I was represented for three years and three plus months and truly feel my best interest was professionally and personally handled during this process. I know that my personal feelings was understood by this great staff and they never deviated from my honest values. To me it wasn t about money, it was about how my life is permanently altered by the actions of others failure to operate vehicles in a safe manner and compliance of the law. I m dealing with this law firm as we speak I would not go to them they said they charge 31% to get you to go with them then when it s time to get your settlement they adding extra charges and then saying we charge 33% then telling me you don t Qaulify for your whole policy budget like what ? they lured us into this & numbers not adding up and they don t give you what they promise! I would not go with this law firm how are y all switching up everything once you said you give discounts on medical and the budget is waay more how do you get almost as much as I do and I barely was offered anything how? it s not making sense then they keep passing the case to other people it s not even adame Garza handling anything really this company is scamming and definitely not true to what they say I was gonna refer my other family members here but now I will never poor customer service and they are liars there is no way they are offering me that small amount of money when u charge 31% then switch up to 33% that s a lie the policy is a set number there is a few thousands missing from what I know im suppose to get & they owe me especially when one of my family members referred me to this company and just got a settlement yall charged 31% soooo how are you changing up everything when my family already went with this company recently that s how I even knew about adame & garza smh they are scammers you dont get your blessings scamming people that s not ok this is not a good law firm please believe me ! Anyone injured in a car accident needs to stop and immediately call this firm. They give free consultations and know their stuff. I would NEVER recommend this Law Firm to anyone! They have violated HIPAA and have severe lack of communication!! They have released me as a client and still have my settlement money, which I have asked repeatedly to release the money for one of the settlements. They said they are entitled to their portion of a settlement they did not file! ABSOLUTELY NOT!! It s been going on for a year and a half! PROCEED WITH CAUTION AND DUE YOUR HOMEWORK BECAUSE THEY ARE ONLY OUT FOR MONEY!

10/2023 I was rear ended by a drunk driver. I sustained 5 herniated discs and had to undergo months of treatment. Adame Garza was on top of my case every step of the way. The staff was extremely friendly, informative, and thorough. They got me every bit of what the guilty party s policy covered. She not only showed care about what i was going thru but also made the process easy. I received great medical treatment from multiple doctors but also never had to worry about contacting any of them.
