The food was under cooked they replaced my friends food politely but because they chose to comp the entree they then told her the dessert with the meal deal would now cost. The waiter was extremely rude and did not listen and disappeared to the back most of our time. He also never refilled my drink. Will not go back.

We had a fun date night here. The food was excellent. My hubby is fond of draft soda and wings, the root beer wings were amazing. Yes, root beer wings. He got the draft root beer too which is one of the best weve tried. I decided to get the margaritas flight. I had the hand crafted, strawberry, mango, and white peach boba margaritas. I didnt hate the hand crafted and strawberry but they werent my favorites. The white peach was good, it was similar to a white wine with a fruity kick. My favorite, and I made it last through dinner, was the mango. Its not just mango; its jalapeno mango. Each sip is sweet and a tiny spicy. I dont love spicy food for the sake of it being hot, I enjoy spice if it adds to the flavor but not if its overpowering. The mango margarita was a perfect blend of sweet and spicy. I will get a full size one the next time we visit. I also really enjoyed the prime rib dip. I wasnt planning to eat a lot and was just looking for a cheaper item on the menu, but this exceeded my expectations. It was more than enough food and was priced well for the quality and quantity. Over all, we enjoyed our dinner and our server was really good.

Our server was Tony and he was absolutely amazing! Every dish he recommended was incredible. 10/10 would recommend this location as well as Tony as a server. We will definitely be back!! We just had dinner at BJs in Lewisville. My wife and I were extremely impressed by the manager. The food was great and the waiter was wonderful, but the manager (I think his name was Zachary) was the hardest working and most caring manager that we ve seen in a very long time. He made sure to personally touch every table more than once and actually cared about everyone s dining experience. Very professional and was also making sure he was in constant communication with all the staff. Thank you for a great dining experience!

I went on a date with my boyfriend it was around 11ish and it wasnt a big wait time the front door greeter was kind and let us know the info we needed .It wasnt that busy theyre was two workers two sections.Tge one we got to attend to us wasnt really great at attending us (She had a bob with a bun dark hair ,glasses)She got out order of drinks water and tea and took a while to bring it out once we got them we ordered to not waste time because I was very hungry . My BF ordered a burger with sweet potato fries and I ordered a baked ziti it was very tasty I would definitely get it again.However all that time she came by once no refills no asking if we were okay we would see her but she never really came too close to us . Eventually we wanted to pay however she never came by so we paid via phone .We wanted to go containers so we waited mean while the other worker was doing a really good job on the other side We did notice she was attending a family so we waited but she took plates went back took plates went back for a while until eventually she came to us and ask if wanted dessert or refill we told her we paid and wanted to go containers she gave it to us and said have a good day . Personally I have been to different BJs and most of the time the workers there are good yes it gets busy but they are still very attentive or at least ask us if we are doing okay multiple times .Im not sure why it wasnt a good experience that day I hope that the service will improve .

Our waitress was perfect. She was sweet and attentive, and patient with our orders. The restaurant is clean and has a mock brewery feel to it. The menu has so many different options and they now have $12 specials all day. I got the parnesan crusted chicken with Cheddar mashed potatoes and broccoli. It includes 2 pieces of chicken and enough of the sides to split in to 2 meals - which is good since its $22 and some change.

My husband and I dined in today 6/19 and although the food was really good, the service by Samuel T was horrible. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, clam chowder bowl, fries and side of garlic vegetables. Not only did two other tables get their meals before we did, apart from my soup, our order of fries and vegetables were forgotten until I had told Samuel. I told him I didn t want the vegetables anymore and the pizza came out like 15 minutes after my meal so I couldn t enjoy my food knowing my husband was just waiting. Once the pizza came Samuel said the fries were forgotten and they were just now making new ones, which took long too. Not once were we asked if we wanted other drinks or even refills nor were we checked on all while we saw Samuel checking and even paying out other tables that came after us. Coming in, we were so looking forward to the pizookie but with all this waiting around and not being checked on at all, we decided it wasn t worth it anymore. We left super disappointed.

For food 5/5 but for service -0/5. We had a terrible experience for this particular location. Dated 5/4/24 it was storm here in DFW so we decided to try this place. It was raining heavily and there was no parking spot available so we decided to carry out large veggie pizza. They told us it is $15plus tax. No issues we ordered. The rain stopped for couple of minutes and we decided to dine inn like we initially planned and informed server that we will dine inn. Good came on time no issue at all. When our check came, the total was some $32. I asked the server it wS $15 something and she said the price was for carry out not for dine inn . Why on earth you didnt inform us about the price difference when we TOLD you that we are dining inn.. we didnt know they have half off on carry onn we never ordered from them before. And then we got a lecture from one of their Indian origin server that sorry sir our company will be at loss we cant offer you the price we told you initially and blah blah! $30 is not a big amount trust me but miscommunication is an issue! Sorry but not again for this location

I was visiting family who lives in the Dallas area. I typically go to my Austin area BJs, but boy do I wish we had this one in Austin! We started off with the Chip & Dip Trio and the spinach artichoke dip was definitely my favorite. I had to order the avocado egg rolls and those did not disappoint. I finished off with the Grilled Chicken Alfredo and it was the perfect way to end the night! The ambiance was great and our server checked in several times to make sure our drinks were filled and everything was to our liking. I will be coming back when I visit Dallas again!

