we mainly stayed in that area. There is plenty to do there. A variety of arcade games, many claw machines with different prizes, play area for the kids, blowing, billiards, dart board, karaoke, and a full bar and menu. I believe I may be missing one more activity there...not sure. The prices are what to be expected of a multi activity establishment, mid range pricing. I dont recommend getting anything from the bar as its pricey. Food is alright, think concession food. It was around 11 and they IDd us at the door. Overall an okay time.

Round 1 has started to go downhill recently, Ive beena big fan for years but it seems everytime I go now half the machines are broken or not working properly. With each machine now being 14 credits each I cant afford for them to not work and for the staff to not refund credits when they take your money.

Had a great time for my daughters birthday party. We got the Gold Party package and it was very affordable. Drew, our host, was super awesome! He got the pizza out in a timely manner and kept our pitchers filled! Would definitely recommend having birthday here!

This place is amazing! My daughter loves this place we go at least a few times a month. They did raise their prices a month ago or so on their cost for tokens and cost for playing the crane games, which is a bummer. But we have a blast every time we go. The crane games always have a good selection of plush toys from Hello Kitty to Godzilla. Families, give it a try!

Worst experience in a bowling alley I have ever had. So inefficient and rude staff. You cant order anything from the lanes, a kiosk for the food and a long bar line for drinks. Had a staff member and security guard accost me for not wearing bowling shoes- mind you, I showed up with a four ball bag, four bowling balls, my own shoes and gear. Never been so offended in my life. And I spent $150 on food, drinks and bowling. I wont be back.

Do not recommend. Food workers behind the counter were rude. Food was cold... mainly the pizza. The crust was doughy, cheese wasnt melted and the meat wasnt cooked all the way. When asked if there was a way to warm it up, they said no, and that they called out multiple times. Leadership: train your people NOT to point out that the customer is in the wrong, and to figure out a way to accommodate the customer. THAT is what leadership should do, as well as the highest form of customer service. *Find a solution to make the customer happy* We will not be back, and we will be telling family members to avoid this establishment.

Round 1 is an amazing place because it has so much to offer, from Arcade games, food, bowling, billiards, karaoke, games, prize machines, darts. It is located inside the Grapevine mills shopping center with hours from 10 am to 2 am. The game card costs $5 USD and you only recharge what you want to play. The ice cream was 99 cents, very delicious, I bought strawberry but the best apparently was the cookie and cream one. It has wheelchair accessibility I highly recommend it Ciaoooo gamers

Ive come to this place a few times over the past year and the experience here has always been wonderful and fun. I dont live close to this location at all, it takes me about 3 hours to get here, so Ive always made my time here count, I typically spend around 5 hours here. The arcade machines are the star of the show, you can find many imported machines straight from Japan and are very fun to play. There are also many assortment of games for different people so youll definitely find a game for you to enjoy. Youll just need your Round1 card to play these games, which you can pick up via the kiosk for or can ask one of the very helpful employees working here. Theres also bowling if you are into that which is what you expect, its just bowling. My previous visits didnt have a wait time and I could play instantly. They do have bowling shoes for all sizes and many different bowling balls for your weight preference. Ive never been to the bar before but from my friends experiences its been decent, I just cant provide a detailed input on this unfortunately. Overall if you want to spend some time with your friends or even just by yourself, you wont be disappointed passing by here. (PS: There is another Round1 near Arlington but Ive always had a better experience at this location)

Kids area was a complete letdown. Some equipment was blocked off and the inflatables were useless, as they were missing the required pieces for the games. The rest of the location looked good, but we were here with young kids. Also, they didnt even warn me at check in that I was paying for 2 hours but only receiving 1.5 (we barely stayed 30 min).

