Is a small island with lot of stuff to keep u interested from pools to basketball court to fire pits to screened in spot, to have all the food with out bugs But dont bring to many guess 25 a head extra lol after 30 .... But these 2 little girls loved it

On July 21, 2024, we rented Jays place for an adult birthday celebration. The place was far beyond everyones expectations. Jay provided everything one could think of. This man put great attention to detail and effort into this venue. I have been to many venues worldwide, and this was the best. Most of the guests were from out of town and were also in Aww. Despite good weather, Jay had a robust inclement weather plan. I cant complete this review without mentioning UnCannie Catering and Decor. UnCannie did a phenomenal job decorating and catering, exceeding expectations. No matter the event, Jays place is the way to go. We will return! Troy

Awesome place and host! The host went above and beyond taking care of me and my guest. I would give Jay s Place 10 stars if they were available. I will be hosting another event soon. Whatever you need it s available at Jay s Place. Thank you Mr. Jay for your great hospitality!!!!

Jay s is the absolute best. We had a blast and Jay was so very helpful for the party. Customer service is an A+. Jay went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. The party venue was spotless and the grounds were immaculate. We will be back for sure!!! Thanks Jay.

It was so amazing!!!! The owner is so sweet and felt part of the party! Amazing house with pool, basketball court, and pool table. It was so much fun. 10/10 recommend! Loved it!

I called to get a price on it before I could get a tour and waste my time and anyones time, the man that answered the phone was so rude!! Told me he could not give me a price that I had to first go and get a tour before anything! Like come on never heard of that before. Step your game up on your customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Act like yall want to rent that venue out and talk to people right!!!!!!

The place is very nice. Set up and decorated well. Lots to do for everyone. My only complaint is that the owner/host was all over the place at an event he was not involved with other than renting out the venue. I found that to be rude and disrespectful considering he was paid for the use of the place.
