It is an extremely fresh breath of air to find new eating establishments whos focus revolves around satisfying the customer. The waiting staff was informative and brightly dispositioned and the owner made it a point to shake hands with every customer in the restaurant and accept any constructive criticism I had to offer...I had none the food was excellent and it came to me hot, fresh, and delicious. This place deserves more praise and more recognition. I hope they find a dedicated customer base because I would love for them to stick around.

Long story short I been there few times last couple weeks service and food was great. Forward to tonight 9/4 I showed up right at 8:30pm to find out dine in closed at 8:30 so we could only order to go which I decided to do. Lady at register said 15 min for food and I stood right out side door when it was 8:55 I was still there waiting for food even this the lady saw me standing waiting out side door I walked in to ask how much longer on food she said oh is been ready!!! What the hell lady u been seen me stand there u couldn t tell me hey your food is ready !! I got my food 1 pizza 1 burger. Pizza was okay but my burger was burned specially the bun conclusion don t get food to go to close to closing time because they basically give you trash! Is messed up because I recommend this place to many friends for this ppl working this shifts to be so careless with the food quality and service. Lady at dest was a black girl I had never seen before. Owners of this place do t let this employees ruin your reputation.

Since Ive been living in the area and they first opened their business I had to give it a try. I ordered a Hawaiian and a Meat Lovers pizza with their famous Texas crust, since that day, every time I am craving an amazing pizza and I want to reward myself I go to this spot. Ive heard that the smashburgers are amazing amd the wings are perfect, but I have not tried them yet. In regards to the location, the restaurant has a mom and pop feeling, which I love, but the best part is that it is BYOB!

Kept hearing about these smash burgers, so I popped in to get me one. Not only was it among the best burgers in the area, it s up there with the best burgers I ve ever had! The service was fantastic. Prompt, friendly, and didn t mind all my questions about the menu. Great atmosphere with movie jerseys and memorabilia. Exactly what you d expect for a neighborhood pizza/ burger joint. Locally owned and managed. Owner started serving smash burgers not long ago and I finally got to try one. It s so good. A little kick to them and super delicious. Their pizza is my kids favorite. We are basic cheese and pepperoni pizza people. But it s a great pizza. We usually get one NY style and the other Texas style. It s hard to choose. It s a small restaurant but they remodeled a while back and fit a few more tables in. If you are coming in with a larger group, give them a heads up but prepare to wait. They only have so much space and they stay pretty busy. It s a good problem to have with so many local restaurants closing these days. Be kind. They are worth the wait.

This is the best pizza in the DFW area hands down! We recently tried the smash burgers and it was on point. Our whole family enjoys eating here. It is consistently good and reasonably priced. I drive almost 30 minutes to eat here because every time it s incredible. The smell of the garlic cheese bread greets you when you enter, and the staff is always so friendly. I love the Uncle Brad s Pie with the Texas Style crust, and I just tried the Honey Pep incredible. The real (not so) secret here is the smashburgers and fries. The burgers are perfectly moist with crisp edges, and every burger is a double patty with delicious toppings and sauce. They even smash super thin onions into the patties, which is the cherry on top. Every time I ve come the server is fast and attentive, and I am never left without a drink or napkin. Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free pizza crust. Parking: Parking is plentiful and is an open lot with easy access.

Ordered a Supreme pizza for takeout and took it home without looking. Big mistake, I had my son though and was in a hurry to get home. No mushrooms on the pizza, called in to ask if they were out of mushrooms and told them what happened. (This was my first time trying them). This is one of the best pizzas I ve had in a very long time. I got the lunch combo that came with two pieces of pizza and a drink. I got the spicy hula, which exceeded my expectations. It was the absolute perfect balance of sweet and spicy with a little bit of savory all wrapped in one nicely sized piece of pizza, and I got the uncle Brad s pie, which had the perfect amount of curly pepperoni and mushroom. On top of everything the crust was amazing and I wish I had some hot honey to dip my crust in. All in all, I will definitely be back and bringing my kids!!! I wish I had photos because the pizza looked so good but once I started eating it, I couldn t stop. I will definitely snap a picture next time.

Gotta give credit to the marketing person. Found this place from some posts on social media. Unfortunately for me it just didn t live up to the hype. Ordered a NY Style Margherita and a Bourbon Jam Smashburger. The pizza was ok, my wife wasn t a fan at all. The burger was ok as well. After seeing posts and reviews I think I set my expectations too high. Asked for the bourbon jam on the side, it came with it on there but I declined a fix cause service wasn t the quickest and I didn t want to wait. I was told when I ordered they were out of fries but numerous orders after mine all came out with fries. Service wasn t very quick, food was average. Don t go in thinking it s gonna be how you see on social media. All in all it was ok, glad I didn t go out of my way. I ve had numerous burgers that are just as good and several that are better.

