Worst experience I ve ever had using these guys to purchase a property. Realtor Richard A never even showed up to my closing of my home, I ended up doing literally all the work. For what?? So they get a nice commission check and never talk to you again. This is a complete joke.

I closed on my first home today and my agent Austyn Richardson of Larsen Realty team was so amazing to work with. He took care of every detail, facilitated a smooth and quick (3 weeks!) closing, and his overall presence and positivity brings a lot to the table. Hes professional, has a lot of industry knowledge and understanding, and has that figure it out mentality that gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. Im so glad I went to him for my first home purchase and look forward to working with him as I eventually look more into investment opportunities!

Writes personalized notes saying thanks for meeting you and we ve never spoken before! Kind of causes problems with your other when it says mr&mrs!!! Be more classy and wait till someone actually needs service!!!!

Ive had the greatest displeasure of working with Toni Gale and her husband from Keller Williams Realty. The house I currently live in, deemed great! by her and her husband (whos a supposed contractor), has more than a few problems that I cant even imagine how they missed nor even felt to point out to me their recommendation. Till this day, Im finding little things that I would imagine a great realtor or a contractor would notice and steer a customer away from a potential loss financially. I listened to their recommendation (HUGE mistake) and thought Well her husbands a contractor/expert. He knows what hes talking about and I paid (literally) dearly for it. To start off, Ive had to replace my AC unit and have had to put in new insulation/vents months into living in this god forsaken home. I spent over $15K (yes, thats 15 and three zeroes) within the first few months of being in our dream home just on that. Her contractor husband failed to mention more than a few things to me to reconsider in addition to the AC unit. This includes the foundation that hasnt been inspected due to the amount of dirt from the previous fix from the old tenant. The inspector that they recommended isnt even responding to my communication to have him re-inspect the foundation. Beware of this couple and her team! I relied on their expertise as I was a NEW buyer and instead of pointing me in the right direction, they managed to take advantage of this. Id steer clear of them as both are a bunch of hyenas trying to make a profit off of you! Im highly surprised that her and her husband are getting rave reviews out there. Aside from that, 0 stars for them!!!

My husband and I would like to give a warm, heartfelt thanks to Jann Caldwell of Keller Williams Realty in Rockwall, TX, for her outstanding support and personal attention to our needs during the recent sale of our 2-acre home in Rockwall County. Our need to downsize after 25 years, coupled with my husbands disability, and faced with time constraints, Jann worked tirelessly day and late evenings, including weekends, to meet our needs, which came to fruition in only a few weeks from start to finish. Additionally, and without asking, she selflessly took the initiative, based upon our needs, to relocate us to our current residence which greatly eased our minds during a stressful time. She even made available to us, if needed, her personal transportation and offered to help with boxes during our move. Her superlative interpersonal customer service skills, acute attention to detail, and human compassion causes us without hesitation, to doff our hats to this most austere professional who most assuredly stands head and shoulders among the best of her contemporaries and peers. Ive been told that Keller Williams is a great company. I thought Keller Williams was a great company. Ive never bought or sold through Keller Williams. But, ....I would definitely do your homework and find a trustworthy agent to work with before signing any agreements, just as you should with any other agency. Dont always believe the negatives or positives that you encounter regarding real estate companies. My advice is: Do your research and always interview an agent from another Real Estate company before committing to a buyer or seller representation agreement. Oh, and take time to read reviews. After all, the final decision is yours.

Heather Davis from Keller Willsms Rockwall, Texas. DO NOT buy from this agent. She buys homes and sits on them to resale and is very dishonest and scandelous in doing so. We bought a home that she owned that supposibly was owned by her mother in law that had so much dog urine and dog fecal inside the home. The neighbors all insisted that the home wasnt taken care of nor the property. We are good people and I cant believe shes not a car salesman. I could lust a ton of things but Id be writing forever. Great company with a dishonest agent. Sent her broker a letter as he requested of these things. He neither responded and asked me to give him a chance to resolve the issue. Her name is Heather Davis or goes by Patty or Patrica Davis. Rockwall, Texas. Keller Williams.

Candace Carew, with Keller Williams deserves a review that covers all the highlights of her leadership skills with us during the sale of our home and simultaneous purchase of our new home. Candace Carew was ready to advise, show us comps, show houses and get us going in March 2015. She worked tirelessly, intending to help us move in the summer. Our plans were interrupted by an unexpected hardship. We had little contact with Candace for about 8 months. She was patient and understanding, and ready to resume with us when we called her in May of 2016. Candace had our house on the market within a couple of weeks of our call, and we had a contract on it the second day on the market, which quickly fell through. Undeterred, within days she had it relisted and was managing multiple offers. We went with her advice on our selling price, which later proved to be right on, low enough for higher offer bidding and not high enough to exceed appraisal value. She made market predictions about how the offers would come in that were exactly correct. As Candace was showing our home and hosting open houses, she was also amazingly available to us, day and night, answering our questions, showing us (many) homes, participating in countless long conversations, and listening well to learn just what we needed and preferred. She didn t flinch at our need to make offers on homes under contingency, and she worked hard for us to make the best offers we could make within our limits. Before our journey to our new home was over, Candace would submit about four offers. By mid-June we had simultaneous selling and purchasing contracts. Candace showed excellent business skills working with agents, lenders, appraisers, inspectors, title companies, accomplishing everything on our side right on time. When our current mortgage lender caused a glitch in our closing, she took that in stride and led the way to a postponed date with no complaints. Our purchase contract took some unexpected, unpleasant turns, which were completely out of her control. Our journey started to become stressful, but she stayed steady, positive and cheerful. It went from bad to worse when our buyer s lender began to lead us along, postponing closing several times with no explanation, not returning Candace s calls. Candace relentlessly called, emailed and texted all involved, tactfully advocating our cause. She stayed in close contact with us, keeping us informed of every update we needed to know, while shielding us from details we didn t need to know that would only stress us out. She shouldered a lot for us. Today, Aug. 12, she completely outdid herself in the final stretch . Not knowing this morning whether our buyer s docs would come through for today s closing or not (again), she spent the first half of the day in continual contact with all the support personnel to make it happen. She texted us at 2:30 pm and told us to come ride with her to the title company .. closing was about to happen. With bumper to bumper intensity, each transaction handing off the two houses seemed to hang by a thread throughout the day. She was able to finally take us to our new home and give us the key at 7 pm. We were together for 4 ½ hours, all on high adrenalin, hopeful that both closings would really happen this time. Though stressful, it was such a pleasant 4 ½ hours with her! Her voice and demeanor were consistently calm, quiet and deliberate, and I was really proud of her professionality with each of the closing support people we had to deal with and of her knowledge of what needed to be done when. I can t imagine any agent handling our complicated journey any better than Candace did it. Candace was strong for the finish, and we couldn t have been happier with our choice of agent! Candace Carew, with Keller Williams has proven she is able to deliver, regardless of the unpredictable ways a transaction can go. She was so excited with us today after our successful closings. She will take care of your interests!

Taylor has shown me excellent service to find excactly what I am looking for in a property. She can stage and sell a property as well so it is hassle free. I would highly reccomend Taylor when it comes to all of your realestate needs.
