We attended an excellent seminar in Round Rock about wills and estate planning. The seminar was sponsored by Oath Law. The presentor was Rachel Reinke. Rachel did an excellent job about presented all the facts about estate planning, etc. Our dealings with her were very professional and we are very happy and satisfied with the results. We recently completed a Trust with Oath. I wanted to set one up for many years, and put it off for various reasons. Finally, after receiving an invitation in the mail from Oath, we went to Rachel Reinkes presentation. Rachel explained everything very well, and the meetings with her were convenient. A few weeks ago I attended a free one hour seminar hosted by Rachel Reinke of Oath Round Rock office. I had been thinking for some time that my estate plan needed some big updates. At the seminar Rachel raised several important points of direct interest to me, including some I had no previous awareness of. This was followed by a no-charge one hour personal consultation with Rachel where all my own questions and concerns were answered. The result was I decided to go with a trust based estate plan. Up to that point I had thought I did not need a trust but working with Rachel and Oath quickly convinced me otherwise. The fee for Oath trust includes many planning meetings and document reviews/changes. Further, the fee includes a good measure of no-charge lifetime support. Trusts have many advantages over will based plans. Examples are: will probate costs are significant (often more than the initial cost of the trust), a trust can hold assets for minors such as your grandchildren, improved estate taxation scenarios and very detailed methods of passing assets. Rachel is supremely knowledgeable and instantly answered all my many questions and concerns. Rachel and Oath makes setting up a superb estate plan very easy. So there is no need to put off estate planning, simply contact Rachel and Oath Round Rock tomorrow. There is no benefit to waiting any longer!

OATH Law was a God send to me. My daughter had asked me to get a will and medical directive for her birthday. She is a surgical ICU nurse and see people die almost daily. I went to OATHs free information meeting and there were NO high-pressure sales. I could not be more happy that I received a direct mailing flyer from Oath law. I have a terminal disease and knew that I needed a state planning but it just became very overwhelming. There was a free seminar in which my lawyer Rachel was amazing explaining how and why anything that I need to protect my family when I die. None of us gets out of here alive and I think a lot of us want to make sure our families arent burdened when were gone. Driving to Round Rock is one of my least favorite things but the oath lawyers also travel farther south and I assume also north. They made it easy to understand and accessible financially. Remember to ask questions, every question that you think of. Write it down and get the answer. I was worried about about our homestead exemption following the deed after changing to the Trust. After filing the changed deed the tax appraisal district was very helpful to show me the exemption followed the new deed. Great overall experience with the OATH experts.