Didn t even get the chance to try this place. I came at 6:45pm to try this place out when they close at 8pm. They refused to put my party of 6 on the waitlist because they close the waitlist at 7:30pm .it was 6:45pm. The hostess told us that she predicted they d be too busy for us to get sat. I accidentally ordered the large NY style without realizing the difference (I wanted a large TX style) and wished I realized the sizes were also different styles. I love the Pepperoni pizza at Mountain Mikes. But I also love the Pepperoni pizza at Sauced, which we visited on occasion before MMs ever opened. So just for fun we decided to do a direct comparison of their Pepperoni pizzas. We went to Sauced and picked up pizza. Since Mountain Mike s already comes with double Pepperoni, we ordered the large Honey Pepperoni pizza from Sauced which comes with double Pepperoni and Hot Honey on the side for a fairer comparison. We also picked up a Pepperoni pizza from Mountain Mikes. The result? Sauced Pepperoni pizza is bigger, cheaper and better than Mountain Mikes. So in the end, theres no comparison. Sauced is the best!

This was by far one of the worst experiences Ive ever had, waited over an hour for our burgers, finally had to ask them to pack it to go. That took another 20 minutes. Finally, got around to trying out this place after seeing it on Instagram. Ill start with when I first entered it was I guy at the front that acted as if he didnt see me I stood there for 5mins before I was acknowledged. This intimate setting could be charming, but on the Saturday afternoon I visited, it translated into a feeling of being rushed. There was only one server handling all the tables, and while he was friendly, it was evident he was stretched thin. Despite the initial hustle, my wife and I decided to persevere, drawn in by the mouthwatering descriptions on the menu. We both opted for the Jalapeno Smashburger, which came with the option of fries, chips, or a side salad. Heres where the first service hiccup occurred. The menu listed chips as included with the meal, with fries and salad incurring an additional charge. We specifically requested chips, but when our plates arrived, both burgers were accompanied by fries and we were charged for them. Now, the fries were fantastic. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and generously seasoned, they were a delightful surprise. But the billing error, however minor, added to the sense of hurriedness that seemed to permeate the restaurant. Thankfully, the main attraction, the Jalapeno Smashburger, delivered on its promise. The burger itself was a juicy masterpiece. Two perfectly smashed Texas-raised beef patties were cooked to a delightful medium-rare, their inherent meatiness enhanced by the char from the griddle. The jalapenos added a welcome kick without overwhelming the other flavors. Overall, the burger itself was a homerun. Unfortunately, the positive experience was dampened by another factor: overhearing the server inform patrons arriving after us that they were out of hamburgers. This, coupled with the initial rush and the service mix-up, painted a picture of a restaurant struggling to keep up with demand. In conclusion, Sauced Pizza & Smashburgers offers a delicious twist on the classic smashburger. A friend recommended this place so we gave it a shot. Burger was very salty and I love salty stuff but it was unusually salty. This isnt a slam of the restaurant but they had no ice and gave me a room temperature can of soda. I was eventually given a small amount of ice which melted immediately in the warm soda. Our server never checked on us after we got our food. I had to go up to the counter to get napkins and silverware. I ordered chips with my burger but got fries instead but no big deal. My wife ordered the mushroom burger and the bottom bun was so soggy she ended up just eating the meat and toppings (hence the need for silverware) We also knew someone else who said that the time they went the restaurant was out of burgers which is one of the highlights of the menu. Overall it wasnt the worst dining experience but not sure I would go back anytime soon.

Okay food for the price but terrible service and atmosphere. The place felt like sauna and not a pleasant environment to enjoy any food. The food serving was so bad and my boys pizza came out when all the adults were done eating their burgers. Plus, when ordering burgers, we made sure with the waitress that we want house seasoning on the fries. But burgers were served with lays chips not fries and the waitress left without any explanation. When we asked her if fries takes more time, then she said they are out of fries. Would have been nice she explained before we ordered or at least when the food was served. Also my boy spilt lemonade and when we tried to get more napkin, it was impossible to get their attention. They were just standing behind cashier. Overall, not great experience.

Sauce d is my go-to restaurant in Grapevine. The pizza and burgers are both really good! It s a small location so if you have a bigger group, I d prepare to wait on a table. The servers are friendly and the prices are affordable though. Heads up, they were no longer allowing BYOB when we visited June 2024.

