Great lounge if you can actually get in. Ive had the venture x card since its debut and loved this lounge on my first couple visits. The last 2 times Ive tried going theyve had an hour wait list. Why pay for a $400 credit card if you cant use one of their two lounges.

I was here recently on a Sunday Night flight. Thought it would be packed, but it was good that it was around 50% capacity. Amex Centurion lounge was packed and had bad reviews. Food, service, and ambience was top notch. Bad that I couldnt spend longer time here in the lounge.

Nice lounge and friendly staff. Was a few minutes of a wait to get in. Large selection of small plates of food, nicely stocked bar, great restrooms and other amenities. Would drop in again next time I am in DFW. Nice to be able to access the international terminal even on domestic flights.

The lounge amenities do not make up for the discrimination by brother and his girlfriend suffered at the bar by the bartender. As new venture x cardholders we were very excited to visit the lounge for the first time on Tuesday 9/17 (around 11am) but had a very bad experience. My brother and his partner were looked over by the bartender three times, this even after they politely notified the bartender they had been waiting in line for a drink before the handful of people he chose to help first. At this point he very rudely dismissed them. It wasn t until my brother asked him if they were going to get helped that the bartender finally helped them but not without a bad attitude. There was no reason for them to be treated this way. As the only Hispanic people waiting for a drink, I would hate to think it was a race issue that impended the bartender from serving them. The lounge was otherwise very nice but not sure if I would return after this very upsetting experience.

Despite the most recent reviews on here, I was pleasantly surprised! I got there a bit earlier on a Sunday around 8am and I went in no issue, however coming back down once done around 9:45am, there was a line / wait to get in. The food was good, they have something for everyone. I wish they had more gluten free options, at least bread or a pastry. They had gluten free peach shortcake and that was great! They had fried eggs over gravy and biscuits, I just picked off the eggs and ate those. Theres a good amount of seating. They have cappuccinos and lattes at the bar you can order. Overall, happy with my first visit to a capital one lounge!

Too hard to get in. Or perhaps I mean too easy to have access. Queue is always so long that I practically never use it. The online queue is a good idea. But you gotta have a really long connection for it to be worth it. But note you cannot get in until 3 hours before your next flight. Increasingly a faux credit card perk.

During our recent visit to the Capital One Lounge at DFW, we had an excellent experience. The food was delicious, and the staff was both attentive and friendly. As frequent flyers, both domestically and internationally, we have visited numerous lounges, and I can confidently say that the Capital One Lounge in Dallas stands out as one of the best.

Recently acquired the Venture X card. Having experienced the lounge in Denver which was exceptional was expecting the same at DFW. Weather related issues resulting in flight changes caused layover at DFW to be 4.5 hours. Upon check in was told very abruptly that I must wait 1.5 to check in because of their maximum time limit.; no exceptions and no reserving a spot in what would be a very busy lounge. Went directly to the Amex Centurion using my Platinum card for access. They too have a 3 hour maximum but make exceptions for extended layover times. I entered with no issues to relaxing first class environment, great food, drink, and a massage. Guess I should stick with AMEX and not renew the Venture X when it comes time to pay the fee again

We arrived at the Capital One lobby on September Friday the 13th and was told that there is a 50 to 60 mins wait time. I did received a text after 1 hour waiting to tell me that they are ready to let me in. Why is it the lounge next door, American Flagship does not require a waitlist? In the end, we never got into the lounge as our flight is getting ready to leave. Perhaps we need to arrive to DFW at least 5 hours ahead in order to get on a waitlist.

I went there last week and was able to use the facilities just fine so Im not sure what tue issue is. We are Venture X card holders but after this experience we are definitely dropping this Card.

I had a pass from my Capital One app and they still didn t let me in. I had to be put on the waitlist. The lounge is stuffed, with few seats available. Outlets didn t work. No spoons. Four restrooms (often with one being cleaned) for hundreds of people. Incredibly thoughtless design. Why do I pay $495 per year for this?

Honestly was so pleasantly surprised by this lounge. Was able to walk right in and find a comfy spot with a charging station (I think most if not all seats have them actually). Was a great assortment of self serve cuisines from different nationalities, and they were delicious! With complimentary food I was expecting a lot of window dressing and not a lot of flavor but I was happy to be wrong. Service was also great with attendants constantly working the lounge. I will look forward to connections in DFW in the future because of this lounge.