I came here with a couple friends to celebrate a birthday party. The lanes were nice, the bowling was fun, but two separate food counter staff members were terrible. Both of the food ordering tablets were out of order, but whatever, everyone has tech issues now and then. However, when I talked to a staff member to order, he was incredibly rude. He only responded to questions with one-word answers. When I finally asked if I could order at the counter, and he said no and then walked away. My buddy went up a few minutes later, talked to a different staff member, and got a similar response. Look, I get when things go wrong at work. I get it if their system was down and they couldn t put in orders. But at least TELL ME. It doesn t cost anything to say sorry man our system is down. I wish I had a better experience. As it stands, I won t be coming back.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the management practices at Round 1 located in Grapevine Mills Mall. A few friends and I traveled from San Antonio on Saturday 8/3/24 with the intention of enjoying an evening of entertainment, meeting up with additional friends flying in from California and Midland. We arrived at approximately 3 PM and engaged with the games for a couple of hours. During our time there, a technician named Jerry approached us to inform us that a game would be taken offline and that the swipers would be disabled. He advised us to speak with Fred, the manager, regarding this matter. When we addressed our concerns with Fred, he informed us that we were not permitted to use our time play cards due to a bug or glitch in the system. Despite explaining our situation and the financial implications of this unexpected development, Fred indicated that there was nothing he could do to rectify the issue, citing misuse by other regulars as the reason for our inconvenience. It is unacceptable that we, as guests, were penalized for the actions of others. Moreover, Fred informed us that neither the District Manager nor the Regional Manager was available to discuss this urgent matter, as both were off duty at that time. After waiting approximately 25 minutes, Fred ultimately decided to shut off the game for the remainder of the day. His only solution was to suggest that we visit the Round 1 location in Arlington. While he did offer an apology for the inconvenience and financial burden this situation imposed on us and other guests, it did little to alleviate our dissatisfaction. To make matters worse, after being assured by Fred that the games would only be down on Saturday, we returned Sunday morning, only to be rudely informed by staff that the machines would be down again that day. This entire weekend, which was meant to be spent enjoying time with friends, was completely ruined, resulting in wasted hotel fees, flight expenses, fuel costs, and wear and tear on our cars not to mention the wasted time and disappointment. It is imperative that management takes accountability for operational issues and ensures that all customers are treated fairly, regardless of the actions of others. I sincerely hope that this feedback is taken seriously to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

If you are a fan of crane games and UFO Catchers, this is the place to be. They have an array of games and prizes to choose from. Their Instagram isnt up to date on prizes, but Im told they rotate monthly. The prizes range from Summikko Gurashi, Sanrio, Naruto, Pacman and kawaii animal plushies. The games are a bit challenging. You need a card to play. If you get the regular one theres a $2 activation fee. The staff are very nice and friendly. If crane games are not your thing, they also have arcade games and bowling. There is something for everyone here. This is located inside of the Grapevine Mall. We came here on a weekday and there werent a lot of people which was great.

I ve been to this establishment in San Antonio, Grapevine and Arlington many times before and it s always super busy. The last few times I ve gone it s been hard to find someone working the claw machine. This last weekend Round1 completely changed my mind! V offered the best experience possible. If you have kids, they have a large indoor playground area for children, plus some of the arcade games are appropriate for children above the age of a toddler. This place is old, rundown and HOT in the summer as their A/C Is not working. The staff even tells you that the A/C has been broken the whole summer. What? Is there no A/C Technician around to fix it or is the owner TOO CHEAP to get it fixed. They do not tell you this when you are there to book/pay for bowling. The place smells like old stale pee. Very unhygenic - restrooms are dirty. The bowling lanes are always getting stuck...... Waste of money... go somewhere else....

Not a great experience! This was my first and last time at this venue. We wanted to enjoy an inside activity, considering the heat index outside that day. Unfortunately, the temperature inside the building was almost as bad! I had promised my nieces and nephews bowling, so we decided to stay and would cool off by enjoying a cold refreshment. First off it was annoying that I waited in line to order just to be told we have to order from the kiosk (there was no sign stating that). I then tried to order Icees, but the Icee machine was broken. We then tried to order ice cream, but their freezer was broken! Again no signs stating these items were no longer available, which could ve saved some time! I began to get frustrated before seeing a vending machine that I thought would at least offer a sweet treat for the kiddos. I go to purchase candy from the vending machine and then my item gets stuck! I go to report this to staff; however, they state there s nothing we can do due to the vending machine belonging to a third party. A couple after me tried to purchase something from the vending machine due to the lack of the venue s available options, and their item actually came out, but the packaging was opened! Therefore, they did not consume it. Overall, the entire set up was inconvenient even when it came to accessing the bowling shoes. We had to get back in line bc certain child shoe sizes are only offered at the counter, which we were not told, so had to get back in a long line which cut into our purchased bowling time. I am not from this area and wanted to enjoy a venue that is available where I m from. I highly regretted my choice and wish I would have stuck with the always consistent Main Event.

It was clean and for about $55 ($35 on arcade play and $20 on play house), you can alternate 2 kids on one game card and play house sticker like we did. Have fun!!!

This is our favorite place to bowl. If you get here before 4 Monday through Thursday it s a good value. It can get crowded on the weekends though.

Place is good for bowling. Food options are good but the wait time is very long, both to order and to get the food. They do have the kiosk machines to order food but even those have a large queues. Bowling and seating area are well maintained. They also do have a large number of arcade games to watch out for. This also have a child friendly play area.

I come here with the kids once a month. Nothing particularly special. Alot like Main Event and DB. Claw machines rigged. Requires 8-12 games before claw strength activates. Just watch others, and if they play more than 5 times and leave, sage bet youll get the price. Ive walked out of there with a dozen plushies once just by hanging out and watching. My kids love it.