We ordered our food to go. The atmosphere is really nice. They have great customer service! This place is a vibe!!! 10/10!! The bourbonjam burger is a must try!! This smash burger is top tier! Its seasoned to perfection! My only slight problem was the bun because it turn soggy after being in the sauce. But I ate that soggy bun because it was delicious!! I give the burger 9.5 out of 10!! Fries are crispy and seasoned well! 9 out of 10!!! The fries were giving Fresh and hot!! My husband had a slice of pepperoni pizza. I took a bite just to taste it. I thought the pizza was pretty good. You get a nice crunch and the pizza sauce is good!! A little greasy for me but still good. 8 out of 10! Overall this was a good food choice for our family!!! In the past, we have rated Sauced 5 stars for all categories. We live in Grapevine and frequent Sauced at least 3 times a month. Our last few visits have been disappointing! Our most recent visit, there was only one server for the entire restaurant! She was very friendly despite having to answer the phones and wait tables. We ordered 8 wings and an Extreme Supreme Pizza. The wings were smaller than before. Seven were fine but the eighth was a broken up half of a drumstick. The pizza was served lukewarm. The toppings and quality were less than what we have experienced in the past! We Loved bringing our own wine when it was BYOB. Unfortunately no longer BYOB and only serving beer . We really dont want to go anywhere else for our Pizza and Wings! Please bring back everything we fell in love with Sauced !!!!

Over the weekend I visited this place for the first time. The burger that I had was absolutely delicious. On that note I decided to swing by for another good burger. To my disappointment the quality of the food does not equate to the experience I had over the weekend other than the price that I paid for my food. There are two slices of mushroom, the the meat is thinner than a blanket, over salted and overcooked. The bread is burnt. I did not notice until I opened the burger once I got home. Fries are extra 3 and extra over seasoned. Both times. Couldn t even eat them. Asked about slices of pizza and the girl in the front was very annoyed I asked about it. Her response was they are not available. Asked when will the be ? What s the best time to come ? When we open she responded. She was more worried about going to his her tables and I still don t know at what time you open. Will probably not be back for burgers. Not for almost $20 for a burnt burger and non edible fries

I ve never been to a place that serves pizza and has the best pizza in town (try the original Texas style crust) but ALSO has the best burgers in town and a great Philly too! My servers name was Nathan, I believe, and he was on point. He was so good that I thought he was on a substance because of the high energy levels he was putting out. Good dude and great service. The food however, is NOT good. Sure, come here if you want to have grease pouring out your food. The grease is so much that I felt uncomfortably unhealthy. I ordered the Bourbon Jam Smashburger with fries and a strawberry lemonade. I also ordered the Jalapeno burger with fries and a slice of honey pepperoni pizza. The burgers were very tasty but man the amount of grease was making it hard for me to breathe. The floors are so slippery that an older man fell down hard. I happened to catch it in my picture as I was taking a picture of the food. Floors are nasty and the chairs are too flimsy which makes for a perfect slip and fall. None of the staff went to check on the man that fell either. Huge red flag. The fries are good and I forgot I ordered the cheese garlic bread. Which was just basic bread cut open and crammed with mozzarella and topped with a garlic drizzle. Disappointed to say the least. The Pizza slice was disgusting. Barely any cheese on the slice and loaded with pepperoni with honey drizzle. Don t forget the grease. Hope people realize that you don t get full because of that. Your body will crave more of it because it s so fattening so immediately after eating you ll be hungry again. Plus it s just not appealing to pick up a slice of pizza and have it flopping in your hands because it s so heavy from grease. In the photos below: the jalepeno burger was so sloppy with grease that it was falling apart while being held up for a picture. Also pictured is the wax paper spot where the burger was. Look at the grease from where the burger was at. I do not recommend this to anyone. Until they fix the issues I pointed out.

