We came here with no expectations for our 6-year-old who refused to put her face in the water, let alone open her eyes under water. Within weeks she was doing both. She graduated levels pretty quickly. The teachers are enthusiastic, and I feel safe with them teaching my daughter. She is always happy to go swimming and enjoys the facility.

It is a nice place to learn. Everyone is friendly. The place is smaller than the the other aquatot we use to go but we got use to it now. At first, I was frustrated because my kid was almost to level 4 when we switched and she had to spend another 8 months to redo the level 3 there. Each franchise is a bit different and the skills are too depending on where you are i suppose. Now everything is well. My kid loves to go there. Her coaches are amazing and supportive. Coach Ida, Aspen, Kaylee, Lilly, Lauren, and Caroline. I like the discipline there too. The digital track makes it easy to follow the kid progress. I recommend the place. Sun s mom :)

We have been taking my son since he was 6 months old and he is now almost 4, and have done the same with my daughter and she is now almost 2. I trust the staff here and they have made us feel like family. I will forever be grateful for the life saving skills they are teaching my children, as well as teaching them how to have fun in a safe way while swimming.

We didnt love our experience. The place was very small, and the kids didnt have a good time. To be fair, they werent there to have fun but to learn how to swim. So, I get that, but the reason for the negative review is because we went only one time but are still being charged registration fees and two months for two kids. Wish they had a trial option.

I drove by this facility several times wanting to enroll my kiddos in the course. I was hoping to provide feedback that would dispute some of the negative comments but unfortunately I cannot. I m in complete agreement that this process is designed to stretch out the courses as long as possible but that s not even my issue. I have children that swim in their own pool and it seems that one of my children has actually regressed since joining. Watching one of my kiddos practicing climbing a wall for mins and sitting the other 10 is disheartening when she can swim and knows the basics. Depending upon where you start determines how little you learn not necessarily the instructor as they all seems to do the same thing. It s not all bad as I ve seen my other children catch on to some of the more gimmicky analogies for swimming but it s amazing that they need work swimming in a pool less than 4 feet deep but they swam two laps at the YMCA for a swim test in 10 feet and aced it prior to signing them up for Aqua Tots. The ultimate warning I will provide all parents is the scam of their pay in advance for the courses. By paying month to month you can cancel the course with 30 days notice, which is more than fair HOWEVER, if you pay for the entire 6 months or year you cannot cancel and get a refund!!! How the heck does that make sense for unused services? We legitimately are running around trying to make the only scheduled times they have for our kiddos, while we have other sports activities and programs and they feed the line that you can get credit for future sessions but you cannot cancel future months courses for a refund if you choose to end the classes altogether. I have a group of 4 families already that are ready to move forward to either end that process or sue for a refund. It s sad that parents are talked into signing up while other parents are around then nothing is explained about the options of monthly vs pay in full.

several other parents and I agree that the strategy is to stretch out the lessons as long as possible while teaching them as little as possible in order to charge us longer! Our kiddo has not advanced at all and when we watch the lesson, he gets maybe 10 minutes total time of actual lesson. I have heard from other swim schools who have hired ex aqua tots instructions who can confirm this ill intended strategy. The staff is great and sweet but the corporation itself is not.

Everyone here is kind, helpful, and patient with the children and the parents. The swim classes have really good structure to make sure each child is learning and growing at every lesson. All of the instructors and staff really put forth effort to make sure the facility is taken care of, and the children have a clean and safe place to learn. The whole environment is very welcoming and friendly.

We have just recently started bringing our 11 month old, and he absolutely loves Coach Lex and the team. Everyone is kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. This isn t easy to put this 2 stars considering the love we have for Rockwall aquatots.. We joined February 2022 and its June 2023 and I had never seen my daughter swim across the pool which is simply ridiculous. Or simply just swim. They do a great job but there isn t enough teaching and monitoring to give the results actually needed which is a swimming child. They have deck supervisors but I know there is a difference keep reading. I enrolled into another Olympics credited themed swim school and within 2 weeks I watched them push her to the right limits that she needed and within 2 weeks she is swimming across, front float, backfloat, Dive and get 3 not just 1 ring. They advised their programs are similar with aquatots and I obviously know the confidence came from the foundations at Aquatots but basically it should not have taken over a year for my kid to have learned to swim across or better yet see her simply just swim I shouldn t have had to see this happen at a new school instead of our own and I have asked for a review she was considered not ready but at the new school she graduated in 2 weeks. Teachers and desk supervisors are engaged and takes notes EACH CLASS and track progress in actuality with the goal of getting your child where they need to be. I don t knock down Aquatots completely but there is room for improvement. Unfortunately we are transitioning but location was perfect, staff great! Process meh