The lounge is always clean and has incredible dessert options. To finalize they have to-go snacks, and even give you a takeout bag to bring with you on the plane. Definitely my favorite layover spot in DFW. Really hope it doesn t change! :)

Lounge is full often. Okay fine. They have a grab and go. The correct name would be a wait and go. You have to wait whatever time it takes to get a seat in lounge. The nice lady said this is because people say they are using the grab and go but go in the lounge. Well, just check names upstairs. Problem solved but this is apparently to large an obstacle to overcome.

Absolutely amazing! The staff was incredible, food amazing! It was around lunchtime and the lounge was busy but still felt like an oasis. They thought of everything! There is a relaxation room, a multifaith room, a cycling room, an aromatherapy diffuser, super clean private restrooms. The hot food was served in separate little cute pots. I had Chicken Tikka Masala, a yummy strawberry salad, delicious elote. The Mac and cheese was just okay but Mac and cheese never holds well, anywhere. Lots of veggies offerings. I was on a time crunch otherwise I would have hit the nice-looking bar. Grabbed an almond banana butter sandwich to take with me. Sooo impressed!

Edit - rating downgrade context: Curt-tending-rude attendants manning the entrance, a supposed two hour wait. This lounge is the one perk offered by Capital One for their definitely-not-cheap Venture X cards. Why bother offering a perk if there is no real way of using it, and if those at the entrance behave as if its some favor instead of a paid perk. Original review: Located near D22. Spacious lounge, plenty of seating, great food options, and a pretty nice bar. There is a double-checkin entry process, but it s not too bad. Lots of veg options in the food area. They have cocktails and mocktails too. Service within the lounge and at the bar is polite and adequate (don t really need too much service in a lounge since most are self-serve). However, the checkin desk experience is not as smooth as would be expected. As the last image shows, there are two lounges through the same entry point, and the first check in desk will not bother to listen if you are entering the Capital One lounge based on your credit card, or the other lounge based on One World status. So you may have to restate yourself to make it clear to them . TLDR: This is a decent lounge with decent veg, non-veg food options, as well as some snacks for your flight, if you re able to get in before your flight s boarding time. However, you may find that the check-in counters have curt not courteous staff. Vegetarian options: Several veg options

We recently visited this lounge, and the experience was quite disappointing. We had a 4-hour layover and thought we could relax for a while, but it ended up being more stressful than relaxing. First, we had to wait 2 hours just to get in way too long! On top of that, you re not allowed to enter if your flight departure is more than 3 hours away. We came from Terminal E, which took 20 minutes to get there, so it didn t make sense to limit the time so strictly. Overall, the lounge should be a place to unwind, but with these restrictions and long waits, it was more of a hassle than a haven. I hope they can improve the process and make the experience more accommodating for travelers with longer layovers.

A lot of friends and I love and enjoy the capital one lounge. Some of us are pretty tired of the food right now. We would enjoy food of single ingredient in it s original form much more, such as plain yogurt, just meat ball or ham, salad without dressing, a piece of protein, self serve beer, whole milk, broil eggs. There are a lot of fancy creation that looks good but nothing I can enjoy much. It appears to have strange combinations of tastes to me. The food is mostly carbs. It is difficult to pick food with just protein and/or fibers. However this capital one lounge is still our favorite. It s a nice place to relax before the flight.

Always wanted to go to lounge and for a fee for me because of the type of capital one business card I had. It was only a 5-10 waitlist and got a text. The whole staff was wonderful and constantly cleaning too the furniture and decor was nice and comfortable plenty of charging stations. Only comment I d like to say is I wish for seating to put feet up like a ottoman/ stool and thought the relaxation room was like a big area to do that but it s a small room that needs reservations to go in. The food was nice, upscale small portions I came before they switched over to lunch. I wish the heated food was hotter it s room temp to lukewarm at best. The bar , coffee station and to go station and snacks in jars are great options. One thing I really loved is the bathrooms it s a nice big spa room with assorted lights, spa music (suggestion is maybe some lotion dispenser) but clean and never had to wait long. The view is great, smoked salted chocolate is nice treat, the bar menu drinks nothing I really wanted but a nice cappuccino. With a layover of 3 1/2 hrs its was nice to be in a relaxing space when you can leave bag to go up to get a drink. I m very impressed with the lounge

Everything about this lounge is absolutely amazing. This biggest downfall is that the whole point of paying for the lounges to be able to use it during longer layovers and they have a three hour layover to come in the lounge before departure, which is ridiculous considering you re paying just about $500 a year to have limited access. I love Capital One, but this was a mega disappointment when I walked in the lounge during a four hour layover. Better have an airline lounge card if you want to be able to use a lounge on a longer layover

The benefit is pointless when it is limited to three airports and they aren t big enough to meet demand.

