Tried to place an order over the phone for a menu item here on Google Maps for a beef fajita mix plate for 1. Says that it comes with fajitas, ribs, sausage, and chicken. They told me that the plate does not come with chicken and that it would be an extra $8 for two pieces. I told him about what it says here on Google and they said that they would have to charge me extra for the chicken so I went in person to point out what they are advertising on Google maps. They tried to tell me that the restaurant I was looking at isnt the same one even though it has the same name. And then I asked him isnt that your address? Which he replied yes it is. So they would still not honor the meal and price advertised. I refused to do business here and left. Went to Regio Rey a couple miles away up Red Bluff and ordered what they advertised on Google (which they would not honor) for half the price and the food and service there were great. La Silla is a joke. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. Greed has taken over here...

I go 3 to 4 times a week and I am always served by a very friendly lady at the window but today was a big disappointment I went to order an order of 3 mini tacos and when I got to the window a young man charged me and came back in about 10 minutes to give me the change and when I left I had to move to the front because there were already two trucks behind me And I told him no, just because I ordered 3 mini tacos. I wonder what the troka in the back could have ordered that was quicker to prepare than 3 mini tacos??? I said I didnt tell him I was expecting him. At the window and the Cerrón slammed the window and brought them to me that was about 20 minutes ago disappointing way of serving that werco menso if they dont like their job they should quit but not to give bad service if I could put -1000 stars in customer service today I would

Slow service, just my family and another couple at the time. I had to get up to get the menu. We asked if we could substitute the rice and beans for french fries on my granddaughters kid meal - the waiter replied No, it doesnt matter if you want to subtitle, you cant thats the way it comes. He was real rude, we decided to leave. I asked how much would it be for the chips and drinks we didnt even began to drink, they went ahead and charged me full price. We had a bad experience and left hungry. We will not be returning.

For a Friday night it was slow and the Server was slower. Food was ok. But the Aqua Fresca was not Fresca it was kool-aid powder. Took 45 mins to get lemons. Not silverware was given. The server had an attitude.

The food is ok the Tortillas for the tacos were over cooked. The young lady that was our server kept having an attitude . The drinks are all powdered drinks, not made fresh. The place was empty, and the server was still behind. Didnt even offer silverware. Im disappointed because it seemed like it was going to be a great place to eat. Service and portion size could be improved. I ordered the 8 piece chicken dinner with sausage and added a short rib. The flavor was good, but the pieces were so small that they looked like they could have been from quail. They told me the price was $31.50, but after I paid, I saw they added an extra $1.11 for paying with credit card. I dont mind the fee, but it should be disclosed up front, especially since I had the cash on hand and could have avoided that fee.

Ok the service was great but we were the only people there. The food was ok but I wouldn t return. The rice had no flavor, beans were great. I had to give a 3star over all because I can see why they had no clientele. They need to step it up on the food. Just because the service is great doesn t make the food any better. People go out to eat for good food not for service. I recommend they take a look at there menu and revisit the way the food is cooked.

Was in the mood for a good ole Pollo Asado; translation/ Mexican style barbecued whole chicken cooked over mesquite wood . We ordered a 20$ 8 pcs meal which is the full chicken , Charros for two, Rice, Delicious must have grilled onion & corn tortillas. Also ordered a large Guacamole for 5$ . Combine that with the two delicious Salsas / chips and you got a small feast ; all for 26$ total. My wife and I enjoyed the meal , it was good nice to my wallet as well . Give them a try , the food taste as good as it smells when you pass by.

We stopping to try a new place and we were glad we did! Since I m watching what I eat and wanted so grilled chicken this is the place to get that we got there special which was 8 pieces of grilled chicken ( grilled on an open flame) and a plate full of sausage and it came with all the fixings rice, beans, tortillas and yes they are fresh and homemade and hand made corn the best!!! We Will definitely be back!!

Im sorry but will not be so sorry. and I hate to be the bearer of bad news. I walked in this place and couldnt help it but wonder, what are the owners doing? I was appalled by the smell in this restaurant. The atmosphere felt as if this restaurant hadnt been cleaned in years. The food was good, no doubt. However, the charro beans were very watery. First time I came across charro beans. The sever was very nice, that I can say. They need to take this restaurant, seriously speaking, close it and or eliminate the smell and fix it and make it look like a real Mexican restaurant. The decorations could have been much better representable. I felt like I was in a barn. They need to go up few if not 10 notches. Enough said.

Worse but! Cold, old and dry chicken. On their website it says 1 price and you arrive and they charge you $20 for 1 chicken with sides. The only good thing was the charro beans and the green sauce. If they are not going to serve good food until 10, which is the time they close, it is better to close your business and look for another job. We will not return, I do not recommend them and be very careful if you buy from here. $20 in the trash!

I will not b back anytime soon. My tube of food had sour cream in it, even after she repeated to me a couple of time no sour cream. My chicken was chewy. The kids food was to their liking. And kids r picky eaters! My charro beans had some somewhat undercooked beans also. Service was okay. No check back after she served our food. Beware they do NOT HAVE CHILI! A Mexican restaurant that doesnt have chili....go figure. We ended up there because lubys was closed. In case u r wondering if I tipped...yes I did.Not my usual amount but I was a waitress for 5 years and the hourly pay is darn near non existent!

I was at the restaurant this morning, when I entered I greeted him with a good morning. The person at the counter in a very bad manner turns to look at me with a very unfriendly face and I tell him, its open, right? And he answers, we open at 10:00 and we go to work at 10:00 so its going to take a while. Family and I visited Houston and we chose this place because of the amazing reviews and I am so glad we did. Their Pollo Asado plates are bigger portions than they do back home. We ordered 2 chickens for 3 of us and we ended up taking leftovers home, we are so used to small portions. Needless to say, the price is worth it, big portions and of course amazing taste. Friendly service as well. If we ever come back to Houston definitely stopping by again.
