The owner of this place used to charge about $8 something for extra large vanilla hulk. Now she charges $13 something for it. I think she is becoming greedy. I m a regular customer and definitely from now on I will make my smoothies at home.

I paid 18$ for 2 blueberry LEMONADES, and they left out the LEMONADE aka the part that makes it a lemonade, I ve gotten it multiple times, but this time it was just straight up blueberry and nothing else..but I would of been the jerk to ask for it remade right even thought I paid 18$ right? clearly they knew they left it out because they ran out or something, but not telling me at the window and taking my money anyway?

What s the point of ordering online 15 minutes ahead. If you have to wait 10 minutes in a drive-through to get your smoothie. Initially, I had given I want star review. I was in a hurry to get to work and had ordered ahead, so as to not be late. However, there was construction going on in the parking lot in front of the store. They were not, however, working on the sidewalk in front of the store. Despite that, they had locked the front door. I was pretty upset that I had to wait 10 minutes in the drive-through line to get my smoothie. Edit: they ve had their lobby closed on multiple occasions. Always frustrating, since I strongly prefer to just walk in and pick up my order. I will say that they make excellent smoothies though.

At first they gave my husband a 20oz instead of the 32oz we had ordered, had to have an order remade. What he was initially given was bland and simply didn t taste right. After going inside to bring it to their attention the employee nearly finished his sentences for him like she knew what He had ordered and she knew that it was bland. They may have taken the smaller drink they first handed us and tried to add more to it causing it to taste funny. If you know something wasn t made right, don t give it out. Let the customer know there s a hold up and take the time to get it right. Don t try skimping your customer just cause you want to get them on their way.

Went to this location yesterday morning and there was working being done in front of this location. There was a sign on the door saying they were open but door was locked and employees were there. There was no sign informing customers to use the drive through. We figured that part ourselves. Once at the order menu your employee kept rushing us on our order. We asked why the door was locked and she didnt respond to us so we asked again and got an answer that the construction crew told them to keep the door locked.

White guy was washing pitchers lids and etc. Clean dishes a big plus + in my book. Others were working on making smoothies and taking orders. All employees were working as a team. Came to this place many times throughout the day and never had any issues with the customer service. Every time I go at or after 9:30 I either get ignored or get refused service. Even had a girl tell me today she had put everything up and it was 9:35, so I couldn t get a smoothie. If this place closes at 9:30 instead of 10, then they should advertise that. Otherwise I don t see why they can t serve customers before their closing time.

Terrible service. Pulled up with my kids @ 7pm and the open sign was on, it clearly says hours are 8pm closing time and the 1 person working says we cannot come in because lobby now closes 1 hour early everyday. Had to pack everyone back in the car and go back through drive-thru. Which, I then waited for no less than 25-30 mins.

This is my least favorite location in Tyler. I only stop there when I miss the other 2 locations or I really have to. Today was no different. The smoothie they made was so watery and had no flavor. My brother and I went on a Sunday, and as we pulled in we noticed it was about 15 minutes till close. Out of courtesy we thought maybe we could quickly go in and out, (I told my brother that we couldnt stay, wed have to go home as soon as possible so they could clean).Whoever was working there had locked the door and wouldnt even let us come in. The employee was shaking her head no at us through the glass door and told us to leave. I was really bummed. I just to take my brother and sister out for a treat, and it was at least 13 minutes till close. Probably wont be back.

Always long waits but rarely seems busy. This time I asked for my 20 ounce smoothie to be split into two cups for my two kids, they charged me an extra .25 (fine, I understand that), But when I got to the window, I waited an additional five minutes, and then she gives me my smoothie, and an additional empty cup and told me that sorry, didn t have time to put it into an additional cup, but that I could do it myself.
