The employees tell you they dont have cheese sauce tonight because they dont want to make it. Hire some reliable help! This is a follow-up...I returned recently and had no issues ordering the fries with cheese sauce. Thank you for fixing this issue!! However, the evening working crew is terrible! Should have read a review instead of looking at the hours. If youre closed, I want to see the lights out and the open sign off. Not lit up brigh as day at 4am with all the signs telling you about the deals and the prices. Its completely disrespectful that this person would let me sit here and look at the menu for 5 minutes while they are closed... Now my partner and I are ready to order, and they say were closed. Open sign on, all the lights on menu board are on, clearly not closed. Give me some trash story about system updating and them not being able to take orders or make orders... its 2024. Your computer not being up to date is not an excuse. We went to whataburger , and they said their system was also updating, but they took our order and our money. Thanks for feeding me Whataburger. How hard is it? Make it make sense...

Them no understanding people at this location. I ordered a #3 which is a sourdough burger that comes with a drink and a large fry. Plus I ordered some egg rolls,stuff jalapenos, with 4 tacos. Guess what I got? Everything but not my fries. Than he tried to charge me again for my fries that came with the meal.... Horrible never go back over to that place ever again

Edit: 6/14/23 Unfortunately I dont eat at Jack anymore due to inflation. My cherished Spicy Nacho Munchie Meal is no more. The 9PM price of $6.50 with tax for the amount of tasty food was unbeatable. Now its up to $9 not including tax. Maybe Ill return at some point if they ever bring the entree and price back. I frequent the establishment at night time and the current crew does a great job. Food is fast and prepared accordingly. No issues. I utilize the app and have encountered no problems.

Get to the drive through ordering mic and sit for 5 mins, then decide to just go to the window because now another car has pulled up behind me. I Stayed at the window for a few then decide to call, finally we decide to get up and do our job or at least that s what I thought. The doors are all locked. You cant go inside and eat in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday. They just lock it up and refuse to do anything but the drive thru. Worst, I see food on every table, which has probably been there for days. I think they did me a favor shutting down their lobby. I love jack in the box and this location rocks however this time was disappointed. I do drive thru and order a double jack..pay ..get food and leave. I thought the amount was a tad high but thought maybe cause i ordered medium. When i look at receipt she put down a triple instead of double. Ok no biggie i said..ill take it since i paid and was already driving..maybe she heard triple..honest mistake..The bigger disappointment was when i got home..they actually gave me a double burger...so i paid for triple initially not even wanting one but then actually got a double for the price of triple..win some lose some. I still like this location. Next time ill put a positive review as i have done in the past.

Everytime my husband comes here to get our family some food something is always wrong. It sucks because this is the closest Jack in the Box to us in this area. Our fries weren t completely cooked they were soggy, my drink was flat and my husband ended up getting sick off of the food served. I told him it just ruined dinner again we ended up having to eat sandwiches at home because of it. I will never come back to this location again. Update: Contacting them through their website does nothing as no one ever gets back with you and their corporate number always says theyre closed. This has been a nightmare and the biggest waste of $40. I placed a mobile order for this location. When I got to the store they were closed due to the power being out. I was told to call corporate to get my money back. No big deal EXCEPT I cannot get ahold of anyone to get my money back. The store will NOT answer the phone and I cannot get through to corporate. This location is close to where I live so its very convenient. They have never gotten my order incorrect, food is always hot and fresh. Getting into the parking area can sometimes be tricky of youre needing to turn in from the opposite side of the street, theres usually a lot of traffic. Its located next to a Mexican restaurant and shopping strip whose drive-thru traffic can get tricky to navigate, so be careful for cars when turning in. Clean parking lot, havent been inside so I cant comment on that. The staff has always been nice.