I have enjoyed the Capital One Lounge at DFW Airport a few times since they first opened back in late 2021 (IIRC). There was never any wait, and the finishes & space were attractive, the staff attentive, and the food and beverage selection more than adequate. It never felt huge in there, but you could grab a table with little trouble even if you had to squeeze into a spot somewhere. Apart from being able to enjoy the lounge before catching your flight, the ability to grab prepackaged items to-go made the onward trip even better since you didn t have to stop anywhere else to bring food on the plane nor did you have to purchase any food in-flight. And the restrooms were very nice and spacious so that you could freshen up before departure and avoid the tiny lavatories aboard most flights/classes. Over the past few months, however, I had been reading in various travel blogs & social media pages that there were wait times quite regularly, so I started to get concerned that this once hidden gem was becoming overrun. Unfortunately, I experienced that myself a few weeks ago when my family and I were flying out and stopped by the lounge. On this occasion, our party of three got to the airport well over 2 hours before our flight just so we could stop by the lounge. When we reached the lounge entrance downstairs from which you take an elevator up to the lounge itself for the first time, I had to check in with Cap One staff downstairs because of the wait time. I was told that our wait would be around 30 minutes, so we took a chance and stepped back into the terminal area just outside the Cap One (and American Airlines Flagship Lounge) entrance. The 30 minutes passed, and I still didn t get a text notification that we could enter the lounge, so I stopped back by the check-in desk and nicely asked one of the young ladies who were checking in members if she could guesstimate how much longer it would be before we could get into the lounge. She told me that we were still only 8th on the list and that things were moving slowly that day. Because we had to take the Skylink light rail to our terminal a few stops away, we opted to cancel our check-in and just quickly grabbed food near our gate before our flight boarded. One of the perks of the lounge is that a Venture X cardholder can bring 2 guests with them on each visit but that is apparently a leading cause of the increased wait times. I say this furthermore because it seemed to me that most folks who were waiting were accompanied by someone else or even 2-3 people. We saw families/groups of 4 also huddled together possibly because they also have an authorized user in the group who can also bring 2 more guests with them. While we travel credit cardholders often cringe when perks get reduced/limited or even eliminated, this overrun at the DFW Cap One Lounge is a prime reason why that may be necessary here as well. While everyone wants exclusive benefits like lounge access, if everyone has lounge access then it s not really exclusive . I can t see Cap One s current guidelines for accessing their lounge being something that Venture X cardholders (including myself) will be thrilled with and those who got the card chiefly for this benefit may opt for Delta or American Airlines premium cards which enable them to access those airlines or AmEx Centurion lounges at DFW. I give them lounge itself a sold 4 stars but have to lower my overall score for the inconvenience and inaccessibility recently.

Its so disappointing to have 2 hours layover and not being able to get inside this lounge because of a long wait list. I got texted that it was my turn to go inside after 56 minutes ........... And I had to hop back on the tram to get to my gate so I never got in :(

There s always a wait! 15-45 minutes which for a 2 hour layover is forever; you still have to get to this lounge and to ur gate which will take at least a half hour. It s clean. Foods good (though portions are small). Bathrooms are awesome. Drinks are awesome (there s cocktails coffee tea some wines beer). Dessert is really good. Their to go foods are amazing! It really helps to fly home after a long flight and just munch on this instead of having to cook or buy food when you get to your destination.

Went the afternoon after all the shutdowns. This lounge is so good despite the fact the wait was 40 minutes. The staff at the entrance would constantly update people s position in line when they asked which made the wait less stressful. The actual lounge itself was actually mindblowing, it was my first time at a lounge and the staff were so accommodating and explained everything I needed to know. Hoping to see more location throughout the country in the following years.

