Very friendly the people that work in this salon will take care of you I ve gotten my nails done there multiple times and each time took over and hour they take there time with technique and all by hand no stencils nothing this is the best place to go 10/10 recommend

I use to love going here for my pedicures, especially because they always included shoulder massages. & I loved the little kid chairs. It s been awhile since I ve gone, and didn t know they were under new management. I was a little disappointed they took the shoulder massages away because that s the real reason I went to this location. I m 33 weeks and really wanted one. I got the natures cure pedicure $55 + gel and selected a polish that I guess was straight powdered glitter and the lady said the glitter would be an extra $15. My daughter got a kids mani & pedi & the menu said $35+, but she got gel polish as well. They offered us beverages, water or apple juice and gave my daughter a lollipop. My total came out to $155. Not sure if they increased the gel price and charge $25, or if they charged me $55 for a kid mani and pedi (not including the gel polish charge), but I was a little confused on how my end total was $155. I didn t question them there though, I paid, tipped and just left. I probably won t return because of the shoulder massages not being part of the pedicures anymore & I m unaware of what the extra amount was for. Gel use to just be an extra $15 so that would still leave about $20 charged for unknown. My pedicure it self was nice, but again, I really liked this place solely because their 10 minute hot stone shoulder massages were very nice. & after seeing them pour the glitter fallout that was on my toes, back into the glitter container It really left me uneasy about going back because I feel that s not sanitary. I had to ask a few nail techs about it.

New name is Cure. Wow! I asked for a manicure and pedicure and told him I was mostly wanting cuticle care to be able to do up keep on my own. Man did he deliver! I dont think Ive ever seen anyone be that meticulous about getting every little bit of cuticle cleaned up and looking stunning! Bonus was that I got this lime green color for my toes. He tested the polished and realized it wasnt going to coat well so he painted my nails white first to make the color really pop. Genius! I will definitely be going back!!!

Pedicures for me and fiancé were awesome! I got the Jelly Lavender Pedicure, my fiancé got the Mint Jelly Pedicure. Much needed after being homebound the last 2 weeks. Made an appointment 1 day in advance. Will definitely go back!

I ve been coming to Zen for a couple of years for my pedicures. I moved to Sachse and I have tried 3 places closer to home and regretted it!! Zen has fair prices and the staff is always kind to me. I can actually relax because it s clean, pleasant smelling and no one is curt or rude. Additionally, my pedicures at Zen usually last until my next visit and I just need trim and repaint (other places my paint fades or chips in a couple of weeks). I will continue to drive just a little further for better quality and service!

I had a one hour massage and then a facial. Both were spectacular! Great prices and even better service! I will be back with a $20 gift card given to me by the owner for being patient as they were very busy for Mothers Day. Very sweet owner!

Always a wonderful experience. Ive always had pedicure done here and they come with a shoulder massage after. Always gentle on feet and quality work in a relaxing atmosphere. Ask for Vicki, she does an amazing job on pedicures.

Crystal and JiJi are AMAZING!! After our massage my husband and I feel refreshed and relaxed. Communication was thorough and was always asked if we were comfortable and if we needed anything. Made sure that they gave adequate pressure. I would HIGHLY recommend these women for your massage. (: They also offer vouchers, as what my mother did for my husband and I.

Recently I was treated to a spa day by my loved ones. This would have been my 2nd time visiting. I was totally displeased. I went in for my treated spa day. Instead, I received poor service. Ive never been rushed through a nail service, until today. Just for clarity on what I was looking for....I only requested a full acrylic set with polish and the Herbal Spa (most expensive) Pedicure. I continued to be asked if I was sure about my choices and if I wanted to try another option. Anyhow, 2 ladies were working on me as did my 1st visit, only 2 different persons. It was horrible. And that sucks because I really enjoyed every part of my 1st visit

I ve been coming to Zen Spa for years and usually have a great experience. Today my pedicure was extremely rushed. The 10 minute massage was a 6 minute massage. I made sure to catch the girls name so I would never get her again. My advice, schedule an appointment with anyone but Vicki! Again, usually I have a great experience, but today was a big disappointment!

Zen Spa is my new favorite nail place. My friend took me a few months ago when we needed a place to meet in the middle between our houses, and I ve been hooked ever since. The staff is friendly and the location is clean and well maintained. I got lucky getting Amy randomly on my first time, and I ve been requesting her ever since - she always gives me exactly what I ask for!

Always pleasant, great service, and great value for your money. I go once a year before summer for anyone that has to look at my feet. ;) Always great at keeping appt time, and I always leave feeling like a new person. I recommend this establishment to all. If you find a better place to get a pedicure, Ill punch Reid Craft in the face... And thats a promise.

