Worst agency I ve ever been through. They waste your time, and say they always have available work and send one request to the company they say they will place you at, that s as far as it goes. They don t check in with that employer or communicate with you, they expect you to push them to check. This agency has not been able to find me one job in the last year or so, and I don t have a small resume. Either they need better staff or just need to shut down.

They don t properly follow up with you and treatment of employment is first come. That s not the problem. I ve followed up via email AND phone. They COMPLETELY disregarded my application. I would post my call log too but you get the point. Notice the time gap from my email screenshot. At this point I don t need a we re sorry response to this review. It will be VERY hollow and very much a robotic response. Us as adults we know this! we look at reviews all the time. I also know how reviews are done for companies. They try to flag most of their bad ones if they can to be removed. This one is not going anywhere is very much factual at this point they can only try to do better. I wish for THEM to do better! You can t be a sometimes we help people company. Making people run around and jump through hoops just so you can STILL drop the ball is terrible!!!!!

I apply for a entry level job, I call them and they set up a phone interview for the next day at 10am. The next day they dont call and said I missed my phone interview and if I want to reschedule which I did for 2pm, also Karen never told me that I had to call them for a phone interview. I never heard of this practice its always the other way around... I leave a bad review within an hour I get a call from Kaitlyn Clouthier who said she wanted to apologize for the phone interview mix up and if I wanted to have the phone interview now. During the phone interview she said Im overqualified and can get me more money which I said great and that she will call me next week.., well she never called me at all and its been 3 weeks now I think she only said all that to make me take down my bad review. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ITS OTHER LOCATIONS... THEY WILL TREAT OVERQUALIFIED PPL WHO NEED TO MAKE A LIVING LIKE DIRT. EVERYTIME I TRY AND USE EXPRESS TO GET A JOB I NEVER GET ANYTHING...