Horrible experience with this lounge. Due to maintenance issues in Korea our flight was delayed 4 hours which gave us an 8 hour layover in Dallas. The Korean Air agents gave us a pass for access to their Capitol One Lounge, we were traveling on a prestige class ticket. Customer service at the lounge in terminal D informed us that we had to be within 3 hours of our departure to use the lounge. We returned later within the 3 hour window and were told because our departure flight is American Air we weren t allowed to use the lounge. Frustrating and a disgusting experience. The staff were not in the least accommodating, thank you for making a long frustrating travel day even worse

I got the Venture X card right when this lounge opened because I travel out of DFW for work often. This lounge is one of the best I ve ever been to, but the last 5+ times I ve tried to visit (often just to grab a good coffee, snacks and the like before a long flight) there has been a waitlist to get in. It s getting a bit ridiculous (hour waits), and you re almost better off going with an airline specific card or AMEX. Once you re in the lounge it s 5 star, especially the service and food. But it now barely makes sense to visit before a domestic flight because it s likely you won t get in before your flight boards.

This is the ideal lounge experience. The only draw back is during high time theres a wait but I think this contributes to the overall experience once you get in. Very well staffed, very well stocked. I will say though that one of my experiences with the hostesses controlling traffic at the foot of elevators was very poor. They forgot a party completely then called management in to let them in (to cover their mistake) Which jumped 5 parties including mine. Otherwise the lounge itself is very clean, quiet, and stocked very well. I always try to come here before my flights

We fly through DFW frequently. We switched from AmEx to venture x because the Amex lounge was always packed. In the early days of the venture x lounge it was truly amazing. However it is now super packed. The wait to enter the lounge may be 40+ minutes. Inside it can be hard to find a nice spot to sit. And the restrooms are ridiculous. While they are very nice private rooms, there are only four so usually there is a long wait just to use one. On the upside the food is great, the staff keeps the place pretty clean, and the lounge itself is pretty. But unless in Dallas with a very long layover it isn t worth bothering with anymore unfortunately. We are going to cancel the venture x card because we got it specifically for the dfw lounge access but it isn t worth having any longer.

I told her I am a single person and would like to have a table - as they all had reserved signs. She insisted the tables were only for groups of 3-4 and refused me a table and was mean mugging me the ENTIRE time. Can you at least smile a little bit? Luckily a more educated worker noticed our conversation and kindly gave me a table. However I left after shortly after without trying ANYTHING because of the negative attitude of this person. We had a very early departure for our trip (5:30 am boarding in a different terminal from the lounge), and the cafe wasnt open early enough for us to go and make it back in time for boarding- they open at 5 am. I can appreciate that. On our return flight a week later we thought might unwind there and get a snack before catching our long ride home- when we arrived, we were told unapologetically the lounge was for departures only, although __this is not stated anywhere on the website.__ Essentially we were not welcome. The greeter obviously wanted us to leave. I am VERY disappointed. If I could give negative points I would. Such a bad experience. Not what I expected from Capital One. Not happy at all. I hope they read this, as theres also no feedback form on their website. Update: thanks for your response- fyi, the info you quoted is not easily accessible on perusing the site- I only found it under the faq- if these are the terms of entry, you should have it in an obvious location. Regardless, there is no excuse for your staff to treat people in the way many recent reviews have stated. The greeter should have taken a moment to be kind and politely explain the terms of entry to us rather than being short with us.

Capital One Lounge DFW: My New Favorite Airport Hangout Let me tell you about my new favorite place to chill before a flight: the Capital One Lounge at DFW. This place is seriously a game-changer compared to the usual airport chaos. What I Loved: * Food: This lounge knows how to feed hungry travelers. Theyve got a Grab & Go section with fresh salads, sandwiches, wraps, and drinks if youre in a rush. If youve got a bit more time, the buffet has yummy baked goods, and there are even some hot dishes like mac and cheese and chicken pot pie. And coffee lovers, rejoice! They have a whole coffee bar with fancy drinks and even cold brew on tap. Oh, and did I mention the full bar? Cocktails, beer, wine you name it. * The Vibe: The whole place feels super modern and comfy. Lots of natural light, comfy chairs, and plenty of space to spread out. I even saw a few people doing yoga in their dedicated yoga room (now thats commitment to pre-flight zen!). The staff were all super friendly and helpful, too. * Everything Else: Seriously, theyve thought of everything. Need to get some work done? They have tons of power outlets and fast Wi-Fi. Want to freshen up? There are shower suites. Traveling with kids? Theyve got a family area and even a nursing room. What Could Be Better: * Crowds: It can get pretty packed, especially during busy times. * More Food, Please: The hot food options are a bit limited, and theyre served in smaller portions. Great for a snack, but not so much if youre starving. * Booze Budget: Heads up, some drinks arent included in the lounge fee, so watch out for those extra charges. Bottom Line: Even with those minor gripes, Im still giving the Capital One Lounge at DFW 4 out of 5 stars. Its way nicer than most airport lounges and makes waiting for a flight actually enjoyable. If youre a Capital One Venture X cardholder or have access through another card, definitely check it out. If youre not, it might still be worth paying the entry fee. Pro Tip: Get there early, especially if youre traveling during peak times, to snag a good seat and avoid the crowds. Vegetarian options: 50% or more are Vegitarian items

