Dont listen to what the others say. The pizza is fantastic , on time, made by hand and always happy to help even if they were to make a small mistake. NORTH EAST PIZZA LOVERS - EAT HERE! Simply the best pizza in the DFW metroplex. Ive lived here for 6 years since moving from Boston and the lack of great New England / Greek style pizza has been a constant struggle. If youve tried Carne Rosa, other great pizza places recommended by local Texans and found yourself disappointed, make your way out to Fate for a delicious slice of heaven. You might spontaneously feel the need to pronounce words without their Rs or announce loudly Im walking here after eating this pizza. Fate TX is lucky to have such a gem. I know Ill be back

So many great reviews led us to order from here and unfortunately we were very disappointed. Ordered 3 pizzas and 20 wings for a little under $100, which seemed high but hey we were hungry. Pizza was burnt and wings were like the size of a Cornish hens and weren t crispy at all. Only good thing was it was delivered very quickly.

Disappointing. There was next to no sauce on my pizza, green peppers were scarce, and the thin crust not only wasnt very thin, but it was also soggy. The sausage was weird. It definitely wasnt a quality sausage such as Italian sausage. Instead it was tiny crumbles of some bland sausage. Delivery was also later than the window (I live 5 minutes from the place) and I didnt receive any updates about my order after the initial email confirmation. Would not recommend and will not order from here again. I wasted $30 between the food order minimum and delivery fee.

Ive read some of the comments from other patrons on here. Some negative, some positive. This is my family and Is experience. Full disclosure, ordering from here was purely accidental. We were looking for a new pizza place. There just isnt any great ones within almost 30 miles. While looking we had decided, but this one was accidentally selected and didnt realize until after place order was selected. Ok back to the experience. I walk in and there were no other customers there. So I guessed that maybe most of there business is to go orders. An older gentleman came out from the back and spoke with me and after the order was confirmed, he gave me an estimate of when it will be ready. So I sit and wait. A few minutes later a different gentleman brings me my order, thanks me, have a great day, etc. I usually check my order before I leave. ( Joe Pescis comments in Lethal Weapon is not just the drive in lol) But I went just the smell. Smelled great. I took the 20 minute drive back to the house. Open the boxes, the order is correct and still piping hot ( thats a plus). We take a bite, not bad at all. We also ordered some cheesy breadsticks. Those were tasty as well. Now being of Sicilian descent, I have had my fair share of pizza. Was this the absolute best, no. Was it good enough to order again, definitely. They definitely were not shy with the toppings. If there was absolutely one thing I had to complain about. There were these dry herbs (Oregano?) they put on the pizza, but more heavy handed on the breadsticks. It just made it taste a little weird. Definitely wasnt needed. Next time would request that not be put on there. This was my experience, yours may be better, it may be worse. But give it a try and decide yourself.

just wanted to take a moment to thank JD for going above and beyond to get my pizza to me on Fathers Day. I ordered the pizza late in the day, and I know it was close to closing time, but JD still made sure to get it to me so that we could enjoy it for dinner. The pizza was delicious, as always. I ordered the pepperoni and sausage pizza, and it was cooked perfectly. The crust was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the toppings were generous. I also wanted to mention that the customer service at Mona Lisas Pizza is always excellent. JD was very friendly and helpful, and he made sure to answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Mona Lisas Pizza to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable pizza. The service is excellent, and the pizza is always top-notch.

AMAZING PIZZA! Placed a delivery order during snowmeggedon 2023 because nothing else was delivering. We had never tried this place so we were nervous lol BUT to our pleasant surprise it was wonderful! Pizza is cooked and flavored perfectly! Calzone was great! Salad was fresh! My first couple of times of getting the pizza to go was a good experience and the pizza was good. The one time I ate in the restaurant it turned out to be a horrible experience that I ll never return again. I ve eaten a lot of pizza in my time and if I had a picture of myself you wouldn t disagree. Let me tell you, this place is worth the drive, the wait, the whatever you need to do to get here. This is probably one of the best pizza places ive been to in my life, and ive been around the block. I highly recommend the Chicken Alfredo Pizza. Also, I dont mention names in reviews out of respect for the privacy of workers, but my waiter, Alex, has to be one of the most friendly people I have ever met. He always has a smile when serving me and has even delivered to me a few times. The other workers here are great too, I can hear them talking to each other in the kitchen and they always help each other out. TL;DR Excellent pizza place with and excellent staff, will be coming again soon.

I went to Google and looked up Mona Lisa Pizza like I always do to call, but I live in Caddo. I didnt realize it was for the one in Fate that popped up, so I placed the order at the wrong store, an honest mistake. Somebody from the Fate store called gripping me out, and was just really rude and unprofessional, and then they hung up on me. I understand this is a ma and pa chain, and they probably need all the money they can get, but I go to the Caddo location once or twice a week, and now Ill never go again. I ordered from here at least twice a week normally I do pick up but today I got it delivered because my car is in the shop from a major oil leak anyways I was charged about $4 for delivery which was fine but what I didnt like was that they took an hour to bring my food and The manager called my teenage daughter cell phone back to tell me that I need to tip the driver because she came back mad Im such and such far away like wow so therefore your employees are complaining about your customers and you call your customers back demanding that they tip. THAT WAS RUDE. I will never order from here again because the employees talk about non tipping customers when I tip everytime just not this one time due to having to uber back n forth and pay for my vehicle to get fixed thats why I didnt tip.Your rude driver needs not depend on tips that we are not required to give you just lost a great customer.

We hadnt tried them in a few years and wanted to support the local business. We got their Large Chicken BBQ pizza. They dont apparently sell that in an X-Large, for some reason, or we would have gotten it. See price on their online menu. See pic of pizza in over sized box (14 pizza as measured). Taste was okay. Plenty of BBQ sauce (no problem there) and sauce tasted good. Okay amount of chicken and cheese. Great service! The problem lowering its stars was the odd crust/dough. It was very chewy and dense for pizza crust. Seemed more like bread dough than pizza dough. Under proved and over worked dough (if I am getting the cause correct based on all of the cooking shows watched during isolation here). Also crust ends did not rise (about a 1/4 thick and dense dough/crust evenly from middle to edges). If you like thick/dense/chewy crusts, you would love their pizza. See pictures for the cross section of the end of the crusts (saved for pic). Probably not the best around, but not horrible either (3 stars).

HORRIBLE!! I just spent $53.75 for a large hamburger pizza, 16 boneless bbq wings and 2 of the most miserable excuses for submarine sandwiches I have ever seen. No meat on them to speak of! I ordered a 9 ham and cheese and they use their canadian bacon as the ham. It had four of the bacons folded in half on top and bottom, with space between. So basically bread! Literally so bad, they should feel ashamed to charge $10 for it! I will NEVER eat here again, EVER!! Try to support the area local businesses and this is what you get. No wonder the large chains put them out of business. Whoever owns this business should be ashamed! I would not have given you 1 star for this slop, but you had to in order to post!

Horrible customer service. I called in an order was not told price or delivery time and was told they are extremely backed up. Called back to cancel my order. I will be sticking with Pizza Cucina which also delivers to Woodcreek.

Ordered pizza based off next door reviews. XL ordered for delivery. I received a Large pizza in an XL box. Pizza lacked adequate sauce. The cheese and beef topping were good, but 1st time experience let down by sauce issue and XL ordering for large pizza
