in round rock work for solution, never healthy people just lost the time you come to this area never help people fill up the application. He lost the application all information. The people lost it. Never people respect to work for solution in round rock because all your lost because this is my second time, I fill up the application in my case four months and a second time I fill up the application almost one months people never help never help. I have all information.

I would give yall a zero if it was possible. My husband has been waiting now for three weeks to get his prosthetic leg. The company who made it just needs the authorization to give to him And hes called every day for the weeks to get a hold of someone and nobody answers. His case worker wont return his calls. Either give him his leg or put him on disability this is ridiculous. Yall arent helping people. Would you look at that there response is the same on every review

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Trying to reach WIOA is harder than getting into the mafia. Someone will call you by the end of the week. After waiting several weeks I tried out the email route and someone finally gave me an extension for a David Grove (#1030) who is in charge. I said to myself ok progress. Nope, dead end. Seems like Mr. Grove is never in the office because I call frequently even different times and it always goes straight to voicemail. Left a couple voicemails but that doesnt help. Good luck if you ever need help from this program.

All of workforce solutions has the same phone line and no one EVER answers it. I am ALWAYS being sent to voicemail. The unprofessionalism and inability to get ahold of anyone is absolutely insane to me. I have called every single day, and no one answers the phone. I ve left countless voicemails. I ve emailed them. Unbelievable.

I was in the workforce solution truck driving program and my case worker Marla Fernandez was very help throughout my whole process of getting back to work..She always did what she said she was going to do and more pointed me in right direction on helpful advice..Now Im back work driving for capital Wright who gave me a shot without a year or six Months experience..Now doing what I set out to do and so far im loving it..Things happen for a reason and im glad they where apart of my journey..Thx Marla Fernandez

Keith Callands is an amazing talent. He was able to help me out with everything I needed. Ive been calling for help for about a month to no avail. I was very frustrated and was not able to request payment. Although they are not Texas workforce Keith Callands was able to help me get everything I need done to request payment. For the most part, the people running the front desk and working with clients are professional, really nice and helpful. Today, though, there was another employee sitting in one of the cubicles to the rear of their office around 1:30P or so who, apparently, thought we were all her captive audience. So completely loud and unprofessional talking about all her personal nonsense with no regard for anyone else. So clearly full of herself. Thankfully, she gathered her things and left to work from home. And, I only know that because she announced it to the world! Makes you wonder how productive someone like that is at home if she is so silly at the office.

No office and no one answering the phone, too busy to answer the phone. Be prepare when you lose your job. My opinion is government for big business not for the unemployed. Try calling their phone number if you dont believe..
