Ryan was absolutely heaven sent! Although my process was long and complicated (dealing with an uninsured red light runner and a rental company that was a nightmare to deal with) he never forgot about me. Ryan constantly reached out to let me know he was still working hard on my case, and consistently kept me updated on any news and changes in my case. By the end of my case, he made sure my bills were taken care of and I had a nice chunk of change in my pocket (which with two kiddos and one on the way was a nice surprise and a huge blessing). He s the first attorney I ve ever had the pleasure to do business with, and he has certainly set the bar high in regard to client relations. It is my greatest pleasure to leave this review regarding Smith & Lee Lawyers, for that the service and experience they provided for me is unparalleled. I am a dental student and last year, I was unfortunately hit by a car while walking to school. I have never been a victim of a personal injury case, let alone any kind of car accident. Dealing with a seemingly never-ending whirlwind of medical, dental, physical therapy bills, I was distraught and paranoid that my case would never work out in my favor. I actually had another lawyer previously, but he ended up dropping my case at its early stages since he did not think it was anything remotely lucrative. I personally worked with Ryan Lee, and the experience I had with him was overwhelmingly positive. Throughout our many meetings and phone calls, he was incredibly personable and sympathetic to my case. I often get emotional when speaking about my case, but Ryan felt like a friend who was truly listening and cared about me as a person, rather than just a dollar sign. He and his staff helped me navigate the convoluted layers of my case, and collected all of the records needed to complete it. As a full-time student, I appreciated that I could leave everything to the trustworthy hands of his office. I am proud that they represented me and my voice when handling my settlement. Generally speaking, no one really wants to be in the situation of needing a personal injury attorney. Yet, when my case finally settled and finished, I found myself sad that I didnt need my attorney anymore! These two lawyers arent just great lawyers, theyre also really solid, wonderful human beings. Dave is the one I worked with primarily and he has a heart of gold. Smith & Lee are one dynamic duo. I was rear ended at a stop light in a school zone and pushed into an intersection. While trying to handle this myself ( because I thought that it was unspoken... he hit me while on his phone texting and I was stopped at a red light ) I had extreme trouble with his Insurance company. I began to get bullied and my fiancé heard the phone conversations and endless questioning he said because of those tactics he wanted to hire an attorney. We did and the rest is history, I truly believe if we had not hired Smith & Lee I would have ended up with no compensation and he would not have been accountable! They have a great team from the time you walk in until the time you settle. I was kept up to date. Let me just start off by saying these guys are the best. I was injured on the job and could not work for 3 months while I recovered. At the time I was working for the city, and was struck from behind by a distracted driver in my city truck. After lots of physical therapy and effort on my end, I return to find out I have no job, no help from the city, and bills in excess of $5,000 that I m responsible for. I came to Ryan with a stack of papers probably 4 thick, basically threw it in his lap, and he took care of everything. I hope I never need his services again, but I d definitely hire him again.

When we needed an attorney in Rockwall Tx area, I searched the websites for an attorney. I called a couple and then called this firm. I visited with Ryan Lee who said he could see us that day. When I ran across their website I just knew that these were the guys that could handled my situation. We even won a case that we werent supposed to win.