Great experience. Need more food options. Frequent traveler here and its usually the same meal offered for weeks. But all of it is done well. Great options for food including desserts! Lots of drink options. Some times it is super busy and you may have a 20 min wait. Clean bathrooms! Usually theres a line for the bathrooms though. Staff are great. Love the view of from the windows. Lately I have not been able to enjoy the lounge due to the high wait times. Wait times are almost 1 hour long. Its quite upsetting to not be able to use this facility as needed. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options such as mac & cheese, Cauliflower dishes, veggie hummus wrap, fruits, desserts

I have been to this lounge on several (>5) occasions over the last couple of years, but unfortunately have to give a negative review for the horrible service and wait process. What used to be a stellar, best in class experience until last year (2023) is now just not worth it for the annual fee as a perk/benefit. I used to recommend the venture x membership just for that but not anymore. Some suggestions: - Have a way of differentiating folks who have a short wait/time before their flight vs others specially since the boarding pass needs to be shown. - For short-term visitors, let them pick stuff to-go as that is a huge benefit and please train your staff to be more polite. I politely requested to just grab some water/juice and a snack to-go and was rudely referred to the waitlist and told I shouldnt be there unless called upon by the waitlist process. I told them that the wait at the moment was 45 mins and my flight boards in 20 minutes so I just wanted to grab items to-go and head out immediately. Some of the wait staff has an attitude that does not belong in hospitality.

Once you re in the lounge, it s fantastic. The food is creative and delicious, the staff are friendly, and the space is well appointed. However, it is almost impossible to get into the lounge if you have less than an hour before your flight boards. What was once easy to access has become a lounge with a minimum 45 min waiting list to access. After waiting, the inside of the lounge is half full and clean, empty tables are abundant for many more guests. Plus, you used to be able to get on the waitlist from the App but that option doesn t exist anymore. We used to really enjoy relaxing here before our flights but it has become completely not worth it. Very disappointed in what was once a great lounge has become.

The DFW lounge consistently has 30-45 minute wait times, which is frustrating since a lounge is supposed to be a place to relax but you are waiting for the lounge. Once inside, the lounge is excellent, with good food and a pleasant atmosphere.

It used to be wonderful, but now every time I go, there is at least a 30-minute wait time. That makes me rethink my Venture X card, as access to the lounge was the primary benefit for which I got the card. Some people who arrived after me were able to access the lounge before me. I was told that they had status with airlines. Therefore, if you have a Venture X card, youre not at the top of the waitlist. Once youre inside the lounge, from my experience, it is not overcrowded at all. I personally would let more people in, as there were empty seats available in the lounge while people were still waiting downstairs to come in. Great food and grab-and-go options.

Had a tight connection and they had a 45 minute waitlist. Asked if I could at least grab a fruit that I could see from where I was standing. They said only if I wait on the waitlist. Experience makes me rethink having the venture x card

This is the second time my family and I are experiencing ill treatment from the front staff. The receptionists are very cold and do not display a polite behavior on how to talk to guests. They could atleast be compassionate and respectful. For the standards of capital one, they atleast need to hire people who know how to conduct themselves and be professional. So disappointed!!!

They told us that it would take 30 minutes, we went out for a moment and after 5 minutes they called us, the service is wonderful, the food is spectacular, I loved everything about this place! The only thing would be that they put more hours in the lounge, excellent capital one, more like this place please.

Cant say enough good about this lounge. We live in the Dallas area and feel blessed to have a Capitol One club here as its nicer than almost any other airport lounge Ive been to and certainly better than any of the Admirals Clubs at DFW. The food and drinks are good, and the staff is very professional and helpful. Only challenge weve found is the wait can be long at times, probably due at least in part to the very generous lounge access provided to authorized user card holders. They may eventually have to limit them to no guests or something like that to control the numbers. We have also been in the lounge at the Denver airport and its great too, although we do like the food and drink selection at DFW a little better. Im traveling again on Sunday morning (just got back in town Monday night) and am actually planning to go to DFW in time to stop by the lounge even though it means an earlier departure from home. Its that good!

