I have been seen here for 10 years now and wouldnt want to go anywhere else. I truly appreciate Dr. Jacksons willingness to actually listen to my concerns and to work with me as a teammate to find solutions for my health issues. He did not just write me a prescription and send me out the door, and that is so important to me when it comes to my well-being. I have seen every provider at some point and they have been, without exception, kind and caring and knowledgeable.

I had my appointment today with Katy Wood and wow! She was so amazing to me. So kind, answered all my questions / concerns. Never felt rushed. I left feeling so at ease about my situation. The front office was able to get me in same day - which I am soooo thankful for. Ending the appointment with Angela at check out was the cherry on top - so sweet and so easy to talk to. Feeling so thankful for these wonderful women today!

Terrible experience with their front desk girl (Victoria) when trying to book an appointment for myself and my husband Victoria was extremely rude. She refused to help with a couple of simple questions and kept repeating in an obnoxious tone Do you want to make an appointment? When I asked her why she was raising her voice with me and please, stop yelling in my ear she hung up on me. The call was all of 3 minutes. She told me our insurance would not cover a specific medication and other false information about the treatment I was inquiring about. I called our insurance directly and they do in fact cover the treatment and medication. I called a second time to ask for Mrs. Sparks or Amy Lou to call me, Victotia was even more obnoxious talking over me and threatening to hang up on me and then did. Victoria should learn her job or a least ask a knowledgable staff member to help her when she is stumped instead of giving out false information and disrespecting their patients. We have made appointments with another Rockwall Doctor and his front desk staff was very professional and helpful. I really hated to write this review but, someone with some authority at the clinic needs to know this is not acceptable.

Went for an FAA 1st Class medical. Had an EKG done and Doctor would not pass me due to the ekg. After 5 days of total stress, losing work and sick days, spending money on a cardiologist; it all came down as a misplaced electrode. NEVER go there if your career depends on it. Learned my lesson.

It was a very sad day when we all last Bob Sparks. You can tell by the way things or running since he is no longer around. Every time you go in, there are different people in the front office & some in the back. WHY? I have been seeing Bob for 20+ years when he passed & I stayed there, only because of Donna Bradley. Michael Jackson is a total idiot. He is always wanting to run more testing because he doesnt know nothing, even when its in your record. I tried him one time, thats all I needed to know. I just change insurance to BlueCross & BlueShield. The ladies in the office told me they dont take this insurance because they dont pay their clams. Before I change over, I ask one of the ladies in the office about it & they said it was a good insurance company & they do use them. I believe because now I dont have a copay with BlueCross they wont take it. I dont know whats going on there but today was my last day.

Dr Sparks was wonderful I hate when he passed away sad times for a lot of people. Dr Donna has stepped up and filled some big shoes. Dr Donna is wonderful always makes you feel welcome and does not judge you. My whole family goes here And will continue forever. Very honest and positive doctors office. And if your cash pay they are very fair and will work with you.

I can t say enough. I m a younger female that lives in rockwall 15 years now. I ve been using sparks for years now and today topped it off. I walked in having a mild panic attack and they met me at the door and showed me so much compassion and empathy. The vibe of nurses and MA is pretty cool to watch. They all get along and work together!!!! I will always support this clinic and tell all my friends & family.

Sparks clinic is my go to healthcare provider! From Botox to regular check ups, they do it all. They never make me have a long wait after checking in either. Super convenient to have labs done in house with rapid results vs other healthcare providers I ve visited. 10/10 recommend Katy Wood, FNP-C and the rest of Sparks Clinic staff.

Sparks Clinic is a staple to the Rockwall community. They have a Private Family Practice down to a science. Sparks clinic has somehow achieved excellent and professional costumer service but at the same time making you feel like you are a member of the Sparks Family. It is a rare thing to be able to walk into a doctors office and know that everyone working will be giving you 100%. I have been attending Sparks Clinic for the last 18 years and I don t think i ll ever leave.

