Helpful and responsive. Elissa helped us through a few different legal questions while we lived in Round Rock. Estate planning, contract review, local gov filing, etc. Great results every time. Horrible experience, rude, disappointing, disrespectful. Ive had my claim since 2019, and its 2021 March, my claim still has not been resolved, elissa the attorney is not responsive and very slow, she also includes extra fees in your claim and contract,, READ YOUR CONTACTS 100%. Shes so disrespectful I tried to get another lawyer and shes blocking that and still is trying to charge me, so I will be dropping my claim so she doesnt get a dime out of me and its extremely sad over 2 years thats what the outcome of the claim is, just 2 wasted years. She also received a terrible review from someone else and attacked me because she thought it had to do with me and I had no idea what she was speaking of, and all I asked her was an update on my claim.

Ms Henry law firm was chosen because the name recognition in our probate my brothers name was Henry. Coincidence it might was but the results were so far beyond my expectations of just a name in our case . Found Ms. Henry while searching for a lawyer to help me an apartment complex charging me for things I did not break. I scheduled a visit with Ms. Henry and she was upfront and honest about the process. I asked a few questions and she told me exactly what the process was and she was 100% correct. A few weeks into the process I got a phone call from a collection agency as the apartment complex had sent my over-due charges to collection. I notified Ms. Henry right away and she took care of this issue immediately. Things went exactly as she said they would. We spoke about what ifs and she told me what could happen but informed me that it would not get as far as I feared. Her communication was great. Everything is done electronically as far as paperwork. Her assistants returned my phones as needed. I got what I requested and a little more. Money and time well spent.
