I have been a regular customer here for many many years. I understand that prices have gone up everywhere and this place isn t the exception, however you would expect the quality of the food and the service to be great. Overall, I get great customer service but my last visit wasn t so good. Myself and two other people got there at 10pm, knowing they close at 11, we tried to order asap. We waited in the front for about 15 minutes, with no one attending us. Then when we sat, they took another long time get our drinks and order. By that time, it was past 10:30 and we had to rush to eat before they closed. Now today, I just picked up my call in order. My fries were cold and hard. There is a to-go charge yet I didn t receive any napkins or anything with it. I know the manager is a nice guy and overall staff has been friendly, but I just want to get fresh food when I order!! Today the lady may has not been having a good day, but her customer service could ve been better

The food here is pretty good, but man oh man I don t know what they were thinking with the super loud DJ on a Thursday night. I would get it if they wanted a band or at least a quieter DJ, but their DJ was playing trashy music super loud. I think the staff asked him to tone it down at one point with how vulgar and graphic it was. Nobody was really into it and we had to shout across the table to speak to each other. It just sucks because I ve been here before and have watched games at the bar just fine, but the one time I come in to eat at a booth to grab a beer and wings it s not enjoyable. A lot of tables were also pretty dirty and we had to get one cleaned to even sit down. Definitely room for improvement but I would go here again if they fixed some of these things.

The tenders were delicious. We ordered plain with gravy on the side. You get 5 tenders with fries, Texas toast and gravy for $9.50 during lunchtime 11:am till 2:pm. I had a coupon for 5 free boneless chicken wings with entree purchase during lunchtime and had no problem using coupon. We ordered the lemon pepper flavor with ranch on the side. They didn t have their curly fries. So, they were offering crinkle cut fries. Those are my favorite. So, we were both still very happy. Everything was delicious. The waitress Briseyda was super nice. Me and my friend Jesse had a great lunchtime. Thank You everyone at Wings N More for a great experience. Parking: If the parking area is full on the side. They have plenty of parking behind the building.

My husband and I had date night here tonight and from the time we came in the front door we were treated so nicely. The wait wasn t very long even though there was a lot of people. Letty was our waitress and she was phenomenal in every way she took excellent care of us. We will definitely come back! Also, at the end of our meal another very nice lady came out to greet us and speak with us briefly. Her name was Anna. She made us feel more than welcome as well. The food was excellent. My husband and I went to dinner there tonight. We haven t been there in years. The lady at the front was super friendly and nice after we were seated we had a waitress name Letty and she was beyond attendant, friendly, and professional! She took care of us wonderfully we didn t want for anything! Now at the end of our meal a lady named Anna came out to introduce herself and talk with us, she was super nice as well. Food is literally just reheated Tyson chicken from the bag and tossed in whatever generic sauce. Fries are from a bag also. You can get this meal cheaper at HEB yourself for the week. This was my second time visiting this place, and I had a great experience just like I did the first time around. My partner and I ordered the 25 wing platter with honey mustard and lemon pepper flavors, and they were so flavorful. The fried mushrooms are my favorite. Our waitress, Monce, Was there to greet us and take our order within a few minutes of sitting down, and she was very attentive. We tried to redeem a coupon, but we had some issues with the code. I ordered 25 wings using UberEats, but there was no option for sauce on the side and I couldnt leave a note. So, I selected no sauce (plain) and planned to ask for extra sauce when picking up my order. When I arrived at the store and explained the situation, the staff member seemed to understand but still charged me $6 for the sauces. I explained three times that I had to choose the no sauce option because there was no sauce on the side option when ordering, but she still insisted on charging the extra $6. The prices for no sauce and sauce options are the same, so I dont understand why she charged extra. $6 isnt a lot of money, but its frustrating to be charged unnecessarily and makes me question whether she is suitable for customer service given that she didnt seem to understand my situation.

Went there wanting to sit by the window and they had plenty of benches open in all of the areas in the restaurant, but the hostess rudely told us that they were all reserved. There wasnt a big game on that day nor were there a lot of people in there and this was around 1pm. 3 hostesses,all rude. We left and wont go back. We werent rude to any of them, but they immediately had attitude as soon as we walked in as if we interrupted their social hour.

Eating in is always a good experience but man to-go really needs to step it up! Every time I order delivery, SOMETHING is wrong. Last 2 times I ordered; first one there was no sauce on the chicken. So I decide no more delivery. I see a 10 dollar off deal so I figure I will try it again. Chicken was right, but I got ranch instead of bleu cheese which I specifically stated in the notes for the wings, AND no ice cream for my brownie Sunday. Yall need to fix whoever does to go orders for real. Inside the restaurant though still good service, keep it up. Come here with my friend every now and then.

I tipped my waitress on a $20 meal four bucks no drinks. I didn t feel any good service from her. She checked on the table asked if we were OK and would turn around and leave not sociable not friendly nothing. I got nothing from her, the wings were small, and the curly fries were kind of dry. I don t think she deserved that tip, but I was being nice. I feel like because I was a female that she just was very dismissive. She doesn t have any customer service and she really needs to do better.

Wasn t sure what to expect but if this place is trying to compete with pluckers or Buffalo Wild Wings I WOULDNT give it a good job. Wings are an average experience on taste buds. I m a dry rub guy, pause, but if you can t offer something simple like a spicy dry rub I don t see how you can compete with limited choices. TVs have no sound and no subtitles? Booths are outdated. Service was good. Very nice.

Manager Faustino was very polite and attentive. My coworkers & I went for our lunch, and he greeted us at the door a long side from the host. He answered all the questions we ve had & chatted with us. The food was amazing! The cooks definitely know what they re doing! The ambiance was very fun & for my crazy coworkers they fit in perfectly. Would definitely be coming back!