Aqua-Tots has been great for my four year olds progression in swimming. Coach Jillian W. is arguably the best coach in the place. The kids love her. In addition to her coaching ability, she s energetic, and has a knack for attending to each kids individual needs. For example, when my little one needs her hair out her face, Jillian will put her up or when she has screwed up the way her goggles fit, Jillian will adjust them for her. That may sound trivial but it helps remove distractions from an already chaotic job of trying to manage two other toddlers. We have been super fortunate to have Jillian as our coach for multiple levels. The Aqua-Tots process works but the coach definitely makes a huge difference. If you re wanting to get your little ones into swimming, give Aqua-Tots of Rockwall a try and look for Coach Jillian.

My Daughter has worked here since high school where she was a Varsity Swimmer all 4 years. This has been her 1st job, but something she has trained for years before coming here. To see her be blessed to have a hobby right out of the gate as a career has been nothing short of incredible as a Dad. She loves the people here and seeing her become such a wonderful teacher Following the guiding principles of this school is amazing. She was already wonderful, and has found a work home full of others that have the same passion she does for the water, guiding, and teaching youngsters to feel safe in the water as well.

As a new mom I was caution with sending my baby out into the world. Over the last year Coach Caroline, lived the core values of Aqua-Tots! Being kind, and caring to all swimmers. She is so patient with the babies even when my little one is having a bad day and its hard for him to focus. She is both very competent and mindful, to be able to challenge his curiosity and enhance his weakness. It has been great seeing him grow since starting lessons at 9 months. This is credited to Coach Caroline making swim fun. Plus, it warms my heart to see how he lights up when he sees Coach Caroline. As we relocate out of state and search for another school, Coach Caroline will be the standard of expectations for his next swim instructor. That bar is set high...lol We love Aqua-Tots and Coach Caroline.

Our daugher has been coming to Aqua-Tots in Rockwall since she was 5 months old. Her first lesson or two included lots of tears but in the months since those first classes, she has grown into a fish who loves to swim. Our daughter is living testimony to how amazing Aqua-Tots is. Her instructor Caroline has been with us since the beginning and has been such an amazing teacher for our daughter. We are excited to continue to come to classes as our daughter grows. My employment at Aqua Tots Rockwall was by far the best employment. I truly have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. My experience was so amazing I came back twice, and was welcomed with arms wide open. Destiny and Hailee became more than my bosses for me. They became some of my greatest friends. If you re looking for a job for you or your teenager, this place is it. I m sad I had to leave because of moving and getting married but this place will always have a special place in my heart. I ve learned, I ve grown and I ve become a better person because of this place.

The classes here just really aren t worth the money or the time. My son learned and did more in one private lesson with a different coach than he d learned in 3 months at Aqua-Tots. There s 4 kids and one coach so the kids get very little actual practice time. It s been a huge waste for us, and after seeing how much he progressed in 2 private lessons with an actual experienced coach, these classes seem like a huge joke.

We were very excited back in April of 2022 after the free class. When signing up the same day, I expressed my concerns on needing to be flexible with our schedule for classes for 2 kids together. The response I got was that our makeup classes are great and really easy to schedule and they will stay on our account, we just need to give a 30 day notice and pay that ahead of time if we cancel. For 2 kids we have paid $600 and only got 2 classes in because the makeups have actually not been easy to schedule. I would have appreciated it if we were told upfront that the summer would be really hard to get make ups in for 2 kids at the same time. We have unfortunately been sick many weeks so could not attend to keep the environment safe for other kids but not sure when we will get to use the makeups. I have called each week asking and I get the same response. I m not sure if these classes are transferable to another location but the transparency is a priority for me and maybe for other parents. Please let parents of more than 1 child know that makeups are not easy to schedule during busy sessions. The truth is more of a priority than a sale in a business. The classes we have got a chance to make have been great so I hope this is a fair review to help your business. Thank you.