The only reason I gave it two stars was because the wings I had were good. I had high hopes because of the reviews but it didnt live up to them. I take pride in checking out local pizza places when I travel hence how I ended up there. Ordered their Texas Hawaiian pizza and I could have cried. The whole crust was soggy. Pizza toppings just slid off the pizza like it had no chance. Never had I had a soaked pizza. If I hadnt been hungry and looking forward to it maybe I would have cared less but that was just ridiculous. Maybe their burgers are better? Other pizzas maybe? Dont know because I wont be back. Sauced is above and beyond what you would ever want for a locally owned and operated pizza place. They are innovative with their pies: up and down the menu, you have options like the Texican (which is basically a massive taco disguised as a pizza) and the Spicy Hula that uses hot honey better than any other pizza place weve ever been to. The Texas style crust is an original and like getting bread sticks on your pizza... its brilliant and delicious. I was skeptical when they added smash burgers to their menu, but Holy moly did that change the game for me. Their burgers melt... and I mean that... melt in your mouth. Quite possibly one of, if not the best Ive ever had. Their fries are spot on as well... but you will find everything your heart has ever desired in pizza and burgers at Sauced. Sauced is a burger joint that happens to sell pizza. Allow me to explain. At first glance, you are enticed by those pies. The perfectly toasted slices with pepperoni cups, nicely filled with oils, are enough to summon your gaze. But the true star is their classic burger. When it was presented to me, I balked at the fact that it seemed to look a bit dry. I prefer a medium rare and never put ketchup on my burgers, so this was a bit disappointing. Then I bit into it and let me tell you; its delightful. Its a simple, double meat/cheese with spread and grilled onions on a classic bun, and it is perfectly executed. The fries are nicely seasoned and crispy. 10/10 would drive from Mckinney again for this burger. Of the 6 tables occupied, 90% were enjoying burgers. I enjoyed some great service and some good pizza Sauce d. considering I was in Grapevine, I had to try the Texas-style pizza. My understanding is that the crust is intended to be like a breadstick. from my viewpoint, it appeared to be New York style with the crust, rolled up and flattened on the end. The pizza was good. I really enjoyed the pepperoni and the honey. I was not blown away by the Texas style. Next time I m in town, I will probably just order the New York style. Perhaps, adding a dipping sauce, and some additional spice on the Texas style crust would make it a better option, but given the style, I would stick with the New York style. Good pizza and the service was fantastic.

Upon arrival customers going in were very pleasant, held door open with small conversations. This is a BYOB bit today we came for the smashburger. Our waitress was sooooooo sweet, patient, so so kind and attentive. We read menu which is pretty simple, but could not help but try the pizza.. ordered the version ofc the meatlovers, and a beesting substitute Italian sausage w beef. No need to separate each pizza was phenomenal 7/5 perfect in taste. Perfect amount in sauce, cheese, everything. Truly great.. Got the smashburgers for the table to test. Perfect in flavor.. just meat, cheese, sweet hawian bread perfectly smashed. Thank you for the whole experience, it gets busy around 545 so be prepared to arrive early or a short wait. So worth it. Service was great no issues, only thing that was a bit weird was the seating it was a bit confusing there were reserved tables but it was a first come first served no list you seat yourself in any open table. We heard about this place through an Instagram influencer so we decided to give it a try. Location was easy to find and their logo is huge on the building so very easy to see. We walked in and very awkward entrance since the TO GO window is apparently there as well, so we were met with people needing to stand in line for togos. We were enthusiastically greeted by a young man in the dining room I didn t get his name but he a very good server. We started with garlic bread. It was cooked perfectly. Nice crisp and flaky, cheese had a great pull to it. I was not a fan of the marinara. Tasted like watered down ketchup. We ordered the jalapeño jack burger and the 16 inch half carnivore half margarita. I m not a fan of onions but the wife so we asked for them to be on the side but they sent them out raw, would have loved them to be grilled. Burger had good flavor and the sauce wasn t over powering. I was asked if I wanted chips or fries, I am not a fan of chips being paired with a burger. Chips go with sandwiches and I found it disheartening to see they asked me which I wanted but then charged me $3 for them, which after reading the fine print, it is stated on the menu, but that means I paid $12 for the burger, which I feel is a little on the high side and the fries weren t all that great. The pizza came out hot and I love it when places use a riser for the pan. Unfortunately that s about all I have good to say. The wife grabbed a slice of the margarita and I grabbed a slice of the carnivore. The slices were so greasy and the bottom of the pizza was soggy. So we fold it up and take a bite. It just wasn t good. Everything was so bland and all I tasted was grease, no sauce flavor, no crust flavor, nothing. Wife said hers was bland as well, just no flavor at all. A few other notable mentions. Everything was disposable. The cheapest of cheap paper plates, I would have loved to see trays with liners at least to eat my pizza on. Cheap plasticware, if you re going to do that, I would recommend at least rolling them. Ranch cup, sauce cup, everything, all disposable. These are all non ROI items, I would spend a little money on some stainless cups and save money on all these different size disposables. We driver over an hour to get here but likely wouldn t make the trip again.

Came in for dinner with the kids and they brought out raw dough for the kids to play with while we waited for the food. They loved it! The New York style pizza is really good!