I have visited this location around 3 times. The pizookis are my main draw. My most recent visit was February 13. I enjoyed a strawberry dream nonalcoholic drink, a happy hour $7 food special, a cinnamon roll pizooki, and a happy hour mini pepperoni extreme pizza. Ive been a long-time visitor to this place in two cities; granted they dont have my turkey burger anymore, but Im not holding grudges ..Its a simple place with big tastes, you really REALLY have to have some alien aversion to food if BJs cant satisfy your immediate cravings. Definitely a place for family, friends, that one work colleague that obsessively likes ice cream..because they have that too. Last night, 01/17/24, I ordered dinner for my family of 4 from the BJ s Brewhouse in Lewisville, TX. I ordered online at about 4:30 with a pickup time of 5:45 because I was going to swing by the restaurant on my way home from work. We ordered the $65 Slow-Roasted Tri-Tip Bundle from the Meal Deals To-Go section of the menu: 30oz of Double Tri-Tip, 2 Family-sized Side Orders (steamed broccoli & baked potatoes topped with butter, green onions and sour cream.), and a family-sized House Salad with Blue Cheese dressing. Overall, it was a good experience but there were a few frustrations: At 5:00 I left my office, which is at least 35-40 minutes across town, and at 5:08 I received a text message from BJ s that there was Good News! and my order was already ready to be picked up. I texted back that my scheduled pickup time wasn t until 5:45 and that the food would be cold before I arrived, but there wasn t a reply. (I realize that it s probably an automated text that is unmonitored for replies.) I arrived at the restaurant at 5:40 and went to the To-Go desk, and sure enough my order was ready and waiting to be picked up. I mentioned to the server that I knew that it had been sitting there since 5:08 and that I had scheduled pickup for 5:45. He didn t seem to have a response to my question about why bother having the option to schedule a pickup time if the restaurant was just going to make the food whenever and let it sit out for so long. However, I checked the food and it all seemed to be packaged and prepared correctly and, though not freshly hot as expected, it was at least still warm. The salad was packaged separately from the hot (warm) food, which was nice as it kept it crisp. Once home, we unpackaged everything and I will say that I was rather impressed by the amount of food that was in this bundle. The steak was done a decent medium-rare to medium cook one downside being that there s no cooking preference option when ordering online, so you can t really order rare or well-done if that s what you prefer and it was very flavorful. The salad was large and plentiful, and the steamed broccoli still had a nice crunch. There was also a large container of extra BBQ sauce and another large container with the blue cheese dressing. The only disappointing part of the food itself was that the baked potatoes were not quite cooked enough and they didn t come with any of the advertised toppings, and also the broccoli was very cold. But, once we microwaved the potato and broccoli for about a minute, that took care of both issues and we had some of our own toppings for the potatoes. Everyone agreed that the food was very good and, at $16.25/person for the 4 of us, it was a very good deal for the money. We even had leftovers for lunch today. I would definitely go back to BJ s for the Tri-Tip meals to-go deal, or even try one of their other meals to-go options. It would be nice though if the restaurant could have a better handle on when to prepare an order to match up with the scheduled time of pickup so that the food was fresh and hot.

Arrived after being ignored at salt grass near BJs. Was seated and ordered baked potato, asparagus and steak. I was ask by my server Bryan if Id like to have a loaded baked potato and replied sure, Just no sour cream After only a few minutes I received my food. Steak was rare, just like I ordered, asparagus was just there (kinda thin) and a pile of mashed potatoes. No baked potato. As a rule, I dont make a fuss, check the ticket and leave a review. The ticket didnt show sides ordered so I was unable to distinguish if the order was put in wrong or the kitchen made it wrong. This is something that should be improved upon.

This review is for the Lewisville restaurant only. We ordered on the app, drove there and checked in on the app. Unfortunately we waited 15 minutes for someone to bring the order out. I finally went inside and no one was at the takeout station. The hostess kept telling me someone would help me in a moment. Finally got fed up, picked up the order, and walked back to the car. Update- have been coming here for years and have had consistently good service. Managers, serving staff are excellent. Food is tasty. Pizza, burgers, beer flights- all great quality. If something isn t right, they ll make it right! My first time to BJs... so heres the truth: hostess/host area service was mediocre. A smile would be nice. Not very friendly, when presenting specials it was a mumble jumble of words and I didnt understand what in the world was being said. However, wait staff made up for it. Really attentive, refilled drinks, offered suggestions. Also, the food was really good. Ordered the burgers and tried the avocado egg rolls (you either love em or hate em - I wasnt impressed but some people say they are the best). Burgers are GOOD. Id go back. Just up the friendliness and attentiveness of the hostess / entrance people and youre golden. Also, lots of TVS if youre a sports fan. Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian and vegan options

We used to come to BJs often-ish. But tonight was kinda meh, unfortunately. Wasnt as busy on Friday thankfully, but we ordered an appetizer. Just to find out the garlic parmesan wings were discontinued. Well, ok. Thats fine. Then we order entrees, to find out the tomato soup was also discontinued. Well, heck. Whatever thats ok. Order, wings never came out. Entree was missing a side. Finally got the side salad but by the time I got the salad the meal was halfway through. Sierra took all of the issues in stride. She was so kind and wonderful and not at all at fault for discontinued items. But at this point Im not impressed and will not be back to a BJs for a while.

She acted inconvenienced by my presence, even though I understand the usual difficulties of the job. No smiles or farewells, just handed it over without even looking at me. Dined in for a late lunch July 5, hoping for a relaxed enjoyable period of time while dealing with a car purchase and an additional dead vehicle in another location. We sat at the bar. I am a BJ s regular at 2 other locations (Hurst and Southlake). I was expecting the same exceptional service I receive at these other locations.
