Professional firm all around. From reception, to Eugene Haller himself I received nothing, but professionalism and they went through a bit of a firm change in the midst of my traffic ticket case. Still continued to work for me. Definitely recommend.

This is the best place to go hands down if you are in ticket trouble. I have my cdl I have been fighting a ticket in Williamson county of all places for a YEAR AND A HALF they stuck by my side through every bit of it and I got the best outcome I could of ever hoped for!

I had a really good experience working with Kay. I recently got a speeding ticket, genuinely my mistake, and wanted to clear it off using the traffic school, but given I am from out of state, I didnt have that option. Hence to clear off the ticket from my record, I contacted Haller and Covarrubia. Kay was really professional, responsive, and up-to-date on tracking the progress and communicating it in a timely manner. Due to this, the process of clearing the speeding ticket on my record without any issue. Thank you so much Kay. You are the best!

Theyve gotten 2 of 2 traffic tickets dismissed via deferral period, on my behalf (Austin and Leander). I like the fixed rate, instead of per appearance like some others. Ive had to do this process on my own a couple of times in the past, and its a huge expense in time. These folks made sure I didnt miss any deadlines with paperwork, and I only ever had to do a couple of things via the internet for my part. If you have the money for it, I recommend letting them handle such things on your behalf. Avoids the risk of mistakes, and its hard to understate what a time sink it was when I had to do these things on my own.

Worked with Kay from Haller and Covarrubia and she is great. Very thorough and professional. I needed help in traffic violation and Kay helped me save a ton of time and have peace of mind. Finding them - I found them through web search and the references on Yelp helped me to hire them. She gave me sage advice and reminded me prior to every deadline to make sure I didnt miss anything. She is not only very professional but outstanding at her job. I couldn t be more pleased with the results of hiring this firm. I had 3 tickets in one stop but since I was joining the navy they only charged me for two of the tickets, one got dismissed from the get-go and the other two were dismissed the other day after I proved I had gained no new tickets over the span pf 3 months. They re professional, they re helpful and will remind you of your obligations to the court periodically. You will NOT regret reaching out to this firm. Everything was handled entirely through email and I never had to drive anywhere. I can t thank them enough for taking care of me over the last few months.

Kay at Haller and Covarrubia was amazing!!! She called me to discuss my speeding ticket and our options, and put me at ease right away. She didnt make any promises, but I was confident she was going to do everything she could to help me resolve the ticket. She was able to work with the court, I didnt have to appear in-person (it happened out of town), and she kept me updated through the entire process. I was able to follow her instructions with peace of mind, and I am so grateful for that. I cant recommend her more! Give her and her partner a call!

Kay was amazing! I was past my deadline for submitting the drivers class due to personal issues, and I had a court date and missed that, too. Kay plead my case with the information I sent her, and I did not have to appear. The court dismissed my ticket because I completed the class and due to my circumstances. If you fall on hard times, do not give up- this service was well worthwhile. Kay was also very considerate and empathetic. A perfect experience all around. Thank you!