The waitlist is insane. I just wanted to grab some food to go due to my tight timeline. They have a grab and go concept but I can t even go grab a sandwich to go. What s the point?

Would have been a 5 if it wasn t for the hour plus wait to get in. Wouldn t have experienced it at all but came to the airport early. I m sure many people can t wait because of tight plane schedules. But, it s a busy place so people must have a way to figure it out. If you re in a hurry this is not the place for you. Once in, the food is very good, comfortable atmosphere, good service.

2024.05.14 A super high-quality VIP room. There are only 3 VIP rooms like this in the United States. The food inside is exquisite and delicious. It is currently the best VIP room I have ever been to. The location is between gate D22 and gate D21.

OK capital one has way over-advertised and over-booked access to this lounge! was wonderful when they first opened, but now people are jammed in like sardines and it is incredibly uncomfortable. The food and service are wonderful, however, passengers are stuffed in like sardines, and it is incredibly uncomfortable for everyone - NOT a pleasant experience.

I would give the lounge zero stars if I could due to customer service. My flight was delayed and I had to put my name on the waitlist, which I was told was 1.5 hrs. I thought that I would not be able to make the lounge in time prior to my flight, but I was then texted that I was able to access the lounge. I had about 20 minutes to go to lounge before my flight boarding. At check-in, I was told that I could not go in lounge because the boarding pass had not updated to reflect the updated delayed flight time. I then asked the check in staff if we could just grab something to go and I would not sit in lounge, they said no. They didn t even offer to scan my boarding pass to give me the opportunity to go to lounge. I was quite upset that my flight was delayed and now I couldn t even access the lounge for which I waited for 1.5 hrs. Rather than apologizing the staff just said it wasn t their fault that my airline had not updated the boarding pass. I expected much better from customer service or at least letting me know that I needed an updated boarding pass to access lounge so I didn t have to wait 1.5 hr to be told no.

Horrible service! My flight was delayed and I had waited a total of 1.5 hrs to get into the lounge. When I went up to check in I was not allowed because my boarding pass did not have the new departure time. The airline didn t update the boarding pass. I was just going to run in and grab some to-go food but was still denied! The check in staff should have been more transparent up front and informed those who waited that their boarding pass needed the new departure time for entrance. So keep that in mind if your flight is delayed! @capitalone please improve you re services!

This is one of the best airport lounges I have been to. The food and service are fantastic and would hold up even outside the airport. The view outside is awesome as well. They have services such as baggage storage, showers, as well as an exercise and relaxation room.

Good. BUT. They started giving out Venture X cards to everyone and their mom so now there is an overcrowding issue just like AMEX had with the Platinum Card with Centurion lounges. They need to raise annual fee to $800 to weed out all the members who make lounges crowded. OR make the lounges TWICE as big to accommodate all the members. The wait was 1 hour ! Apparently $400 annual fee is too cheap . Also. Could the bartender please stop speaking Spanish amongst themselves. I get it we are in Texas but please speak English. We are in America. 5 Star Rating for the google algorithm.

Been to a few airport lounges are globe. It was first time here and a little difficult to find. We went in on Thursday about 2:30pm. This one was good. Check-in is slow but smooth due to rush. Space was limited due to rush. Food had a good selection. Soft drinks & coffee were plenty. However, I would like to take-out coffee cup but that was not an option.

Gem of a lounge! I m somewhat a regular and couldn t be happier to have this in my home city airport. It s gotten more and more popular/crowded though as more people have learned about it. I won t penalize them for that. Their customer service and marketing are great!

Food is great, but rarely changes. Drinks are delicious, good bartenders. They almost always have a waitlist, despite the lounge having many open seats. Only 4 bathroom stalls, which constantly creates a line. Yoga room + shower is a killer combo for a long layover.

This lounge provided such a delightful experience before my flight. The atmosphere was relaxing. The food was delicious. And the drinks were well made. All of the staff were friendly, happy, and accommodating. I gained access with my Venture X credit card, and I couldn t be happier with the benefits of this card. I am so excited to visit the Capital One lounge again in the future.

All I can say is WOW. Decided to try this location out at 6am after my typical choice was $50 for an extra person and they weren t even serving hot food till 6:30. Im so glad I tried capital one lounge because they have everything AND MORE. All food was delicious, the amenities are amazing and best of all, IT WAS FREE. I m never going to the Amex lounge in Dallas again
