Atrocious service! Everyone was by the register, had to get our own high chair when I didn t sit my baby down right away the waitress rolled her eyes and asked if we still wanted the high chair even though no one else in the restaurant needed it and there were multiple. Didn t bring up the caldo with our meals had to ask for it, food was overpriced and over salted. Never again. Will say they do cater to men very well seems as that is their preferred customer too bad.

The food was good. Beware if youre going to pay with credit card, we thought it was weird that it didnt give us the option to tip we even ask the waiter and he said he didnt know. We felt bad so we left tip in cash only to find out 2 days later they charged the tip to our card. We were 2 adults and 2 children by the way so there was no need for that!!

They charge 18% fee even if you come with your children. Which I don t mind but you don t even receive great service from the waiters they are sitting not even refilling your cup they also charge for over $1.50 for ice will never come back.

This place is the best place for seafood in the Valley. The seafood is fresh and the portions are a good size for the price. They have specials at lunch time and their consommé is full of pieces of fish and shrimp. Of course, be careful with the habanero sauce, it does sting. The service has always been excellent and if youre lucky theres even mariachi on the weekends. So if you like seafood, come and enjoy a shrimp cocktail or some fish fillets. You will not regret it. And dont forget to try their cucumber lemonade! Postscript: Last Sunday my parents went to enjoy some lunch specials. My mom, as always, didnt finish the 3 steaks that came with the order because she filled up on the broth. He asked for a little box to take them with him but he forgot to take it and left it on the table. On their way home they realized it and returned to the restaurant. My dad went down to ask about the box and the waitress informed him that she had just thrown it in the trash. We understand that they cant store food for hours, but they came back as soon as they realized it on the way home (we dont live far from there either). He only included it as a suggestion that please wait a little while before throwing away a takeout container in case the customer returns for the food they already paid for. Thank you.

The truth is, it was a terrible experience, the waitress who served us tipped her more because her service was terrible, she had no thanks. And then he didnt want to cancel an order since he had just ordered it as soon as he came in and he didnt want to, he said it couldnt be done and then he put a tip of 20 dollars on a consumption of 100. More than what we told him, that person got upset and didnt want to lower it, Im in charge of a business and I myself have taken it away for my workers, which for me was very rude of them, Im calm, so I left it like that, but in truth that type of service should not be allowed. Nowhere... they should take care of the clients, not the bad workers, its a business.

I like to bring my kids to eat at Mariscos El 7 Mares. I have dined in 3 times since I heard about this place. I love coming here to eat on special occasions. I do recommend people to come dine in. Its clean and the food is excellent. I normally choose a platter to share with my family. While waiting for your plate the waitress will serve you a delicious salsita and chips. Ni que se diga la sopita de pescado is good too. In the evenings upon your request there is a mariachi that will play. I do highly recommend this restaurant. The waitresses are amazing. Great customer experience. Thank you Mariscos El 7 Mares for your service which makes me go back. Parking: No problem I was able to access in and out. Plenty of space. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, they do. They do not have automatic doors enough space to access the restaurant in a wheelchair.

Terrible customer service for drive-thru! Order by phone 15 minutes before. Upon arrival, wait 20 minutes at the window. I had to dial to be attended to. Then they forgot my lemon water with cucumber, they didnt give it to me. I had to go back to get it and the lady still wanted to charge me again. And in the end they didnt even give me my correct soft drink, they just gave me a simple lemonade. Terrible experience and one more pregnant and craving. So that they try to do it! And I even gave them a tip! Im not coming back.

Tonight was my birthday and I chose siete mares because the food is always good and consistent. Local mariachis came and sang to me tonight, I think they come around or it can be coordinated. Everytime we come here the food is hot, delicious and the staff is very attentive. Why go to a franchise when this restaurant is here??? Thank you for hosting my birthday get together with family and friends. Wheelchair accessibility: The restrooms are accessible, entrance threshold is good also. Parking is level with the entrance so easy access from most parking spaces. The tables are large with pedestal bases so if you are using a wheelchair you may want to sit where 2 tables come together. My dad was using a walker, we did not have any issues.

Pretty good food. They sell a fish plate for about 9-12 dollars but its pretty filling and I think comes with two filets. They charge a 15% surcharge after five dishes on a to go order. They do not want to give me a refund even though I cancelled the order. The surcharge is not posted anywhere on the menu or restaurant!!!