I wont be back to this spot again! Ive been coming here for 5 years and today was a ultimate disappointment! Im shocked! Time for a new spot for pedicures!!!!! I got a basic pedicure because they said if I dont want the hot stone that I would not get the full massage time as advertised on their menu! So then I said ok to the basic and said its a 7 mini massage and never indicated on their menu that said its shortened if you dont get the hot stone! So I got 5 minutes vs 7 and they charged me the same! Ridiculous! They then talked about me in their native language. Just rude! I strongly suggest NOT coming here!!

I m NOT one to leave a bad reviews ever but I had such a bad experience here that I feel the need to.. I asked for SQUARE, she filed and put tips on for me and started cutting them, I requested to start out a medium length she told me NO, I stopped her and requested them longer than she was about to cut. She cut the first pinky nail the perfect length BUT THE REST SHORT.. I asked for square, again told me NO. Then another lady came to replace her. Same thing happened. Anything I requested their answer was NO. I asked for them to fix how crooked and uneven they were, and still did a poor job.. super frustrating. Here I am leaving, on my birthday weekend, with short crooked nails and nothing what I wanted. I will never be back and I will make sure to let my girls friends know to take their business somewhere else after this horrible and unprofessional experience.

This is an awesome place for a mani and pedi. Make sure you schedule an appointment as they stay busy! Vi is a great nail technician and Vicki is great with the pedi. They offer a great shoulder massage at the end of services and worth every cent.

Ive worked in Rockwall for the past 6 years and have visited 3 nail salons in the area. I have not been to any other nail salon in Rockwall after finding Zen! Every tech in this salon takes pride in their work but Mia tends to go above & beyond every time. Her attention to detail cant be beat! I live in Garland and do not mind driving to Rockwall for a manicure & pedicure at Zen.

Havent had a med/pedi in a long time and I could have done a better job myself! Paid $74 total and she didnt even push my cuticles back! I have skin all over my nails thats now covered up with polish! She seemed like she was in a hurry and talked the whole time with co workers! WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND!

Every time I go it doesn t matter how hard I try to not get this one lady it s like she waits for me or something, but I get her everytime. If I try to tell her how I would like my nails she usually gives off attitude and ends up doing what she wants. Like today, she cut them as short as you can get them, made them this weird awkward shape, cut me, and hurt the underneaths of my nails with a file. I want to stop going there because of her.

Absolutely the best! Everyone there is great. I will go out of my way to go here and a friend of mine will even drive from north Garland to get her nails done here. My nails always look amazing, they last forever and they are great about creative designs too. I never have problems with lifting or chipping. Even lasting 3 to 4 weeks when I was unable to make it in. The chairs alone are worth the visit. Myself and my girls wont go anywhere else!

This is a great salon. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that theyre often super busy, so unless you have an appointment, be prepared to wait. And as far as the previous customer saying they were making fun of her in their language, I think thats more of a cultural difference. Sure, the employees communicate with one another in their own language, but Ive never experience feeling like anyone has ever made fun of me!

Best salon experience Ive ever had! The woman who did my pedicure and shoulder/neck massage did everything wonderfully. Some people at other salons do pedicures very rough or dont apply the polish properly, but my experience at zen was 100% perfect. The wine was chilled and delicious, the entire place was clean and it was a very relaxing environment. Highly recommend!!

I have been there once and it was wonderful!!! The hot pack they bring and put on your shoulders stay hot for a long time and is relaxing. But today, I have been trying to make an appointment and called 13 times and their line has been busy......then when I finally got through, there was nobody on the other end.......... very frustrating.

The place itself looks great and is very well kept. My pedicure was nice, but the quality of my French tip manicure was sub par. My nail tech didnt clear out my cuticles, just started applying the nails. I noticed she was having trouble finding the right size for one of my middle fingers, and I think she settled on one that was just too big. There are bubbles all under the acrylic coating, which I didnt notice at the time because I got them done in the evening. My right middle fingers nail is wider and longer than the rest. She rounded them out so much near the skin that it looks like my nails are days old when theyre really only 15 hrs old. Also my nails were soar hours later. Would not recommend a manicure.

Pedicure was wonderful but the lady who did my manicure used a nail file to get my previous polish off. She scraped and squeezed my nails really hard and even scraped the skin off on several of my nails. It was the most painful manicure I have ever gotten. When I pointed out how she scraped my skin off, which looked just like fresh scraped skin, she proceeded to argue with me telling me how it was already there.Im not a very persistent person and as she continued to argue with me I kept saying its okay, its fine. She brought it up several times throughout the manicure too. She asked me to pay before she started the polish and the rest of the manicure process, so I felt pressured to tip well so she wouldnt completely mess up everything on purpose. In the end my nails looked nice (except the skin missing) and the lady doing my pedicure was wonderful. I wont be returning though.
