The area is good and organized. I was playing a soccer league. Plenty of free parking. For soccer, I played in all field and I prefer the turf fields.

Spent the weekend there for a baseball tournament. The most disgusting bathrooms ever. The mens room was teepee and the womens room had feces all over the walls. Apparently, the city of carrolton was called however the maintenance dept never answered. The fields are terrible no concessions. Not sure why tournaments are continued at this terrible facility. Carrollton you gotta do better.

The grass is impeccable. It s so wonderful I slipped on it and broke my arm but the fall and laying in the grass was soooo comfortable.

Great park. Not handicap accessible. Very difficult to get to the bleachers. But, my 13 yo grandson Keaton plays baseball there so it jumps to a 5 star!

Pros: There is a beautiful pond in front of the field but no sidewalk so you cant take a walk around the pond. Cons: It is a good size sport complex but Im surprised there isnt any kid playground for young kids to stay at while older kids are playing in the game. The metal chairs are not very comfortable and scary to sit on especially for younger kids. The bathroom is not the dirtiest Ive seen but there are only two in the ladies room. There is no concession center and no convenient store nearby in walking distance. So if you are expecting to be there the whole day for your kids tournament, you might want to bring your own chairs and food!

Field sports!! I rated a 4-star because I couldnt find a public restroom, and dang coffee at 8am on a Saturday makes one need to use the restroom. Oh & the field is in good shape.

Clean, nice soccer fields. Well kept, clean bathrooms and well lit when in use. Shaded bleachers for the parents. Parking is ample for what we have used it for. Seems to be some security features with gates etc. Nice attached dog park too, although we have not tested it out with our pooches.

They need to do better with facilities and with umpires who actually know what a strike is. I was afraid to use the bathroom because I was sure something was gonna reach out and grab me. It was hideous and filthy. We pay too much money as teams to have to use facilities that look like this!! There were a couple of seasoned umpires but the young ones behind the plate REFUSED to call change up strikes, ones on the corner strikes, and only chose to call the ones right across the middle strikes. The seasoned (older) umps were excellent.

Nice place, nice fields. Pretty easy to get to. Not easy at all to navigate around once you get there. Very confusing as how to get to the fields. Have to cut through lots and take a small road back around the back and to the fields, which there are a lot of. But, its really nice once you figure all that out. Very well maintained.

I love this place! Great for our flag football games. The land is flat. They refresh the line work for the fields seasonally so theres never an issue when youre playing. Restrooms available in the center kind of away from the fields. Bathrooms are basically what you expect anywhere. Not perfection, but theyre not disgusting/repulsive.

Nice place, but park employees are very nosy. They will drive by to look at you to see if your doing something. Not a friendly place. They look like they want to jump out of their work truck and tell you to leave. Our tax dollars are not paying for that. If they want to make it private then do it and close the gates. And no more tax money, let it go back to being a forest. Tax payers have a right to enjoy the place.
