I have gone to Anthony Medical and chiropractic center for 3 sessions now and each time I come away so relaxed, adjusted and feeling well. I really love the doctor there that gives me the adjustments and all three people I have had that have done my medical massages have been fabulous. Highly recommend!

All the employees are so nice friendly and professional. Dr An is great. She talks to you as you are getting the adjustment making sure you are comfortable with the adjustment and intensity. Surprisingly to me there is a massage after the adjustment included in the price. The massage was so relaxing. I felt 1000% better than when I walked into the office. Headache gone.

I am very happy with the care provided to me on my visits. It was my very first experience to have chiropractor therapy provided. Dr. Richardson explained the procedure and reassured me that I would get better. Practicing without license! Be aware! Gabriel, who attempted to do my massage today, told me that he DOES NOT have a massage therapist license! What!??? I never considered such a possibility, that s why I wasn t concerned about few unusual things in the beginning. He did not use covers properly, his touch was wired. Then he let me know, that he now will apply more pressure. I m very pain tolerant, and I would allow to feel pain for the therapeutic purpose. But his technique was VERY confusing and painful. I love receive massages and have been attending massage school myself I asked Gabriel what technique he is doing. His answer was uneducated. So I asked Gabriel what school did he went to get his license. And then I learned that Gabriel doesn t have a license! More of that he never went to massage school! He said that he received his training from the colleague here at this office!!!!! What?! At least now it s all made sense! He had NO IDEA what he was doing. Be aware! Inexperienced person can get injured. As a matter of fact 3 hours after, my back still hurts. I might consider taking legal action.

Im so glad that Im able to get regular adjustments, and massages mostly covered through my Insurance! (They will check your coverage) I have chronic low back pain due to a herniated disk. I noticed a big improvement in pain and more comfortable sleeping - after the first two visits. Dr Richardson is caring. Dr. Lopez is very nice. Gabriel is my favorite for massages! If you dont have insurance coverage - They have reasonable cash prices too.

I came in today for the new patient special 59$ for an adjustment and 30 minute massage. Ive been to a chiropractor before and have never had to pay up front, I thought it was weird and so did the lady signing in at the same time as me, she even commented on that not being the usual. While in my consultation I let them know I was having some numbness in my right outer thigh. He tore a piece of tissue up, ran it down my thigh and asked me to tell him if I felt it or not. I of course, did not. He then pushed on my legs while I was laying down. I was then told that due to my lack of strength in my right leg and my numbness I could not receive a adjustment without having an MRI done first. I accepted that, and asked if I could have my money back since I did not receive an adjustment and had not received the massage yet. I was told No. I would not be receiving a refund but I could still get my massage. I essentially paid $60 for a 30 minute fully clothed massage that wasnt at all like the previous reviews depected it to be. There was no dim lit room with privacy, quietness, and relaxation. It was 4 tables in a big room. Lights on. No door. I could hear kids crying in the front office down the hall and could not relax because all I could think about was if those crying kids were okay. I have a 2 year old of my own and paid a babysitter so I could go here and try to get some relief and relaxation. I am in no way upset at the children but I did expect something similar to the previous reviews. The only positive thing was the massage therapist, she seemed to genuinely care. Wont be coming back here seeing as I dont have $900 for an MRI and opted for this place because of the low price on new patients. Im curious if anyone else got the same response on the new patient special?

After our car accident, we started our long recovery strategy at their Round Rock location. Everyone is so nice and fun. They are a joy every visit. The entire staff is professional, pleasant and welcoming. They are also excellent at their jobs. Dr Richardson is the best! They were able to get me a same day appointment for some horrible upper back and neck pain the day before I left for vacation. I got a medical massage and an adjustment and felt almost instantly better. They also put me on the roller bed, electro therapy and heating pads, it was amazing! The NP did my adjustment and she is wonderful and super gentle. I was always super scared of getting adjusted, but she walked me through everything and also told me to tell her if I didn t feel comfortable at any point. Looking forward to my follow up appointment next week!

Nice office .Friendly staff. But very poor and unprofessional billing office. Due the personal issue I was unable to continue treatment and did ask for refund since I paid for 1 month and had only 2 treatments. Office clerk promised me refund within 10 business days. Pass by 12 business days and no refund , no apologies and no possibility talk to billing office because they never answer the phone call.The phone call directly goes to the answering system. Very disappointed.

I suffer from major migraines and have been to other Chiropractors. None took the time to really listen/assess my needs, but rather just applied the standard package. In fact, I had a migraine coming on when I arrived here and Dr. Richardson absolutely killed it! After my adjustment, Casey performed the deep tissue massage, and that was the icing on the cake. I would give 100 stars if I could. I havent felt this good in 5 yrs!

I called this morning to see if there were any appointments available. The young lady that answered stated It depends on what you need. I m in pain, I don t know what I need that is why I m calling to see a doctor. She replied Well if you need a massage we re all booked up. If you need an adjustment you can just walk in. I d seen their Facebook ads and they were listed as in network for my BSBS of Illinois insurance plan. I didn t want to press my luck. If they re so busy that they can t treat a client asking to come see them better than that, I ll go somewhere else.

I can not say enough good things about this place!!! I have had back issues since I was a teen and now that I m pregnant it has just gotten worse. Between my adjustments with Dr. Richardson and my two massage therapist (Ashleigh & Ben) my back, hips and shoulders feel amazing!!! I m sleeping better, which gives me more energy during the day to play with my daughter. I would recommend 10 times out of 10!