Be warned of this location and management! Unsafe chlorine levels over and over, they allow kids to still swim in water even after it has been tainted with feces and not properly cleaned, management and staff JUST CPR certified within the past month. High turnover rate with coaches for a reason! Updated: Thank you for your response. But with pictures to prove your unsafe chlorine levels, messages to back up the lack of CPR certificates until recently for the Entire staff including management, messages showing the manipulating management tactics to get these young kids to work when facility has been understaffed for months, we feel the parents have the right to know what they are signing up for. They will be forwarded to anyone that has an interest as well as to the Health Department and your corporate office.

I worked here for a little less than a year, Trainers are not trained properly and lessons are rushed. If your not paying for private lessons with an instructor it s not worth it! I saw so many times children inhaling water and almost drowning because of the lack of training and knowledge with the instructors! I could go on, but the company is more worried about collecting your money than the safety of your children and that is why I left.

We are so glad we found Aqua-Tots when we moved to the area!! We started bringing our daughter right after she turned 4 months old and now at 11 months we already can see that strong foundation of swimming skills being built. My 3 year old was hesitant the first few lessons, but now looks forward to going every time! He s making good progress each week & Aquatots has techniques you can also practice at home & learn on their YouTube channel. The coach discusses the progress 1-on-1 after each lesson. The staff is the best and truly happy to see my child each time. Major shoutout to Coach Jillian & Coach Jeremy! They also have diet dp for $1 which I appreciate.

My 1yr old son loves coming to swim class with Lexi! We have had a few different instructors, but all have been great teachers especially to a baby-toddler! My son feels comfortable in the water and looks forward to swimming each week. We enjoy Aqua Tots and recommend it to parents!!

We love how patient and informative the instructors are. The class sizes are perfect for individualized instruction and safety. The location is convenient and the inside of the building is clean and bright, without overwhelming indoor pool smells. We ve have been members of Aqua-Tots for 2 years in March 2021! My mom has a pool and were ocean traveling/ beach people so I wanted my daughter to be comfortable and safe whenever she was in or near water, including the bathtub! She started when she was just under 1.5 yo in the level 2 class with me in the water! It was a great bonding experience and allowed her to become comfortable in the water knowing mommy was right there. She moved up to level 3 in July, maybe a little too fast, bc there were things she was physically not capable of doing. The wonderful instructors were patient and worked hard with her and she is thriving. She has been in level 3 for over a year and a half and is progressing so much. Thursday s are our favorite day of the week, bc it s SWIM DAY!!! Aqua Tots is the best!

We love Aqua-tots Rockwall! My son, niece and nephew all attend classes and have for the past few years. My 2 year old niece will be signing up soon! The coaches have all been great! They understand that some kids respond to different types of teaching and theyve been great recommending certain coaches to help my son, who requires someone to be stern when needed. We couldnt ask for a better experience!

Worst experience ever. Instructor told me my 3 year must have ADD because he wanted to play with the toys. Then asked if he only spoke Spanish instead of English. So in the 15 minutes there they racially profiled him and medically diagnosed. Racist and extremely inappropriate. Boycott this location. Just a follow up I spoke with the manager at this location who confirmed the instructor who was teaching the class was a high school student and would talk to her about it. I assume this was meant as a excuse for the behavior. Then she said that I could still take my son for a free trial class and could pair my son with an instructor that deals with more wild or goofy kids. Needless to say I did not go back. I would not recommend parents take their children either. Spend your money at a location that can offer more than a high schooler treating your kids like this.

And the ladies at the front desk are always so understanding and will help you with anything you or your child needs. My son has been going to Aqua Tots for about one month. He is making excellent progress. He previously had lessons at the YMCA and that didn t go well at all. Jennifer is a great instructor and has made him feel very comfortable and excited about swimming. He is now more confident and has learned a lot in such a short time. The cost is a little pricey but well worth the money. The facility is extremely clean. The front desk help is very nice and they go out of their way to help you.

Top Notch!!!! All of the staff and instructors are very professional. Our kids LOVE when they get to go to swimming lessons - it is the highlight of their day! All of the instructors are excellent and knowledgable...and most importantly, kid-friendly. I currently have 2 out of my 5 my kids enrolled. My oldest 3 graduated Swim Club and they absolutely loved it! My youngest 2 have come so far. My 8 year old is in the last level before Swim Club. She screamed for the first 2 months. It is amazing to watch the coaches work through their fears with them and get them past it. My kids have loved all their coaches. Jennifer, Haley, Amber, Lexi and Tori are amazing with the kids. Definitely recommend Aquatots!!!