I have been going to Sparks clinic for almost 20 years. They have a great staff. I don t always see the same doctor or physicians assistant but they all are kind and care about the patients thoughts and needs. Great place if you are looking for a personal experience with your doctors office.

I have been cared for by Sparks Clinc since 1984. Forty years with the same Clinic. I dont know where you find a doctors office anymore that can draw blood, do some blood work in house, take x-rays, do emergency stitches.... on and on. You can go to the other massive medical centers gobbling up every independent doctor in this region or see a doctor that knows you. My entire family goes here, and we have no complaints. Insurance issues are hardly the doctors office fault. Paperwork required to comply with government regulations... hardly the doctors fault. If youre looking for a kind, caring and compassionate clinic that can handle many issues on the spot; this is your clinic. Dr. Jackson is a great doctor who embodies all the characteristics above and his team of Physicians Assistants are top notch.

My husband and I have used this office for over 20 years. But will no longer be using them. I made an appt with doc not PA and was given 10mins by doc and then he literally told me I was out of time. Im a cash pay patient and paid $125 to get no tests or xrays and he did not even check my basics like ears throat and heart. Im heartbroken over his obvious lack of care. Apparently they have no time for real medical problems anymore. Only botox and testosterone patients.

This place is garbage! I Used to be a patient here and this place is NO GOOD won t be back anymore!! Wife is Literally sick as a dog they won t schedule an appointment until you fill out 45 minutes of new patient online paperwork FIRST then call back to try and get on the schedule only to be told they don t accept your insurance !! WASTE OF TIME !!

I ve been a patient here for 20 years. They have really given up with customer service. I took a day off to get a prescription filled. The doctor is booked solid so you have to get a nurse. She didn t even send in the script. I called and they said it was done. I called the pharmacy and they haven t received anything for me. I called back and they said they messed up and will send a note to the nurse to check at their convenience. I can t believe they refuse to do anything about it. I have waited over 6 hours and they pharmacy has not been notified. Time for a new doctor.

Just notified they do not take our insurance while trying to schedule an appointment for my wifes back and for me to follow up after a heart attack. No notification just we have to cash pay for everything. What a joke and we no longer have a doctor now. We have been with them for years. We were told they sent no notifications and would only say they dont take our insurance, but since we are existing they would LET us pay cash. Thanks for nothing..PS-in case you care she also needs a COVID test. Great timing.

Been a patient for 4-5 years but they do not accept my current insurance. Made appointment with a new doctor that takes my insurance but couldnt get in for 10 days. This joke of a place wouldnt refill my meds for 10 days till I could see my new doctor. They could care less about patients. ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!!!!

Do not go here! All departments are incompetent. Very rude and mean people. Misdiagnosed every time I went there. And then they try to make it look like your fault and argue with you. Update: Since I told them I could not take certain medications, they kicked me out as a patient. Seems its easier to kick patients out, than to actually help them.

Fantastic staff, doctors and wait time. We have no preference to who we see because they are all pretty wonderful. These 1 star reviews are questionable at best. Scott & White is trying to take over the area, I am betting the 1 star reviewers were paid by S&W to bash Sparks Clknic.

After a $50 down payment, they tried to make a $500 claim on my insurance. I was there for chronic nausea, the doctor pressed on my stomach and told me I didnt have an ulcer but didnt tell me what could be wrong, then prescribed me some medication that made me extremely dizzy. I went in for a second appointment today to be told that I had a balance of over $90, which I was not told over the phone before traveling from two towns over.

I have been seeing them about a year and a half. Always have to come in refills, just so they can charge me. If I do get get a refill, they forget to call it in and have to call several times. Never see the same PA and never seen a Doctor.

Very slow clinic! They don t stick to Schedules! Even when making an appointment I arrived 15 minutes early and still waited for a half hour! I m curious if the medical staff knows what they are doing! Very dissatisfied with the quality of their care!!
