the place is a little small but i go with my family (party of 14) so definitely were just a large group! despite that, all the food was served at a great time. we waited about half an hour on a busy friday night which wasnt bad at all. food was warm and tasty, staff was super friendly and sweet, didnt have any issues at all. great serving size and decent prices. all their food is halal so its become a regular for us! only note i have is that the thai tea was a little on the sweet side, but im a person who orders things at half sweet so im sure itd be perfect for anyone else. Dietary restrictions: everything is halal!

This place is top notch and checked every box when we dine out. The food was hot upon arrival, very flavorful, excellent service and great atmosphere. Our waiter was super polite and knowledgeable and we had a great family night out! We had the spring rolls, crab Rangoon and the chicken wings with Sriracha and that was just the beginning. I am so disappointed with the quality of the food. I normally order/dine in at the Richardson location because Garland feels like a hit or miss. But I ordered from this location today since it was the closest location to me. I ordered a combination fried rice level 3 which I ve had multiple times before from the Richardson location. Unfortunately, the one that I received today was very disappointing. All the shrimps, beef and chicken taste like they were boiled but not sautéed. It tasted so bland, I couldn t even finish it. I don t plan to return to this location anytime soon.

I recently ordered the Pad Woosen from Noodle Wave (Garland location) and must say I am extremely disappointed in their carelessness. This is a meal Ive ordered several times; however, this time, as I was finishing, I noticed there was a metal wire of-some-sort in a piece of my chicken. Not sure how they managed to do that, but Im writing this in hopes they will see and make modifications in the kitchen when preparing their meals. Very scary and very disappointing.

Food is good and its halal however please note that google says the restaurant is open till 10 but the dine in/kitchen closes way before 10. I was there today at 9:30 (ish) they wouldnt let me dine-in hence i had to order to-go. I did see a large family still dining though. The host also mentioned that the kitchen closes at 9:40 hence i was rushed to order. Please update the timing of the restaurant.

The food is really good. But the wait is atrocious. They didnt start actually making my order until 45 mins after I ordered in person. You cant call because they dont answer, or they disconnect the phone. And when you order online, they charge just a bit more. Ive been here several times and its always the same. 45min or more for the wait. Doesnt matter how busy or empty it is. Shouldnt take an hour to put rice and chicken on a plate. Staff is 50/50. Sometimes they can be nice and helpful, other times not so much. I wanna love this place, but I cannot agree. There is a preferred culture here, and it can be noticeable at times.

It was a strange day for my family and I we have been frequent patrons of Noodle Wave (Garland) for several years now and have never been disappointed. But today was a sad experience for all of us. We went in as a group of 9 people. The sign in the restaurant requested that parties arrive together to avoid disturbances so we all entered the restaurant together after having made a reservation. The tables were not ready. That s okay we waited and were seated in a little while. We ordered our food and waited. Just one order came first. We waited. About 10 minutes later, a second order arrived. We waited 15 minutes in, three orders were served the first two meals had gone cold by now because we all wanted to eat together. 3 people still waited. My husband told one of the servers that if they want parties to arrive together, they should try to serve the food all together too. After a total of 45 minutes, we all finally had our food. HOWEVER, the seasoning was completely off. Spice levels were not what we asked for. They brought us chili sauce to compensate. I had to ask for salt as my order had none. After sprinkling this and adding that, the food was finally somewhat ok. We left very disappointed today. This place had kept up their quality for so long and it s so sad to see it s slipping. I m writing this review in the hopes that the owners see this and look into what the problem is. We really don t want to stop going there.

This place is off the hook! We came on Sunday right at opening and were quickly seated. The staff is attentive and friendly. The dining room is spacious. But the food was the real star we had a large crowd so we were able to try a variety of dishes and every single one of them was impeccable. It was fresh, generous portions and probably the best Thai food I ve had in the area. The kids got Bento boxes that came with ice cream and were a killer deal for $8. Enjoy the pictures!

We love to go to McKinney location ,so clean, stuff is so nice, food is always awesome. We decided to go to Garland location this time, but were so disappointed. I found a peace of plastic in my soup, the waiter said: Sorry about that, that can happen sometimes . Seriously? A peace of plastic in the food? I had to leave the place immediately, but still wanted to give a try. Glass noodles my wife ordered tasted like a plastic, beef wasn t fresh. For an appetizer I had the summer spring rolls with shrimp. Those were wonderful and fresh. The sauce that came with it was tangy and excellent. For the main course I had the red curry with seafood mix, level 2 spice. Next time Im ordering level 3 or 4 spice. As my personal preference the level 2 was very mild and not spicy at all for me. The curry was really good. I was honestly a little afraid that they were going to be stingy with the seafood but they really give you your moneys worth. Which is good, considering its extra for the seafood. There were small scallops, shrimp, cuttlefish and mussels in it. I wish I had come to this place sooner! Next time though Ill definitely order in advance. I was going to walk-in and eat but they were packed so I ordered my food to-go. It took 30 minutes for it to be ready but its really no problem for me. They were busy and it is what it is. I ate it all so fast I had no time to take photos. Cant wait to try everything they have on the menu!

The food here is great. The dining experience is great but the online ordering always takes way longer than the ordering site says. If they improved the estimation system there wouldn t always be 15 people standing in that small entry for 40 minutes partially being ignored and brushed off by the staff. The Pad Thai is amazing.

The food is good, but the service is just not worth it. They took so long (45 minutes past estimated delivery) that two Uber drivers gave up before it was finally ready and a third delivered it. There is clearly something not working right here. I gave up on this place a while back because of high prices and slow delivery. I guess it wasn t worth trying again. I m going back to Sticky Rice, because they are consistent, fast and give you more food.

I am not easily impressed when it comes to restaurants and I often find most places to be mediocre at best. That said, I am thoroughly impressed by Thai Noodle Wave. The food is flavorful and rich, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is very pleasant and clean. I hate paying for bad food/service but I am never disappointed here and I will be sure to keep returning. Definitely give this place a try!

First of all right when I walked inside I was extremely impressed by the inside, it was honestly the BEST looking restaurant that I ve been in Dallas. Not only did it look nice, the food was amazing. Best of all it was Halal. I even tried fried ice cream for the first time, I loved it!. The only thing that was just a little disappointing was the ice tea. It was just Unsweetened Iced tea and sugar packets on the side for you to add. Overall It was amazing and very worth it

Stopped in between shopping errands, was seated and served very quickly. Staff were very nice, and menu selection was great. Ordered their special of the spicy lo mein curry beef. Take out order ready in less than 20 minutes. Entree was super delicious, just the right amount of heat at medium spice.
